Do you miss the feeling of cold aluminium prison toilets splashed with various bodily fluids? Are you the kind of the risk junkie that longs to wipe with paper sprinkled with love?
If you answered Yes to either of these you’ll love these public bathrooms.
While you go don’t forget to enjoy the free artwork on the walls. Mixed media – spray paint and “other”.

More like a rotunda with public toilets’ under. Centrally located adjacent the Botanic Gardens Albert Street gates. The toilets and pavilion are getting a little older now but still provide a very handy facility in the gardens. Located in an open position so good user visibility.

Going to Bunnings and not getting a sausage on bread and a can of soft drink is like going to Disneyland and not looking at Mickey Mouse. If I ever win the lottery, I’m going to Bunnings to buy everything I want. If only the news agency would sell me the correct numbers.

Would give a million stars if I could, after not understanding the real size of our car my partner had to rush home and swap cars and I was stuck alone in the car park well after closing and two amazing souls stayed with me to keep me safe. The service was also amazing when I wasn’t outside with a giant box. Lots of love to this very compassionate team♥️ was too nervous to grab their names but I do really hope they get all the recognition they deserve♥️♥️♥️

Mostly Met with nice staffs. Anyway, this morning I met with wrong person who did not respond me when I said Good Morning, I didn’t know she was on her mobile (or RF scanner), so I said again “excuse me” but she responded highly tune “give me time”. I just said “Sorry/No problem” & left her (not young anymore woman).
Hopefully she understand code of conduct and willing to change her service better.
Anyway, you have lots many great and polite staffs.

I had the most amazing experience today. I’m disabled and not very mobile. I also have low muscle tone, so carrying things is difficult.
I went to the warehouse to buy some flat packed boxes. I needed 12 of them. Way too heavy to carry. I asked for assistance, and a very nice man, Tristan, helped me out. He helped locate the stock, put them on a trolley, wheeled the trolley to the front, and put them in the car.
100% satisfied with the service. I will definitely keep coming back for my DIY needs.
Thanks, Bunnings Brown’s Plains.

This is the best Bunnings I’ve visited, it’s absolutely huge! And I mean huge! I’m sure it has whatever you need, in fact there is too much choice which I don’t suppose is a bad thing for the consumer. I went in for garden tools and couldn’t make up my mind on what to buy as there was so much to choose from! The place was pretty busy but I managed to get through self checkout without queueing which was a bonus. I’ll be using this Bunnings as my go to whenever I need anything DIY or garden in the future.

The people working at this Bunnings are amazing. I wanted to do a DIY project and as I am very inexperienced so I had to ask millions of questions. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted to do and give me advice. Being a young woman trying to build things can sometimes be very intimidating and I can say I didn’t feel judged at any time. Totally recommend coming here!

Store visibility is good due to a good position on a busy road. Parking access is easy with two access points. The staff I found are helpful and friendly. There’s a large nursery area with a good quality selection of plants, shrubs and equipment. I received fast service at the café. It’s quite a busy branch.

The store has been around for a few years now. A large double storey branch with plenty of parking on the lower level. As customers we do need to understand that the Bunnings staff are at different experience levels, with some being able to assist at every level we require and others are on a training path and not yet knowing everything. I always cut the people some slack if they’re not able to render the type of service I expect.

Has things needed. Getting help in the paint department is near impossible. We’ve had 4 goes at it and failed to be served, plus they didn’t know the answers to our questions. One of the younger staff members told me you can only get Chalkboard paint in black whilst we were standing in front of a sample of an Aqua Blue chalkboard. Front of house staff are lovely and a male staff member helped us in flooring even though it wasn’t his area. The flooring person also helped. They were both great.

This would be the worst customer service i have ever received, actually there was no service. Went to buy a BBQ no one could help. Finally found someone and automatically no we dont have that, they did. Found it but no help you pick it up yourself. I said is this easy to assemble, got a shrug and a mumble and walked away.Asked about the stand, umm yeah its around the corner. Went up to checkout out and asked about swap and go, no idea then she put the wrong code in and locked the POS and looked at me as if i new how to fix it. Each person i encounted couldnt give a dam they are literally there for a paycheck. They need to practice what they preach on their TV ads.

Woolworths and traditional markets both offer different shopping experiences that cater to different needs and preferences. Here are some pros and cons to consider when choosing between the two:
Woolworth:
Pros:
– Convenience: Woolworths stores are typically located in easily accessible areas, making it convenient for shoppers to visit.
– Wide variety: Woolworths offers a wide range of products, including groceries, clothing, household items, and electronics, providing shoppers with one-stop shopping convenience.
– Quality assurance: Woolworths often offers branded products, ensuring a certain level of quality for shoppers.
– Online shopping: Woolworths also provides the option for shoppers to purchase items online and have them delivered to their doorstep, saving time and effort.
Cons:
– Higher prices: Compared to traditional markets, Woolworths products are generally priced higher due to factors such as branding and convenience.
– Limited bargaining: Shoppers may not have the opportunity to negotiate prices or bargain with sellers as they would in traditional markets.
– Less personal interaction: The shopping experience at Woolworths may lack the personal interaction and connection that can be found in traditional markets.
Traditional market:
Pros:
– Lower prices: Traditional markets often offer products at lower prices compared to Woolworth, as they usually source directly from producers or wholesalers.
– Bargaining opportunities: Shoppers can negotiate prices or bargain with sellers, potentially obtaining better deals.
– Fresh and local products: Traditional markets are known for offering a variety of fresh and locally sourced products, allowing shoppers to support local businesses and enjoy a unique shopping experience.
– Personal interaction: Shoppers can directly communicate with sellers, forming connections and gaining insights about the products they are purchasing.
Cons:
– Limited variety: Traditional markets may have a limited range of products compared to larger stores like Woolworth.
– Inconvenience: Traditional markets are often located in specific areas, requiring shoppers to travel to reach them.
– Time-consuming: Shopping at traditional markets can be more time-consuming due to the need to visit multiple stalls or vendors to find everything on your shopping list.
Ultimately, the choice between Woolworths and traditional markets depends on personal preferences, budget, and shopping needs. While Woolworths offers convenience, a wide variety, and quality assurance, traditional markets provide lower prices, bargaining opportunities, fresh and local products, and personal interaction.
Today shopping in Woolies at Pialba I noticed Cadbury’s chocolate was on special but couldn’t find the dark 70%. Initially I was going to climb the shelves because I am rather small and a lady shop assistant asked if she could help.
She looked and there were none on the shelves and she said ‘perhaps there’s some in health and beauty’ and off she went.
I was inpatient and grabbed Lindt instead and continued shopping.
I was about 4 aisles further along and a very tall young male shop assistant asked if I was looking for Old Gold 70%. He had a new box of Old Gold in his hands and I took 4 blocks.
What great customer service. Thank you both of you.

