      Friendly staff, reasonable prices, it’s a service station so obviously food isn’t amazing quality but genuinely has tasty hot or cold food and drinks. Cant go wrong with a $3 cola slurpee tho!

      After paying for fuel the console operator claimed my EFTPOS transaction was declined even though the EFTPOS machine and EFTPOS receipt said it was approved. I was made to pay again. The transaction went through my account twice. I approached 7 Eleven North Ipswich to get a refund only to be told they wouldn’t refund. After phoning 7 Eleven corporate office to lodge a complaint they advised that stores can’t refund and I would need to lodge a dispute with my bank which involves fees and a time delay. 7 Eleven Corporate Office couldn’t care less.

      OMG, the coffee here is boss level amazing—like, if this coffee were in a video game, it would be the final boss you can’t defeat because it’s just too darn good.

      And for only $1.50!!?? That’s like finding a hidden treasure chest filled with gold, but instead of gold, it’s liquid happiness. Every other café should be quaking in their boots—and I mean full-on, espresso-machine-shaking, latte-art-ruining trembles. If coffee were a talent show, this place just dropped the mic and walked off stage.

      So if you’re in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop by. Your taste buds will thank you, and your wallet won’t file for financial distress. Level up your life with a cup from here—Game Over for the competition!”

      Unfortunately I can not do zero stars otherwise I would. I definitely do not recommend filling your car up here the workers demonstrate complete discrimination towards customers. My friend and I arrived at the petrol station to fill up and as she has just got a new car we made the mistake of parking the wrong way to fill up so we simply were trying to turn around when two men working at the store spoke over the loud speaker in a loud disrespectful tone saying that we must pay before filling up. We are not idiots and we’re completely offended by this. A man parked next to us was able to fill up before paying as per usual so we know what these men were trying to do. After paying $50 they cut our petrol short only letting us fill to $49. Yes it is only $1 but after the way they spoke to us it was not acceptable and needs to be dealt with now!!!

      Not a paid advert. But almost EVERY time 7-11 turns out to have the best price even before locked “locked in”. I use Fair Fuel app to check price trends, and then lock in the 7-11 and then fill up on the week-end. Only once had the price been even. Plan ahead. The staff are also pleasant, the coffee not bad at all. And I am fussy about my ☕️. The regular night shift chap at Bris East always cheerful! How does he do it?

Whether it’s first thing in the morning, late at night, whether they are 100 customers or just you – they take the time to say a proper g’day and make you feel welcome. Which is a weird thing to say about a servo – but there you go. Management and the staff should both be proud of how well they run the business.

      As much as Teresa is a great hairdresser unfortunately the business has changed due to financial struggles. I attempted to go in and pay a deposit as they require this now unfortunately working 12 hour days with little break and exhaustion left me unable to get to the shop. Gone are the days you’re made to feel important paying for a service. Communication was poor and tried to rectify and was told “I wasted their time” I have little time during the day to make calls for personal and I explained that. It went on deaf ears. I was told I now need to pay extra deposit as I cancelled an appointment which I was told an appointment wasn’t made. I’m left confused and now need to find a new hairdresser. Upset and disappointed as I tried to pay in person and my circumstances left me unable which I explained. I have shown up for each appointment made previously and would have shown up tomorrow on one of my days off if I had an appointment booked. Communication failed Kombi cutters this time. I hope you treat others better and listen to resolve in the future.

      Worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Went in for a skin fade and had to go back after getting home and being advised by my partner it looked like a “bowl cut”. Went back to them and had it somewhat improved but overall it’s made me miserable. The young barber is very nice and the service is very friendly but he’s also used thinning scissors and made my longer hair on top super uneven. Now if I try and tie it up I have these scraggly half length hairs. Considering shaving my head it’s made me so upset. Never again.

      Wife booked an appointment at 9am. We arrived just before 9am, but both staff were already with customers. It appeared that one of the customers had no booking. We did the online booked few days in advance and even received an online confirmation the day before. We waited for about 10mins, and told the lady staff we will go for a walk then come back. We went back at around 930am, the staff was still with the same customer and Chatting away and taking their time. Clear we are not as important as other customers. What is the point of making an online booking, especially it was the first booking for the day at 9am? There usually is a reason why customers book in advance and the first appointment, because they have other schedules to meet. This is very unprofessional and even arrogant. When we went back at 9.30am, the other staff checked and said we need to wait for another 5min. Not even a Sorry for their errors and incompetency. This is not on and simply not good enough. We visit Southport often and have been to this place. During our lats visit, the gentleman staff was very friendly and nice. Non of that this time. Maybe business is too good to care about us as an individual customer and it’s a Monday morning. No smiles from the staff and lack of energy. They couldnt care less. Very disappointment to say the least. This typically can happen to businesses that are successful but overtime, sense of entitlement and arrogance kick in, and service standards start to drop over time but the staff wouldn’t even be aware of the service level drop. If the management does care, they need to review the situation and ensure it does not happy to other customers. Staff and computer system can make errors but the more important part is how you address the situation with the customers after the error has been made, ensuring they still have an good overall experience in the end. Not in our case, unfortunately.

