      I’ve never seen a more disinterested store owner or staff at any coffee shop in my life. The store itself has no atmosphere and it just downright boring. The coffee is average at best and the food looks as uninviting as the owner. Zero stars for the banana bread which is dryer then the great sandy dessert. REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE; I’m stunned at your reply, considering I spoke with the owner expressing how bad the banana bread was and considering he was standing right in front of me as I put the banana bread into the bin! I would have thought the time to offer a refund would have been at that moment as i’m sure anyone else would. I’m not sure what’s worse, the bread and poor service or the reply and attempt to save face? Either way, after poor experiences before this particular one, I won’t be back.

      I wish there was a minus-star rating…Terrible coffee! I purchased a vanilla latte this morning and it is awful and unable to be consumed, the coffee tasted burnt and bitter, my tongue is ready to walk out of my mouth because of the foul taste…and as a coffee lover you can imagine my Disappointment..guys your machine needs a good flush….yes I’ve been a barista! There was no line and the man serving was rude, unfriendly & dismissive, either he had a big Saturday night or he just didn’t care…or both, someone didn’t want to work on a Sunday!

      Went there today & sat at a very dirty table for 45 mins without it being cleaned- not only our table was dirty but I counted 5 tables in all. My two other friends went to Kmart &I decided to wait for them when they returned they were disgusted that the table still had not been cleaned- now it was not that busy- we eventually had to ask a young girl to clean our table! Other people had also commented on the state of the tables & Macdonalds rubbish at one of them

      I vote this Muffin Break cafe in Westfield Burwood a 5 out of 5 for the following reasons:

      Covid-19; there is hand sanitizer and a water station which has a sign saying ‘do not use the water fountain for hand washing’, adequate cleaning of the table surfaces and adequate spacing out of customers tables. Overall, good covid-19 policies and procedures in place.

      Friendliness; Friendly service from the customer service people when ordering your coffee.

      Service; good service and fast receive my coffee approximately 5 minutes after I ordered and had taken my seat. Food/ coffee; on this occasion I did not eat I ordered a large mocha and found that it was well priced, good temperature and a good tasting coffee.

      Cleanliness; my table was clean and I noticed the waitress was regularly cleaning table tops she informed me that at this cafe, they use a special antiviral spray to ensure there are no germs on the surfaces and told me that all cloths are thrown out after two days.

      Value for money; paid $5 70 approx for my large mocha in a takeaway cup. I elected to sit down to drink it as they were not busy. Thank you for reading this review please click like if you found my review helpful. ??✔

      Today I had a lovely coffee, nice and hot as requested, and a much appreciated gluten free muffin. As a coeliac, finding safe gf food when you’re out and about is not easy so thank heavens for Muffin Break! The young man who took the order was particularly pleasant too.

      Conveniently located inside westfield, it gets very busy. Staff are very friendly, coffee is good as are the muffins. Tried the new Duffin – a cross of muffin & croissant & was delicious! Available in custard or nutella filled.

      Visited on June 23. I tried this out during lunch. Burgers are rather dry, and grilled chicken meat is tasteless instead. The sweet potato chips are nice. Their menu is labelled with each food’s calories, so you know which one to choose if you are concerned about your calorie intake. Whether it’s a healthier choice of burger or not, it’s very subjective and up to your choice. Taste-wise, I would definitely say that it does not meet expectations.

      I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Grill’d, and I must say, it was nothing short of disappointing. The burger I ordered was a complete letdown. It was as if they had mistaken their burger for a sandwich, with an absurdly disproportionate amount of bread compared to the pitiful filling inside. The dry, lackluster bread did nothing to salvage the already lackluster situation.

      And let’s talk about the price – I’d expect to pay a premium for a high-quality burger, but what I got was a far cry from that. The exorbitant price I paid for that subpar excuse of a burger was simply unjustifiable.

      To add insult to injury, even after ordering a shared platter of chips, I left the place feeling far from satisfied. The meager portions and disappointing quality left me questioning why I even bothered stepping foot into Grill’d in the first place.

