      I can’t thank Mum & Dad’s Laundry enough for the fantastic job they did with my winter blankets and doonas. Being elderly and in a wheelchair I have neither the ability or the machine to wash my blankets etc. Mum & Dad’s not only washed, dried and folded my blankets but also helped me by picking them up and delivering them back to me. The staff are professional and a delight to deal with and their prices are so reasonable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

      Absolutely atrocious behaviour from staff. Went at 4:59 to pick up an important parcel the other day. I run up to the door to apologise for coming so close to office closure just to have the door shut and locked in my face before I could say anything.       Hardly any seats for even when it’s slightly busy. Tight space that makes it feel clustered when people are walking in and out off the street.

      Privacy was limited at the teller.

      The service was average as most of the workers looked unhappy and unmotivated to be there.

      Despite all this, shoutout to the blonde girl at the front when you walk in, polite, helpful and friendly. Great job

      Went to this store to change currency on Saturday 24th June, and arrived before they were due to open at 9am, but there was already a sign up to say “Back at 10am”… If you advertise hours then surely you should stick to them?

      Edit – The hours may say that now, but they certainly didn’t when i called in as i checked before going. The hours on the booth also said 9am, hence the back at 10am sign. What a shame that this is how you chose to deal with this situation…

      Absolutely no service unless you mean Karen diner service style. They gave me different quote on the phone, told me to hurry to get there or else it’ll change. When we got there, the man stopped halfway through the conversation with us and started texting on his phone, hanging up posters and refused to answer a simple question of “what’s your current rate?”.

      Sure, his rate was a very minor amount more than the one down the street BUT I would never support such lies and poor service. So I went down the road. He didn’t want our business and we didn’t want to give it.

      I rang before coming into to Wollongong to see if they had the currency I needed. I specifically asked if it was available today or if I needed to place an order. I was assured by staff they had it on premises. I made my way into Wollongong especially to buy the currency. When I arrived I was told ‘we don’t have any, we sold it all. We won’t have any until Friday’, today is Tuesday. Just wanted to provide some constructive feedback, if someone calls asking for a specific currency, take an offical order from them, don’t just say yes we have it, saving them an unnecessary trip when you sell it to someone else.

The service was friendly and honest, and the attendant explained potential problems with the clean I had asked for (my kids had decorated the ceiling of my car with ballpoint pen) and explained both the process and how it might affect the fabric.       Best laundromat I have ever used. Very friendly staff. All of my washing came back clean, free of the annoying fragrance and didn’t itch. To top it of, my laundry was all neatly folded and sorted so I could just put it straight away. Best laundromat ever.

      I can’t thank Mum & Dad’s Laundry enough for the fantastic job they did with my winter blankets and doonas. Being elderly and in a wheelchair I have neither the ability or the machine to wash my blankets etc. Mum & Dad’s not only washed, dried and folded my blankets but also helped me by picking them up and delivering them back to me. The staff are professional and a delight to deal with and their prices are so reasonable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