      Been here a couple of times whilst living in Southport and so glad I found them! I had a bad experience at a different place which made me not want go to another hairdresser in Australia in fear of making my hair worse 🙁 but these guys have left me smiling both times, even when I had to get a big chop to fix my hair they made it look great!

      They’re very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend ?

      I had such a good experience here! Sia brought my hair from virgin black to a cool beige blonde. It required 2 rounds of bleach and I requested that she blend brown into the roots. I have neutral/cool skin tone and she read it perfectly; the brown and beige tones she picked match my skin way better than the colors I showed her at the beginning of my appointment. She was very clear about the pricing and attentive to the processing time. My hair still feels strong and smooth, and Sia gave me hair wash recommendations to keep the color. I was at the salon from 10a to 4p and my total cost (Colour Pkg + root blend + 2nd round of bleach + extra dense hair) was $470 AUD. I love my colour, and would definitely return!

      Tip: Kausie is really conveniently located in an East Asian plaza. You can run over to Bánh Mì Southport and grab a sandwich. Machi Machi has some great boba to pair with 🙂

      Amazing results and great customer service?

      I got a keratin treatment. The 3rd year apprentice was so skilled. She checked in with me often to see of the water was too hot, if the cape was too tight etc. And she took small sections which gave an amazing result.

      The owner was lovely and very skilled too. Will definitely be back

      I went into Dhillonz hair salon to have my hair done with an all over color, a hair cut & 10-12 foils, the same as I usually have done, each time is a different price.

      When I phoned for an appointment the Manager asked if I was going to use my Eftpos card if so she was going to charge me a $50 deposit prior to my appointment in case I canceled.

      I told the hairdresser what I wanted done, the most ridiculous thing could have been done to anyone was to cut your hair before color & foils.

      Once cut it was too short to put the foils in leaving the Manager to hold the hair while the foils where done to one side of my hair, the color I asked for was a bright orange nothing like what I asked for.

      I told the hairdresser & the Manager that I was not going to leave the salon looking like I did, to this the hairdresser put an all over deep auburn color which covered what little foils that were put in.

      It cost me $120 to which the Manager told me that she wouldn’t charge me for the foils, what foils, there were none.

      I waited three hours for this mess to be made, paying & walking out disgusted.

      I would NOT recommend this salon with these hairdressers who do not know what they are doing.

      I ask ‘who in their own mind would cut your hair this short’ to have color & foils put in..All I can say to this is ‘Bloody Ridiculous’.

      They make out they are friendly & courteous however it is a disgrace when you expect one hairdresser to do your hair & not two or three different ones.

      I could not understand why the Manager did not fix the mess to what I really wanted with no apologies whatsoever.

      I had an hour or so between jobs and Dhillonz Hair fitted me in. The salon is clean and the staff were busy with other customers but I was shown straight through to a chair. The apprentice was quiet but attentive to my request. Everything was completed efficiently and to my satisfaction. My cut and colour worked out out nicely. Thank you for your service

      I was able to secure a last minute haircut. It was my favourite haircut in Gladstone, Aman was amazing, knew exactly what I wanted. I really had no idea how, and hair extensions were mentioned however I didn’t want just one whole colour. Phillip was able to somehow? figure out my confusion ? The pictures are the outcome, 3 shades of extensions ? so so soft! Lovely cut to blend the extensions? Thanks to Angela’s expertise in colour, she matched my broken bleached and hair containing a million different colours to look the exact same colour ?       Dropped in to see if I could have a single ear piercing done, I thought my other piercings had closed over, but thanks to Renee, I walked in with no earrings, and walked out with five! The other holes were still there – just needed someone who knew what they were doing to coax an earring through. The staff were all really friendly, and Renee was especially fabulous. She even gave me some advice on my hair, and how to get it to look more like I want it to. Great experience.

      Philippe was an absolute pro. I came in there with no real clue of what to do to refresh my tired hair. Philippe had a vision, he considered my face shape and skin tone to ensure my hair looked good on me. He carefully went about the intricate foiling and haircut and now I look both natural and refreshed ready for an evening out on the town. I highly recommend!

      This is the worst place to ever get your hair done. if you want them to ignore your requests and so what they want go there. they have thinned my hair and dyed it brown when i came in to get it lightened. absolutely the most horrible hairdresser i have ever been to. and i was charged $400 for it and was never given a refund. the staff were rude and made it out like it was my fault that they stuffed up. absolutely disgusting place.
