      I saw that the review was good and went there, and still was not satisfied with my hair a bit disappointed the result was far from the picture that I showed them. I change my hair colour myself the next day . For the service it was the best , good people very friendly. They charge everything that they do to your hair . For a trim cost $95, and my hair on bleach and dye and styled $400+

      I loved my appointment with Sharna and the lovely team today! The salon was very clean and welcoming, and I was offered a beverage and temple massage.

      Sharna did an excellent job at bringing my hair back to life; offering her advice and recommendations in a way that wasn’t pushy. She sent me home with some great tips to keep my hair looking great until my next visit!

      I loved the little bag given to me as I left, you can tell this salon cares about their customers and values their experience! 10/10

      The best experience in a salon I have ever had! From the moment I arrived I received a hand massage. My hairdresser Kate applied my foils just as I wanted, paying great attention to the outcome I wanted. She never left my side, from treatment to blow dry and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Amazingly delicious tea and cakes. All staff were just so lovely and helpful. I felt so spoilt by the end of it, like I had just left a day spa. Management must be great, everyone is so happy to be there. Can’t wait for my next visit, with the lovely Kate of course.

      I dropped into the salon to talk about issues I was having with my hair. I then took the next step and made an appointment. Well all i can say is although I paid a little more i found that all the girls were professional, great presentation and courteous.

      Kate you listened and put in 100% effort into making sure I was happy with the final result. So all I can say is sometimes you have to spend a little more so you can walk out the door feeling fantastic !! ✨️

      Thank goodness I gave the salon another chance because Lauren and Layla are amazing! Gave me my dream hairstyle. Listened to everything I said, and kept checking in with me. I am so happy this time around. I wouldn’t recommend Jo as a stylist, she tried to talk me out of both the color and cut that I asked for at my previous appointment. And I walked away very disappointed. I insisted that I wanted it lighter and shorter and she insisted I keep it darker and longer.

      I came in on Monday 3rd December and saw Manny for a trim and tidy up of my hair and left with almost a bob and choppy framing around the face, the cut itself is uneven in some spots and alot shorter than anticipated. Then there is Manny, who seemed more interested in up selling hair products than the actual cut itself and was fairly blunt and unhelpful. It’s really disappointing because going by the reviews he was meant to be one of the best there (I’m not sure if he was having a rough day or what) but the whole experience was just rushed and uncomfortable, to the point I didn’t feel like I could voice my concerns there and then. I waited a couple of days to see if this style would grow on me, however this has just mutilated my confidence and I will think twice before going to any hairdressers again.

      Please ask him to take more care in the future, a girls hair is important.

      Making an appointment on Lavya Hair Design’s website was very easy and Ruby gave me a fantastic, very detailed, haircut. This wasn’t just some 15-minute clipper job. Instead, Ruby spent a lot of time making sure that the cut worked with the shape of my head and exactly what I wanted. Ruby was really great and I highly recommend Lavya Hair Design at Kmart Plaza.

      Emi is honestly the best nail tech I have found across 4 states in Australia! Every single time I have been to Emi, my nails have been minimum 4 weeks between appointments (sometimes 6wks) and nothing is ever lifted or broken (unless of course I have done something stupid to get it stuck somewhere ?) Not to mention I could watch you paint nails with your art skills forever. Pretty sure everytime I leave I say that design is my favorite ? I will never go anywhere else and I will continue to send everyone your way as long as you have room to keep booking me in ? Thank you Emi!

      I can’t express how happy I am with my hair and this Salon. Originally researching google reviews for salons that were good with blondes, I stumbled across Neons reviews. Very nervously I booked a appointment, asking for a senior stylist. After getting my hair done at various salons on the coast for 15+ years, and never completely satisfied, I was thinking it might be time for me to cut off my long thick locks. I was happy with my first initial appointment leaving with a fresh colour and being able to run my fingers through my hair. I think the second or third appointment I met the salon Manager Nicole. I asked if we could have a honest chat about my hair. She was open and friendly. I told her while I was happy, I still felt like I wanted more from my hair. When you have really long thick hair that takes some 5 hours you really want it just so. I began to list all the problems I’ve had at other salons, even ones I was loyal to for many many years. Things like the Colour never being quite what I wanted, to ashy or just bland, and always leaving with a dry and damaged mattered mess. The fact that I’d never left previous salons being able to run my fingers through my hair, always feeling like I needed to go straight home and wash it. I expressed that I was already a million times happier with her salon, but still wanted more from the Colour. I showed Nicole a picture of the blonde I was trying to achieve. And she explained to me how we were going to achieve that and what time frame without damaging my hair. She assured me we would get there and I didn’t need to cut off my long locks. Well yesterday I had my hair done again by Nicole and is such a gorgeous bright blonde. Another client walked in for her appointment and couldn’t stop staring and complementing me on it. She was totally mesmerized! So much so I heard her asking Nicole about my hair as I was leaving. I’m so thrilled to be the new ‘bench mark’ that people are trying to achieve with their blonde!       Could not be happier with my experience here. Phoned around 11am after having decided that I needed a hair change, and needed it now! Carlos, one of the owners, promptly took matters into his hands to make sure I was taken care of and immediately scheduled me in just an hour later. Carla was my hair dresser and she was absolutely lovely. She made sure to clarify my hair goals to achieve exactly what I was looking for. The salon itself was gorgeous, and the service and kindness by everyone is absolutely unmatched!! They offer you drinks and snacks and make sure you are well looked after the whole time. My experience was so pleasant, the results were beautiful, and I can’t explain how much I appreciate them fitting both me and my friend in so last minute. It’s a shame I don’t live in Brissy because this salon would definitely be my go to. Thanks so much all of you!! Hopefully I will have a chance to come back soon. Beautiful salon, beautiful staff!

      Thank you Lucie! Love my curly hair cut & the full experience/service was wonderful. Not one staff gawked at how big or frizzy my hair was & Lucie knew exactly how to handle it. It’s always daunting walking into a new salon as a curly hair gal, not knowing how people will react to my hair. But they didn’t hesitate with any part of the service. I walked in with a lot of frizz & walked out half the volume but super defined curls. My curls are very prone to frizz so Lucie didn’t use a hand held hair dryer. This has kept my frizz minimal. She also fixed my colour, which I didn’t book for but she threw into the service anyway. The 3hr appointment in total cost around $350 & you certainly get your money’s worth. They even offer light refreshments throughout the service. Top tier for sure! Thanks Lucie ?

She gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had in my entire life. I love it so much. She made something that had become unmanageable for me into something I love.
