I cannot speak highly enough about Coach Benny!
He is an expert at keeping me motivated and challenged during every training session,
and the results speak for themselves.
If you’re looking for a professional to help you achieve nutrition and fitness goals, look no further than Coach Benny.
One thing I love about Benny’s program is that he doesn’t just focus on exercise –
he also emphasizes the importance of nutrition.
He worked with me to create personalised nutrition goals and meal plans,
without forcing me into any strict diet regiment.
The emphasis is on learning to make healthy eating decisions and tracking everything I eat.
Although it’s not always easy, Benny is a wealth of information and support.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Coach Benny to anyone looking for a comprehensive
      approach to health and fitness.

Coach Benny is an amazing coach! He is an inspiring and motivating coach. The way his program was set was super easy to follow and the app was quite user friendly. I loved working with Coach Benny on my fitness journey. I would highly recommend Coach Benny for fitness goals!!

I returned to the gym after a bit of a break. Had some issues with my knees and lower back. Benny has been able to design sessions that both challenge and support my fitness goals. Sessions are varied and interesting – without feeling like you’re auditioning for a circus. He listens to feedback and amends future sessions accordingly. I enjoy the flexibility of working out at times that suit me but also have a trainer to provide professional advice and motivation.

Great work Ben! You’ve demonstrated strong commitment to “excellence and the long haul”! (From training through to nutrition – the program puts guys in a different league…) And I would have no hesitation to recommend the VIP Team, to any serious customer seeking results! ?

Happy with my results for my first plan that Ben gave me. I lost 5kg in my first 8 weeks, and that’s with still refining my diet. We eased into it, as I’m a big lad, to help gauge with where my limits are. Looking forward to the next step and continuing to work with Ben on my goals.

Linda has been of invaluable assistance to me in treating a long-term health issue, and getting me back to normal! She is extremely knowledgeable and approachable, and looked at the whole range of life style changes that could be made. I love that she considers diet and nutrition in treatment plans. She’s also wonderful with my children, and has been of great help in getting them to glowing good health. I would 100% recommend her!

Update 4 Jun: Linda is always spot on with her recommendations for supplements and herbs! I just got back from my check up appointment after dental surgery, and the dentist was “very pleased” with my healing progress! Thank you, Linda, for your invaluable expertise!!

I am a great believer in Natural Therapies and for a number of years I have been a client of Linda’s. Her wealth of knowledge always amazes me and she has the ability to put everything into such an easy to understand way. Nothing is too much trouble – I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I have received and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle the natural way.

I have been seeing various Naturopath’s for decades in NSW, Victoria and Qld. Linda’s approach, methods and treatment are by far the best. She helped resolve a health issue I’ve been having for over 10 years now in just one consultation. I’m so impressed by the accuracy of her diagnosis and success of her treatments, I will always go back to her with any health issues I have in the future and I’ve started taking my children to see Linda too.

Pros and Cons of Shopping at Aldi

When it comes to choosing a shopping destination, many factors come into play. One major decision consumers face is whether to shop at a discount grocery store like Aldi or a traditional market. Both options have their own pros and cons, and it ultimately comes down to personal preferences and priorities.

    Pros of choosing Aldi:

    • Lower prices: One of the main advantages of shopping at Aldi is its lower prices. The store focuses on providing quality products at affordable prices by implementing cost-saving measures, such as charging for grocery bags and requiring a deposit for shopping carts.
    • Private label brands: Aldi offers a wide range of private label brands, which are often cheaper compared to national brands. These store-branded products provide a more budget-friendly option without compromising on quality.
    • Efficiency: Aldi is known for its efficient store layout, where products are displayed in their shipping boxes. This reduces the need for extensive stocking and keeps overhead costs lower, contributing to the store’s affordable pricing.
    • Limited selection: While this may be seen as a con for some, Aldi’s limited selection can be advantageous for shoppers who find too many options overwhelming. It can also lead to faster shopping trips.
    • Eco-friendly practices: Aldi encourages shoppers to bring reusable bags and provides options for recycling their packaging waste. These initiatives contribute to reducing environmental impact.

    Cons of choosing Aldi:

    • Limited brand variety: Since Aldi primarily focuses on its own private label brands, shoppers who prefer specific national brands may not find them at this store.
    • Packaging preferences: Some shoppers may have packaging preferences, such as wanting to buy products in specific sizes or materials, which may not always be available at Aldi.
    • No online shopping: Unlike traditional markets, Aldi does not offer online shopping options, which might be inconvenient for those who prefer to shop from the comfort of their own homes.
    • No local specialty products: Traditional markets often showcase local produce, homemade goods, and specialty items that Aldi may not carry. Shoppers looking for unique or regional products may prefer traditional markets for a wider selection.
    • Shopping experience: While some shoppers appreciate the no-frills approach of Aldi, others may prefer the ambiance and customer service provided by traditional markets.