      In conclusion, if you’re in the mood for a filling and satisfying burger experience, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Grill’d. There are far better options out there that won’t leave your wallet empty and your taste buds unsatisfied.

      We were seated indoors – was very cozy and comfortable. Food was good, burgers were bit dry,However the taste was amazing. They have excellent menu with great variety. Good options available for kids as well as vegan – vegetarian. Staff was very friendly and seated us without any delay.

      I wanted to give Chatime a try again after not being satisfied before with their drinks but this is the last time. I ordered a roasted milk tea with half sugar and less ice with pearls and cream cheese mousse. The staff member serving me was very nice and I love their ambience in their store but oh my god this drink was horrible. All I could taste was water and ice and a bit of sugar, I don’t understand. The pearls were nice but the mousse was awful like it didn’t taste like anything and it was just not nice at all.

Went back and ordered a few days later and told the staff “Please add sugar, last time I couldn’t taste any flavor”. Unfortunately it was made exactly the same, tasted like water. When I called Chatime and told staff they didn’t add sugar again, they confirmed they did add sugar and if I want more sugar then I should ask for “Extra-Sugar”… Apparently Chatime tasting like water is the new norm. Staff are friendly and place looks ok but the unsatisfying taste has made me feel disappointed and not wanting to come back. My last order was 5 days ago so for me to still feel this way after this long and leave a review hopefully says something.

      Decent place. Service is a hit and miss. 1/2 sugar sometimes tastes like full sugar. Some girls are friendly and some aren’t. They’re open till late though so that is a plus. They seem to be enforcing QR codes strictly which is good to see, but they themselves don’t wear masks properly many times.

      Since I didn’t find complain department on your website, it has to go here. Went to click and collect this morning with booking, took 1hr to stand in the queue! What’s the advantage? Might as well get a trolley and get stuff myself and pay at counter with no queue. Very slow service, tons of staff on the floor, but only 1 person at service desk. Bought few more things, baby section is not priced, lots of things on the sale rack and don’t scan on sale at the register. Half of the baby items don’t even have tickets and tags are not priced. Very missleading guys. Unhappy customer.

      Can spend up to 3 hours walking around the store. Awesome range of goods (it’s impossible to walk out of the shop without at least a small purchase). There are lots of ongoing sales so you just need to monitor the products you need all the time. A great range of kids stuff, your kid can also try some bikes around the shop, so you’ll know what to buy.

      Staff & the OTR App need to be more clear with Milk Options for Coffee Orders. 4 separate occasions (app & in-person) they use Full-Cream Milk when I specifically say “oat” or “almond”.

      I can’t do full cream due to health reasons… I’m getting a bit over it.

      I purchased a double Bondi burger late last night after training and it was cold so I went back and asked for a fresh one. They made me a fresh one but it had no Oprego sauce or cheese, just a dry, tasteless burger. I think I’m going to give up on Oportos altogether. More misses than hits and the inflated $17 for a meal just can’t be justified when you can’t even get what you paid for

      I ordered an Oprego and El Troppo, both burgers came with one piece of chicken, wilted lettuce and sauce, nothing else! Are the burgers made fresh? As it didnt look or taste like it. Don’t waste your money here. Never again will I go to an Oporto’s.

      Always so fresh and perfectly cooked, you can tell by how hot it is even through delivery. Oh and they close at 1am

      The chips were stale but had been re fried and re salted and the chicken had hair in it, I told the manager that I had hair in my food and he sighed and asked if I wanted a new one or if I could take the hair out! I don’t no what country or century he thought we were in but this is absolutely not on! Roselands Oporto definitely trying to cut corners as I never had this issue with any other

      I love Oportos but this is the worst Oportos in Sydney. Poor food quality, actually got food poisoning from a burger I had here & poor service too. Lots of room for improvement on cleanliness & staff need more training to comply with WHS standards. Shockingly terrible ??
