      Went into Mitre10 to help a friend buy a bladeless fan. Fan was a great price but the service was even better. Last one on the shelf, they opened the slightly damaged box to check it was in perfect condition. The temperature was in the mid 30’s and we were all sweltering, and the guy in charge gave us all an icy cold Maximus sports drink. Was exactly what we all needed.

      I’ve renovated my house using this store to buy nearly all my hardware supplies. All the products are great quality, and I’ve never had to return a product for subpar quality. Their plants don’t die when you get them home, and their knowledge is genuine and correct! There is always a staff member around to ask for help!

      The lovely Tanya from the paint store in Bundaberg was so kind, caring and helpful!! I phoned other stores and no one wanted to help. Tanya went out of her way for me, put my hard to find paint aside and her customer service skills were outstanding. Thank you for making my day !!

      Very poor customer service. Asked three girls, one of whom was on her phone, where something was and was told it was in the trade centre, with no offer to show me where. Went to the trade centre where two staff guys were having a chat and asked for the product only to be told it was down the front near where the girls were. Again, no offer to show me where it was. I walked out. I’ll buy it elsewhere. You only get one chance to make a good first impression.

      Been shopping here for awhile now. Most times it’s pretty good but their plumbing gear, pvc fittings etc, isn’t the best where it’s either out of stock or on order. Guess you gotta take it with a grain of salt when you do ask the staff if they have something & they ask you if you’ve tried Bunnings. So it’s off to Bunnings for me from now on saving a bit of time, even though I hate the place or I’ll just order online I guess.

      I went in to purchase some heavy garden supplies, which I knew I would struggle with. Turned out it was no problem at all – a lovely member of staff loaded it all on a trolley for me and even took it out and put it in my car. Whenever I’ve visited it’s been the same – wonderful customer service delivered with a smile and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude. Thanks again, Mitre 10!

      Good price but not exactly impressed with first purchase. Purchase 7m of shade cloth received and charged for a slightly short of 7m section which included the end of roll creased and ugly bit. My whinge but it was probably down to a kicker thinking coin not reputation. All good, will return with eyes open.

      As someone in Sydney I always chuckle about ordering from a QLD/Cairns based business with so many similar businesses local to me. Nuleaf are always willing to do more in Sydney than dozens of Sydney based retailers and supplies are, apparently the concept of drop shipping/direct deliveries is foreign in NSW :). Thank you Tom & the team once again for going above and beyond and always being happy and interested to help ?

      Husband Ordered a part. Rang every two weeks to get an update- was told it hadn’t arrived. In the end the hadn’t even ordered it. Weren’t in the least apologetic and didn’t want to know about it. Palmed us off to another business in the end.

      I recently had the pleasure of visiting the local nursery in my neighborhood and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos from the staff. The atmosphere was inviting and I instantly felt at ease.

      The nursery itself was well-organized and had a wide variety of plants, flowers and shrubs to choose from. It was clear that the staff took great care in maintaining the plants, as they all looked healthy and vibrant. I was impressed by the selection and the prices were very reasonable.

      As I was browsing, a staff member approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect plants for my garden. He even gave me some tips on how to care for them. I appreciated her expertise and it made my shopping experience much easier.

      Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this local nursery and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, the selection was impressive, and the prices were affordable. I will definitely be returning for all my gardening needs. Keep up the great work!

      One of the best nursery experiences I’ve had! If you live in Townsville there’s no reason to buy plants elsewhere – everything has been reared in the local conditions which means they’re more likely to survive at home. I dealt with Paul who was patient and generous with his advice, giving great recommendations on planting and preparation, even taking the time to lay out the arrangement I had in mind so I could see it and perfectly packing my car to the brim with plants and other bulk products. His knowledge was extensive and attuned to local conditions which is so different from what you’d get elsewhere. I learnt new techniques even for tricky jobs in the garden. Really appreciate the effort, knowledge and great service Paul. Don’t think twice about visiting these guys for gardening needs and advice. Prices were reasonable too.

Only asked for advice and attitude was arrogant, disrespectful and unnecessary. Partner had to walk away from the male worker.       Paul & Mark are beyond helpful & knowledgeable about every plant they stock as well in providing useful planting tips & tricks. The selection they stock is amazing & better yet they’re all sun hardened I haven’t had a single plant die. If they don’t have what I want in stock or the size I want, they’re only too happy to order it in for me. They make it so easy. Project Plants is definitely Townsville’s best kept secret.       Beautiful and lots of choices of plants. Good prices, too. The staff working in the place are very friendly. It’s probably best to visit early morning during summer as the area is open and mostly not shaded except the areas where there are plants. I highly recommend this place.

      Massive selection of plants to choose from, sadly the pricing isn’t displayed on most things. Also we specifically went here to look at and/or to pet the animals displayed in the Google photos (goats, chickens, piglets) but there’s no animals anymore, the staff told us they got rid of them because “they got too big” ??

      Seven acres of lushness! Loved the juicy succulents and the rows and rows of cacti. What an a-may-zing place – such a well kept secret! Owner asked us along to see the baby pigs having a feed and there are chickens and so much more to see here than just browse the plants. Gorgeous setting in cloud misted hills. A lovely experience. Met the grower of the plants I chose…. that has immense value to me – and that just doesn’t happen at the big superstores. So, so lovely and satisfying to buy direct. Highly recommend!

      This place is a wonderland of plants, pots, fish, decorations and more! The warehouse has a variety of products on offer, for a fantastic price when compared to other stores.       Devil’s ivy, also known as pothos, should be one of the first plants on your wish list when starting out on your indoor plant growing journey. Then there are collection-worthy varieties like variegated white and green ‘Marble Queen’ and lime green ‘Neon’ that definitely deserve a place in your indoor jungle.

      Mappins has the best value versions of these! Large plants for around $30.

      There’s no doubt Mappin’s has a great variety of plants, but out of all the nurseries and businesses I visit this is one I now avoid.

      The two plants i’ve historically bought swarmed with pests the second day at home when I isolated them. When I asked for a refund or exchange, they said it was my fault and said I had to buy pest spray.

      If it’s just advice on your beautiful new addition your looking for – then just google it. That’s exactly what they did in front of me when I had care questions about a Begonia.

      I’ve never been pleased with their prices, either; compared to other sellers, they tend to be a bit more expensive. Save yourself the headache and pest problem, take your business to a seller who will have passionate conversations about your plants and value your patrionage.

      Mappin’s really has everything you need!

      Originally, I been to the Plant Bunker, but they didn’t have the type of pot I needed. The staff from Plant Bunker suggested I check this place out.

      Went here on the 12th of December to pick out a pot. Shallow, deep, small or large, there is a pot for any size you need. They also sell bags of soil in 5kg, 10kg and more. They also have a huge collection of succulents (will definitely come back to revisit this in the future) and types of herbs. Oh, and they have a really neat collection of terrariums and aquarium stuff, like fish tanks and gravel and aquarium plants. Small selection of fish in tanks at the back. Staff there are really cheery and helpful. They always seem busy with tidying up the store, but they will happily help you out if you ask.

      There is still the wall of baby-faced pots lol

      Overall, a vast catalog of plants and plant pots + saucers. Really happy I visited^^