Ultimately, the choice between Aldi and a traditional market depends on factors such as pricing, brand preferences, shopping experience, and convenience. Considering these pros and cons can help consumers make an informed decision based on their individual needs.

Absolutely disgusting for $20. Will not use again due to my car being dirtier coming out than going in to the auto wash, see photos on this site, steel grey car.
The prewash by attendant makes it even worse and the amount of product and cleaning power in the auto wash is disgraceful. Obviously will not spend the money on their business. Never again as this is the third time this has happened. Three strikes and you’re out for life.

Expensive doesn’t give you as much time to clean as my carwash in Northshore.
Plus their vacuums didn’t get anything up as much as the one at North shore did so not coming back here to clean and vacuum my car again

Compared with other car wash places the vacuum seemed choked … our home vacuum has more grunt .. wasted 3 dollars and didn’t achieve much at all

The overall wash in the self serve bays is good, the water pressure is great and the changeover between cycles is quick. Seems to be reasonable time for $. $2 got me 4 minutes. I do like that you vacuum first then wash although it can make for a long wait.
Staff on hand during business hours which is good.

Came here on a Monday 1/05/23 – Use self service bay -2 cleaning programs were out of order – The brush to use on the car as useless, it was very worn out and needed replacing! Didn’t even foam up. the pressure washer was still shouting out water when it wasn’t in use, so wasting lot of water. So I’m upset that I waste money supporting a local car wash. The place just looked worn out and need a good updating. Very sad, management should do something about it.

Would not go here again!! I went to this car wash and initially when I pulled up to the self was it didn’t except cash so I went to the next one and one of the washing steps was not available I continued on and when I went to pay with car it wouldn’t not work I tried pushing the stop on the machine and tapping card again then when it did work it charged me $15 not $5 like the sign said it would. I then went and saw the manager and she was really rude and speaking down to me she told me that if I pushed stop on the machine when I was done it would refund me, she told me if I had a problem I could call the charging agency but they would just call her anyway. The other worker kept walking past the car so I had to continually stop to not wet him. I was then finished and pushed stop which did not work, because she was so rude the last time I asked her I didn’t want to bother her again so I let the timer run out and waste my money and left.

A Comprehensive Guide to Using a Self-Service Car Wash

Using a self-service car wash can be a simple and cost-effective way to clean your vehicle. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use a self-service car wash:

    1. Locate a Self-Service Car Wash: Use search engines or apps to find a nearby self-service car wash station.
    2. Prepare Your Vehicle: Remove any personal belongings, trash, or loose objects from the car’s exterior.
    3. Choose Your Service: Most self-service car washes offer different cleaning options, like soap, rinse, wax, etc. You may need to insert coins, bills, or a credit/debit card to select the desired service.
    4. Pre-Rinse: Before applying soap, use the high-pressure rinse to remove loose dirt and debris.
    5. Apply Soap: Select the soap option and use the wand to spray your car. Start from the top and work your way down, covering all areas.
    6. Scrub if Necessary: Some stations provide a foam brush. You can scrub your car to remove stubborn dirt. Be gentle to avoid scratching your car’s paint.
    7. Rinse: After scrubbing, choose the rinse option to wash away the soap. Again, start from the top and work your way down.
    8. Wax (Optional): Some self-service car washes offer a wax option. Apply this if you want a protective coating on your vehicle.
    9. Dry Your Vehicle: Use the provided air dryer or a microfiber towel to dry your car. Drying by hand can prevent water spots.
    10. Vacuum Interior (Optional): Some locations have vacuum stations to clean your car’s interior. Insert coins or pay as required.
    11. Inspect Your Vehicle: Do a final walk-around to ensure all areas are clean and to your satisfaction.
    12. Follow Safety Guidelines: Always adhere to the instructions and warnings provided at the car wash station. Wear appropriate clothing, and be mindful of slippery floors.

Greats guys with great quality work!! If you love your car, you’ll love their work. The legends at Auto Emporium gave my Holden Commodore SV6 the makeover of a lifetime ? – paint and polish, paint correction, removed and redid badges, and removed chrome and blacked out fenders and grill. Would highly recommend ?