I waited in line for over 5 minutes while nobody served at the deli. They were four of them, all in their own worlds while talking to each other, while customers accumulated. I finally had to ask if any of them were servicing since I was first in line. And once said, she served a guy behind me. Not happy and all of those women who was in the deli on the 4th of June 2023 should be fired, due to their disrespect towards customers and they aren’t doing anything to make to Woolworths brand great. Will not be back. Go to urangan Woolworths cause at least they know decent and BASIC customer service.

I would like to start by saying that i have never had a problem with the staff or any drama with this store.
This woolies always seems to have a steady flow of customers, and can get way too buzy for my liking at times.
Which can also lead to noticeable shortages on occasions e.g. toilet paper, chips, bread, meat.
Not all the time but it is noticeable when it is happening and really is in my opinion just due to the large customer base this shop carries.
Which is a credit to the staff who are usually always available to assist with enquiries.

Not happy. Everytime I come to get Berlina from the deli:
1.They either don’t have it.
2. They won’t shave it because they “have just cleaned the slicer” – its 5pm and you close at 9pm…… why is the slicer an issue? – Which what made me write this review (I’m honestly sick of not being able to get it, I walk away 9 times out of 10 from this shop without it)
3. There is no one with a certificate to slice……

Just a heads up to anyone looking to shop at Woolies in Eli Waters. They have revamped the store, and there’s NO express checkout anymore – forcing to wait in line if you want to keep people in jobs and not use the self serve which half time scan items with wrong prices. After visiting this store for 9 months with my 4 kilos puppy on my hands. Tonight I was not allowed to enter because of “so responsible” guy on entrance. unpredictable and inconsistent store. luckily there is another one in pacific fair. with no such a drama and no lottery on entry. will prefer to avoid the store where stinky drunk homeless are more welcomed than a small dog on hands.

the same sad story with my 4 kilos puppy on my hands again, now after one year of visiting it. Pretty decent Woolies, compared to the one downstairs opposite end of the center it’s set out quite different. This one is good with everything you’d need. Great being close to all the kitchens restaurants.
Weekends they can run out of some veg so get in early. Mostly its stocked well.
Some of the staff on the tills are a bit green and need more training and or direction on bag packing.
If they don’t have a type or flavor of item in this Woolies, the Coles just down in the kitchens has it.

I love the 7am opening and 9pm close. Especially with school aged children when they come to you and say they need such and such for school that day! ??
This store is on the smaller side for me personally however I rarely have had any issues with staff, have found them to be active, helpful and friendly.
I love the Click and collect option of buying online. Navigating their website is a breeze and it’s good to check stock at other nearby stores.
On this particular visit and I was after double size sheet sets, fitted sheer plowcases combo and quilt covers for my teen and tween boys, 16 and 11 not a lot to choose from in-store so I will try my luck online.
Overall, their range, quality and prices are fairly reasonable.

Don’t know if the staff member I spoke to today was having a bad day, but she was extremely rude and I asked her where I could find a particular item she just said “over there” didn’t day where just “over there” I thanked her and she just rolled her eyes at me… Like okay you hate your job but don’t need to be a troll.

Great staff managing low inventory.
I’ve had encounters with many staff members who go above and beyond to help with requests. It is quite a busy store so the shelves aren’t always perfect or pristine, and sometimes, the stock is low or not reflected accurately on the website, but the people who work there work hard.
It’s a popular Kmart.

I was having trouble looking for stuffed toys. A lovely young worker named Shannon soon came up to me and asked if I needed any help. She found exactly what I was looking for. Great service here!

Worst Kmart I’ve been too.
Op shops clothing section looks better then kmarts clothing area. Op shops at least have woman’s with woman’s tops with tops oh and in size order!!
Photos show male cloths and females mixed together, tops pants together, all sizes together, wrong size hanger to size of item attached. Oh EVEN DRINK IN THE POCKET OF PANTS! I asked for size of pants I found they said they will check back while they checked back i found the size myself in another section lady came back and said we don’t have that size I said you do cause here they are I found while I waited she said oh OK. Then went back to change room area! 2 of them. Put 1 full time on tiding the area to size and item order until it’s fixed. Absolutely disgusting left buying nothing I’ll go to a Op shop instead easier and cleaner.
And no it was a clearance rack, all full price and video shoes sections and sections of the same mess.
