Love the ease of using the app service to do the self-service. There is also someone onsite to help you working during the day, if you have any questions which is also very helpful if you are unsure or using their services for the first time. Although, I do recommend bringing your own dry microfiber cloths but otherwise, everything else is available but of course at a cost.

I had a bad experience there (3) when asking to check my air conditioning! Each time I returned the car they said: =Tested and good to Go! But, NO, when I returned the 3 time, and got the ” Good to Go”, 3 days later, Still warm air!!! Also, I had to wait an extra week, because they wanted the Head mechanic to fix the air-conditioning problem. But no result.? Few weeks later I booked in with another repair shop and the problem was found immediately and is still cooling nicely!! GOOD TO GO as they say! And when I asked to adjust my handbrake: Oh, sorry, it was not done. (on 2 occasions)

Even though at the end we got what we needed, but it was not a pleasant experience.
Worst part was, tried to get the seat belt fixed as a part of requirement of RWC, was promised will be done in few hours. Waited for it on a Saturday until mid day and was told they were unable to get it fitted.
And my partner had to take another day off to bring the car back in. the job only took 15-30 min, but he was waited for good 4 hours.

Only go here if your standards are really low and you consider this to be acceptable from brand new disks they supplied and installed after bringing it back 4 times for a bad grinding noise. But apparently that damage to the outer disk “is just paint”. Optical illusion 100.

My 7 year old is extremely fearful of dentists due to a horrible experience with one at another practice. We could not be more happy with Totally Smiles! Dr Holly is just lovely and so very patient, both my kids were completely at ease with her, as well as the 2 dental nurses that were in with her. All the staff are super friendly and patient also. Super affordable as well, when so many dental practices seem to be charging crazy amounts of money, Totally Smiles seems to care more about families being able to afford dental care.

After having such a fear of the dentist I went and saw Dr John and his assistant Maddy today. Wow what an experience he was so gentle , reassuring and really considered my fears and concerns before we went ahead with my tooth extraction. Which really was minor dental surgery having to cut my tooth into 3 pieces which he discussed with me. I didn’t feel a thing which was amazing.

Ordered Lawn Mix to get delivered.
Arrived when they said it would which and driver was extremely nice fella. That’s all the positives I can say though sadly.
When “moderate to low organic matter” was read i didn’t think to expect lots of small stones, glass and what appears to be broken brick and tile. Product obviously not screened well.
Couldn’t tell it was in there until I’d apply to lawn and watered it in.
Now left to pick debris out of lawn and half the product I order will be finding somewhere else to go. Apologies for the negative comments be I am very disappointed and won’t go there again.

I have been a patient with Agaphy Medical Centre for almost 10yrs and have always found the staff and Dr’s to be professional, friendly and caring. Dr Nan is amazing and always treats me with the utmost care and respect. I am a very nervous patient but I am always put at ease and listened too, which I appreciate immensely. My family and I are grateful for all the clinic provides. Shout out to Nurse Dee for being so calming and lovely in any situation, she is wonderful. I highly recommend this medical centre!

Although I went at a time that is less representative of the usual chaos I often see staff have to go through at many clinics, I left feeling like a valued patient and received successful treatment. Natalie the receptionist is extremely rude. Being the first point of contact at a place where people are looking for care and compassion she definitely does not show that in the slightest, and going off previous reviews regarding a terrible receptionist, I think it can be narrowed down to who it may be. So apparently if you haven’t been to this doctors practise in 12 months you’re classed as a new patient.
They don’t value mental health what so ever.
The receptionists are angry women who need to learn some manners and etiquette. They have changed hands with management and are completely incompetent, they don’t know how to manage people and its embarrassing. Avoid this place, the way I got treated is horrible.

We have been patients with my family of this clinic for the past 10 years and we were very happy seeing Dr Diddi who left last month. It used to be a very nice place. But this past year we have seen how this clinic has gone down the hill very quickly. Starting for the reception staff , some of them are not very nice and lack of customer service and charging $1 for a mask which they must pay $0.01 each is pure greed. My husband asked for an appointment which he asked to be confirmed via email but he never got a confirmation. He went today, they told him he lost his appointment that he was late, no way to confirm because they stopped sending messages. But more than anything is the attitude, certainly not a pleasant place anymore. We will be looking for another place

I attended Prahran Midnight Pharmacy tonight to request a S3 medicine. The pharmacist was very professional and friendly. She thoroughly explained the medicine and how to take it, as well as providing some general suggestions on how to improve my issue. Great knowledge and friendly service.