A big thanks to the guys at Auto Emporium. im so happy with the results of my SS ute. I was a bit nervous about the colour change of the rims from Chrome to black, but i trusted their vision, and i was very impressed. I was away on holidays when the guys worked on her, and they kept me posted with the progress by text . Highly recommend

Brand new car got delivered from Melbourne. I was a bit hesitant with driving it without it being coated. I got the car delivered straight to the detailing centre. Dean was very professional, had the ceramic coating applied. Every time I was the car now it looks like it’s just been driven out of the showroom. Highly recommend this place.

My wife parked her Lexus overnight under the tree from hell and her pristine white duco ended up badly stained, no amount of washing could shift it! The guys at TDC booked me in the next day and removed every single mark and left the car looking brand new. The other nice thing is that they are really proud of the work they do and it shows. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Local people doing a great job in the local area.

John and Dean recently did an exceptional job on our 13 year old Forester, responding very quickly to remove severe mould from the interior seats and carpets and applying preventative treatment. They then finished fully detailing the rest of the car, which was unrecognisable. We were considering selling now don’t want to let it go! Really helpful team, greatly appreciated.

Never been a Aldi shopper till this new store opened. Slowly but surely we are finding more and more great products. Their meat is awesome. Only issue I have found (This is Aldi generally) you just find something you really like and they stop carrying it. The staff here are always friendly and helpful.

Fill your Christmas Platters here! Find the speciality items you can’t find at your regular supermarket here.

Black Labelled “Coles Local” is a little more fancy than your regular Coles.

It has a much larger fresh food section, ready made meals, fresh juice and coffee, speciality items and baked goods.

No counter deli, but a good range of fresh prepacked cold meats.

Loads of parking underneath. A destination supermarket.

Coles has significantly improved its presentation since it’s renovations and conversion to a Coles local. It’s not the largest Coles, so sometimes missing some stock I want, but that’s pretty rare. I know many are upset about the deli and fresh seafood being taken away, but there’s been some lovely local additions too.

Compared to other Coles Local stores or the equivalent Woolies Metro, this store is very well stocked and easy to do a full shop for one person. It’s very easy to go in and grab a few things and get through the checkout quickly. The selection of ready meals and cool drinks near the entrance is nicely located in the store. Very convenient, and the staff are friendly as well.

I have to keep in mind that this is a coles local. it’s smaller and things laid out differently to the bigger stores. But still able to find everything I came in for this visit. it was clean and tidy.

It sucks now. The new store layout at the entry feels incredible unfriendly and almost hostile. Being a Coles Local the layout before now was almost cozy and showcased the best parts of the store that set it apart from others easily. Now it’s been ruined. If you want to grab a quick coffee and a pastry, now you have to walk all the way to the back past the produce section. The new layout isn’t terrible when considering other stores but when thinking about how nice it felt to go into before this just seems like a change made through decision-making entirely divorced of why people liked the store and what the best customer experience is and the vibes of that are really off.

My shopping experiences at coles Toowong have been positive most of the time. However, this employee rudely interrupted me when I was looking at two items at the frozen section and have no customer service perspective. I first grabbed two items with different flavours and thought I might put one back while I am looking at the other flavours so that the frozen item is not exposed to room temperature for too long. He came along assuming me not putting the item to the correct flavour, even though I put one back to where I first grabbed it and while I was standing there looking at one item. Not sure whether he’s having a bad or just picking up on someone looks weak. I put the item I was looking back to the “right flavour” on the shelf and don’t even want to buy it anymore.

I am not sure why you open at 7am if your shop is not ready to be opened. Each time I go in there at this time you have people unpacking all the fresh produce , vegetables and fruit shelves are empty. The bakery has not got its products ready as well. A suggestion is to get your staff in earlier and make sure your shop is ready to trade with all its advertised stock. It’s not hard to do guys , lift your game please.

The lady working at the self-service cashier at 11:39 21/5/2023 asked me very impolite whether I scanned the bag. I know it is your responsibility, but please be polite and manner plz. I have never encountered such a thing in the past consumption of Coles.

Generally, Coles is cheaper than Woolworth, with more products on discount. Also, Coles’ seafood and vegetables are better than Woolworths and cheaper. Other meats products are not that different. Only pre made food and dairy products, Woolworths tastes better.

Have been to this Coles for many years. And I will still come here to buy groceries now and than.

My favourite Coles in Brisbane, so conveniently located in Toowong Village next to the Toowong Railway Station. I am a big fan of the pick and mix selection for a healthy snack of dried fruit and nuts, and the self-serve medjool dates in the fresh produce department.
