a month agoNice new premises with lots of doctors and generally on time which is nice. Downside is that they each decide how much they will bill you and if they choose to bulk bill for under 16 yo. After a few visits I discovered only 1 or 2 doctors do and we were never told this during our booking. Also they are quite expensive for a standard consultation and seemed very rushed. They need more front of house staff. We will use as backup from now on.a month agoHaving recently swapped to the Ochre clinic I got in to see Dr. Aaron Lewis with my 5 week old. As a first time mum I was stoked to be greeted with a positive, relatable and proactive doctor that made me feel super comfortable. He didn’t muck around getting the results back to me asap. Feeling very confident that bubs has found her new GP.5 months agoThe staff are are wonderful very pleasant and professional. The wait time is under 15 minutes. We see Dr Nick Stanley and he is simply amazing, very skilled and he explains in detail what he will be doing in plain easy to understand language. He is a very gentle and caring man.2 months agoOchre never fails to impress. As someone with multiple autoimmune conditions the care taken by all the practitioners is outstanding. He listened to what I had to say and acted very professionally and caring and tended to my health problem. Dr Oo is very caring and takes pride in understanding your health requirements. She is certainly a Professional to highest degree, and has been my GP for the last 6 years or so.