Went in last night as I was feeling sick and housemate down with flu. Told the “assistant” and he got the on the shelf cold and flu tablets. I said no thanks I want the real stuff behind the counter. He went behind the counter and acted like I was asking for heroin and the lady chemist behind the counter said “you have no symptoms of cold or flu yet so this won’t help”… I explained I was feeling unwell with sore throat… she said “well this is a waste of time as you’re not sick but you get them if you must”.
How dare a chemist tell me whether I’m sick or not. Today I came down really unwell and took these and feel much better (not 100%) but a lot better as a result.
What a scary and unwelcome experience. This chemist from last night needs to treat people a bit better. I left feeling like I’d been attacked AND feeling unwell.

Rudest experience EVER from a woman I assume the acting pharmacist for the day (Sunday), with brown curly hair. We had previously fulfilled a script with this place and politely asked for another fulfilment as we had misplaced the paper script and urgently needed a new fulfilment. We brought the box in to show our details/Dr and said our Dr could send through a script as we urgently needed the medication. We were met with such rudeness, it’s face kept screwing up with such distain, saying well you’ve only been here once, and it’s only “(insert product” medication… insinuating the medication wasn’t important. How do you know this is not important, do you know our personal health records?
I’ve never experienced such rudeness, where is the duty of care? When we could have had an e script fulfilled tomorrow (Monday) when you clearly have our details on file. Change your attitude and level of care. Absolute Disgrace!
Edit: and I was leaving someone came in (a DR) urgently and said there was someone outside having a suspected anaphylactic shock requiring an epi-pen and the same pharmacist was showing the same distain / attitude and all she was worried about was this person paying for it, which of course she was. But light of the situation it was an emergency! This person should NOT be working in health care. The owner needs to take a hard look at who he is employing.
And reading the comments here and your responses I’m not surprised we received this service. I suggest you reconsider your about page on your website as this is the opposite of what clientele are receiving . “All my staff share my values and know that being trusted, reliable and down to earth will lead to a valued pharmacy experience for all. The pharmacist Daniel is extremely rude. He treats you like a criminal. Even though I’m a teacher, he questioned giving me extra medication when I was going away on holiday, refusing to ring my doctor to confirm it was okay. Worse still, he refused to supply me with medication full stop. My other pharmacy was out of stock and I was fortunate enough to get it from another pharmacy. Daniel clearly has a god complex and is a controlling person. If you expect to get any favours from him you are wrong. Once I was kept waiting 20 minutes whilst he purposely kept me waiting talking to somebody about a product.His mannerisms are as rigid as you can get. He lacks communication skills and negotiation skills. To think that he is part owner of this pharmacy is farcical. He is EXTREMELY rude. You may not get what you wanted so don’t waste your time Give your money to a business that deserves to profit from you. Such a nasty little man does not deserve your business. Please go elsewhere. Do not support this business. Daniel has tried to justify himself for the bad service I have experienced with his response to my review. He personally considers the medication “unsafe to dispense” because that is his personal opinion, but why is it that two other pharmacies are only too happy to help me? Does that mean that they are unprofessional? I think not! As I reiterate :
”Daniel clearly has a god complex!” Who is the unprofessional pharmacy in this situation?

All of the staff are so lovely and always remember your name and Will has gone above and beyond for me and my whole family several times! We have been using this pharmacy exclusively for years and I highly recommend them to anyone! You are in and out with very little to no wait time at all!!! I called ahead at about 10pm on a weeknight to check if an item was in stock for my daughter but instead of what would of have been a perfectly acceptable yes or no, was provided some totally genuine and warm advice, a product comparison and some casual knowledge droppage from a lovely staff member (whose name of course I have diligently forgotten). Thank you again though 🙂 I had not known there was a 24 hour pharmacy in Knox City (drove to Nunawading first remembering there was one open late there near the Maccas but it’s not anymore) so am so pleased that I found “Pharmacy@Knox 24” (,,,and on that note it’s all in the name really isn’t it? No mucking about there!!)
A beacon of light (literally, amongst the cold carpark of Knox and metaphorically for me and my family on a fairly challenging day). Doing god’s work! Just being open is already amazing, having the energy and warmth to give advice is just chefs kiss awesome. Was just served by Nicole. She was warm, friendly and happy to assist. She really seemed like she wanted to help when we asked for advice about what product to purchase, giving us a few options and explaining the benefits of each. The place is one of the only 24 hour pharmacies in the area too, which is great!

Really glad to have a nurse avaliable at night when all the doctors are fully booked or closed. We went on Thursday night for my daughter and the nurse there was so attentive, so lovely and gentle with my daughter. My daughter was screaming histerically and the nurse patiently waited for her to calm down so she could dress her wound. Very happy with the service.
