      Would give negative starts if I could. I’ve been in the hospital 4 days with an extremely sick child and needed an antibiotics compounded. I spoke with Francis and she was extremely rude over the phone and would not provide me with the medication. So now I’m stuck with a well child that needs medication and no one will help me.

      I’ve been put on a medication by my GP for a sensitive condition indefinitely, because I’ve been very unwell. This is a medication which is available to buy OTC, as well as on script. I’ve been using it as directed by my GP, but when I went in today, one of the pharmacists questioned the length of time I’ve been on it, as well as the dose. She began to go into every detail of my condition in a condescending manner, saying that she doesn’t believe that it would help at all because of the duration I’ve been on it. This entire conversation was in front of a massive line of customers, waiting for scripts, vaccinations, etc, and I was extremely embarrassed because I knew they could hear. My medical condition is not something I’m proud of, and I’m definitely not comfortable with its details being announced in front of strangers.

      18.10.21 Went to get my first vax dose, for my 8.30 appointment then waited. Then proceeded to have 3 people without appointments go ahead of me. I asked what’s going on, they apologised and I’d be seeing the pharmacy person soon. Cut to literally 4 other people that went ahead of me, I noticed that 1 of them had an appointment and went in at their correct time but I who had an appointment had to wait 1hour15mins. No point having an appointment system if you’re just going to let people without appointments ahead of others. If the people were elderly then I’d accept what happened but when everyone looked around my age 35 or younger, that was especially annoying

      When I first started coming to this pharmacy a few years ago it was fantastic. However not anymore there is constant problems with script’s going ‘missing’, the pharmacist Karen, saying script’s have been ‘filled already’ & the app not working properly! I am being sent back to the doctor to “get another script” every time they mess up! Very unprofessional!

      I’m disappointed with staff behaviour today its first time I visited the store and after yodays experience it’s the last, shop had customers standing around waiting while most of the staff were fussing over a baby that had been brought in and there was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING being executed regardless of the regulations I think that the management need to remind staff that customers are the income for store and their jobs. I waited over 5 minutes to be served. Most certainly not visiting again

      Poor customer service as experienced by others. Had a very simple prescription to fill. They said it “was out if stock“ . Next day Said it didn’t come in but they would get it from another pharmacy within 30 minutes. An hour later still did not have it. Such a common medicine but not a full pack prescribed. Expect that is the reason it was unavailable. $$ more important yhan patient care. cruel

      Terrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I requested for a refund immediately after a purchase as I realized I have been charged almost twice of the price compared to other pharmacies. The staff refused my request, and said “I can definitely make my own refund rules here.” If a staff can make his own rules, then what’s the point of having “Pharmacy Board of Australia”. I am fine with not having a refund, but totally not fine with the staff’s language and attitude. For anyone who has an intention to visit this pharmacy, please check their “rules” and compare the price before you go! To the owner: Just for the record, I did not threaten your staff with a bad review, instead, I notified him that he would receive a bad review for his attitude right before I left the shop. Your staff is not only arrogant, but also tells lies. As a customer, I deserve a reason of not getting a refund, that’s my right! Your staff is not professional enough to provide me such a reason. He didn’t even know which regulator/laws he should follow. That’s why he said he makes his own rules. Ridiculous!

      I went to get medication and I encounter a very rude pharmacist (Asian looking guy) today don’t know his name. But when I ask if it can be in Webster pack today he replied with don’t you think it’s late notice ? No we can’t. rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. There’s a way of communicating nicely. He was so rude! The worse pharmacist I have ever encounter. Bad customer service. I won’t be coming back here for someone so unprofessional like him. Should be nicer to customers.

      Been a customer for many, many years. Although Jan, the previous head chemist/owner was simply outstanding the staff who have come in since then have carried on Jan’s great work. Sure sometimes you have to wait sometimes for scripts but they are pretty damn busy every time I go in and theres a limit to how many staff you can.employ.. I can’t understand the negative reviews left here. I certainly haven’t had a single problem and the staff go out of their way to help.

      Absolutely disgusted I pay $6.30 for an antibiotic at other chemist .but here they charged me $17 for the same medication so be prepared to pay almost triple. Only went here because it’s 24hr and my chemist was closed and my son needed medicine.

      One of the worst experiences i had from LATE MEDICAL CHEMIST RYDE today. I don’t know why they are doing this on purpose ??? when I went today for my documents which need to be verified and i had all documents ready but the guy said i don’t have time for this and i am not doing this today…… Can anyone tell this guy what is called urgency ??? No one would like to waste the time neither his time nor mine. There was no customer and i am happy to wait 10-15 min for that but how could he said like i am not doing this ??? I wish if it is possible to take legal action to those people who are doing this on purpose it would be really better & good education for others people as well or bring it to the media. If legislation gave them authority to verify the documents then they should be grateful and do the work when it needed . I am totally disappointed

      I used to really like this chemist as I’ve lived nearby for many years. In the last few years the pharmacist had become very rude and grumpy. He also makes serious mistakes with prescriptions which has become unacceptable. Of late he often doesn’t have the medication needed as well. I don’t know what happened with this business but something is really not right now. His other staff are usually lovely. It’s such a shame as it was so useful for me but I refuse to go back again. There are many other pharmacies nearby that have much better customer service. I can’t recommend this chemist.

      I have been a customer here for close to 15 years and in the first few they h as d beautiful service and more reasonable prices. I understand they are a small business so am happy to pay a littlw more. The moment I had to have compassionate medication posted there, it was like I was dealing with different people. Not only was i charged but I was told to have it sent elsewhere because it was too much trouble. I am really quite disappointed in the new hands this pharmacy has fallen into.

      The pharmacists use to be nicer and had better customer service. Now he’s become old and crabby, just not caring anymore about anyone. Really sad to see a pharmacy that our whole family and friends went to and now after being treated like second class citizens and telling them about our experience, we’ve all agreed to find another pharmacy to go to.

      Very unprofessional! Sometimes you don’t want everyone in the room to know what medicine you are buying. The girl came to me waving the prescription and giggling: “Would you like a generic brand?”. I said, no, thank you. The pharmacist shouted: “I don’t have XYZ medicine, only generic brand”. I don’t know what village these “pharmacists” came from, but I will never go there again. I was so embarrassed.

      I went to this pharmacy about 1 hour away from our home as our local pharmacy at Cowra had no stock of the tablets my wife needed and did not bother to tell us when we picked up our scripts. Lucky for me I called this pharmacy and a lovely your lady checked and advised they had stock. What an absolute pleasure to use this pharmacy, the staff were attentive, polite and caring. The Pharmacist himself who i believe was Tin was extremely helpful and very thorough in his explanations. I can see why they were so busy as it is an outstanding Pharmacy. Recommend Highly.

      Shopped with docs megasave chemist, spent $72 dollars on scripts and general chemist stuff, the cashier bagged my items and I left ??‍♀️

      You’d think this was the end of my experience… but no, five months later I sent my partner to get a script for me, docs mega save chemist told him I’d taken prescription pain killers without paying for them five months ago, the gentlemen explaining my bad behaviour to him required him to pay for the pain killers.

      After providing the receipt from my earlier visit, docs mega save chemist owner Tim Cush confirmed the young cashier had scanned the item but not selected it in a manner that would require payment, they apologised I felt that they had accused me of stealing.. Tim belittled me for a while and said “do you know how a till works”…. a sentence I won’t forget easily.. happy to share the recording.

      Don’t shop there, misogynist men will try to hurt you any way they can, even tho I was doing nothing more than existing as a woman. Gross behaviour towards the people who trust their information will be handled in a professional manner. Women beware.

      Fantastic service! I needed some medication urgently for my newborn baby and the pharmacist was so accomodating and more than happy to assist me even though it was almost closing time and the medication needed to be compounded taking approximately 40 minutes. Can’t recommend docs mega save more highly. As a tired mum of an unwell newborn I am so grateful for the kindness shown by the pharmacist.

      Been here twice and Vien has been very welcoming and extremely helpful to show me how to use new medications on both of the occasions. He’s gone beyond what regular pharmacists would do when you start new medication. It’s really perfect for people who are at work and has GP appointment at late hour as this Pharmacy opens from 6pm. If you are around the area, highly recommended to visit this pharmacy!

      I went to get medication and I encounter a very rude pharmacist (Asian looking guy) today don’t know his name. But when I ask if it can be in Webster pack today he replied with don’t you think it’s late notice ? No we can’t. rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. There’s a way of communicating nicely.       Been a customer for many, many years. Although Jan, the previous head chemist/owner was simply outstanding the staff who have come in since then have carried on Jan’s great work. Sure sometimes you have to wait sometimes for scripts but they are pretty damn busy every time I go in and theres a limit to how many staff you can.employ.. I can’t understand the negative reviews left here. I certainly haven’t had a single problem and the staff go out of their way to help.

      Unfortunately there is not many places left to shop here. But what’s left is worth a visit. Spotlight is hanging in there along with a pharmacy, a newsagents which is great and has lots of fun and quirky gift ideas, a couple of cheap shops, which aren’t terrible. And a couple of really lovely cafes Armidale coffee house in one of my favourite places to visit in town. The service is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

      The little Korean kiosk is definitely worth a try as well
