DOESN’T ACCEPT AMPOL GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS Was going to use an Ampol voucher for my fuel only to be told they don’t accept Ampol gift cards or vouchers for Ampol fuel?????? ?? The service attendant explained (like I was stupid) and said “see the sign?” and that they are an EC service station owned by Woolworths that serves Ampol Fuel but they don’t accept Ampol cards. How am I supposed to know that before putting fuel in?!?! Lucky I had cash to pay for the fuel!!!!!??

I always visit this store but today I really had a bad experience from one of the CSRs. I bought 1 coffee and gave her the money and because I was carrying my baby I but the cup on the bench but accidentally my hand hit the coffee cup and fell on the floor. Then the CSR seemed very annoyed, I said sorry many times but she did not respond to me. When I asked for some tissues the man (another CSR) hurried up and got the tissues and cleaned the floor, although I offered him many times to clean it but he refused and he cleaned it and said that is fine But really the way that lady dealt with the situation and her response made me very upset and felt uncomfortable.

I went in today to get some service parts for my car. Parking was difficult to navigate as there was no spots empty within close proximity to the store within the complex. The store was understaffed (I saw 3 people on the floor) however Manoli took the time to go above and beyond to educate me on the products and help me with everything I needed to get and more. It is clear he is very knowledgeable, an asset to the company and very good at his job as he was friendly and provided with excellent customer service.

Overall great shopping experience that could be improved with the convenience of ample parking.

Was here on Thursday 28th /12 , the girl staff member not wearing uniform needs to learn how to pack a shopping bag, throwing our items in with no care at all , myself and my wife both said to her can you pack it properly, and she didn’t reply anything. After paying I had to unpack the back and then pack it properly myself. Very poor attitude from that worker , it’s usually pretty good here when I come , but this worker had a terrible attitude. She needs training in basic customer service

Now that it’s called star or whatever the hell it is, you must keep a close eye on the cashiers as they enter your goods. Three times now (that I know of) I have been charged multiple times for the same item. Staff cannot be trusted and the prices are barely better then a Woolworths metro. My advice, go elsewhere

Nice mix of Western and Asian groceries. Excellent location. The two biggest issues I have with this store is the meat section and the staff. There are some very strange and off putting looking steaks when I visited (see 1st picture), yet they haven’t reached their expiration date which means I would question the quality control at this store. The second issue I have with this store is the checkout staff. They look disinterested and unhappy. I shouldn’t have to ask for a receipt every time I shop. A simple smile and greeting would go a long way.

One of the worst Supermarkets ever!!! Without being racist, they mostly cater for Asian food and not a variety of food and products that “Footworks” is known for! They are extremely overpriced then any other Supermarket in the area unless its a sale price… Also the Isles are that narrow that a trolley will have difficulty going down and also especially when the supermarket is always messy and sock always on the floor every time I have been! Quite disappointing for a supermarket…

Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, I saw someone complaining that they stocked mainly asian foods so sadly looks like redferns full of racists. I’ve always had the staff greet me and be very polite. Decent selection of food with pretty good prices when items are on sale.

Average food and really slow service for customers walking in to dine in. They really prioritise the online ordering pickup and drive thru at this restaurant. New menu promotes the fried chicken and burgers, hard to even see the roast chicken items anymore. The $5 snack pack offer was reasonable value, except the chips were cold and soggy and the potato and gravy was about 80% gravy. $2 extra for a can of drink. Sucks they have changed from Coke to Pepsi as their beverage supplier but looks like Oporto have too. Limited parking at the back for about 4 cars except an abandoned car is currently taking up one of these spots.

Food is usually very good and delivery has always been fast in my experience, lost point because I have often found that this store stops taking online/delivery orders well before the store actually closes. Unsure if it’s to clean? but imo that time shouldn’t be counted as part of the store opening hours.. don’t state a specific closing time if you’re not going to serve up until that time…

First time trying Red Rooster after hearing about their new Fried chicken. The verdict: they were really good! I found them less greasy than KFC while still being juicy. They also had a nice crunch on the outside. I would definitely recommend them!

We also tried other items (see pics) and, overall, everything was pretty good! I especially really liked the onion rings, coleslaw and wings. However, the nuggets were quite average and I’d probably not take them again.

There’s not a lot of activity in this branch. Which makes it perfect. You get in, get your chicken and drive home. The staff is nice. The only downside is when exiting, turning right can be a hassle because there isn’t any traffic light.

Had take away from here at around 12:00am. One or two customers.

Fried chicken was not prepared and he asked for 10-12min wait. Never seen this at KFC. The receptionist was really nice to come outside to my car parked in the parking lot to deliver the order.

The worst thing though was the food. Absolutely soggy fries. Chicken was overwhelming with salt plus hard to eat chicken. The burger bun was brittle and seemed stale.

      Avoid at best.

Incredibly slow – I work in the Broadway centre and would often go to Boost on my break for a quick pick-me-up, but sometimes I would spend the entire 15 minutes standing around waiting for my drink which is unreasonable. The place is understaffed considering the high demand and the staff who do work there are slow and have forgotten to include things in my orders a couple of times as well. From now on I’ll go to Starbucks instead; despite the demand there they are a lot more efficient.

This is more of a Boost problem as a whole, but the straws are too small for the drinks as well. Recently bought a drink that included “dates” (they were actually sultanas) and the sultanas kept getting stuck in the straw so I couldn’t drink it. Went back for a refund and the only option available to me was a cash refund which was fine. I asked if I should hand the drink back as well and the manager said no and told me to “try and finish it” and offered to give me a second straw as if that one wouldn’t just get jammed as well. I threw it in the bin.

Ordered via the app before I got there. Still wasn’t ready. Store needs to be bigger with more staff. Was really struggling to keep up with demand and has lots of people standing around. I love boost juice but this store is a challenge.

Understand that it’s busy on Saturday but the skinny female staff is really rude. Bad attitude and didn’t clean up the drip before giving the drink out. It’s a mess.

2 blondes and one brunette working today at 2:30pm are standing at the back having a chat while the nice male worker is at the front constantly taking orders and cupping finished drinks by himself Appalling service and management. After cupping one drink they’d be back to having another 2 min chat break while the other blenders are done.

If I could give 0 I would. I was looking for the watermelon fabric baskets for my classroom. Rouse Hill told me they (Blacktown)had 8. Called multiple times and they never picked up. I drive over there to find only 2. I asked a girl working there if there were anymore as on the system there are 8. I asked if she could check at the back. She told me to come back next time. YUCK . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I only go in for the essentials. Sometimes the prices are not exactly comparable with other shops. Still it must be a struggle for they are not a big retailer like other super outlets. And the fact they employ numerous staff is a plus for young people to get training in the retail business. Not many more positive issues I can say about The Reject Shop. Happy shopping. Bye.

Like the idea of selling plastic bags to customers. The name of the shop gives me the idea that there is something wrong with the products ? Bought some laundry products at good price.

Like how they sell many products that were made in Australia.

Left clothes for wash, dry and fold around 10am on Fri and recd confirmation it will be picked up on Sat same time. Reach at noon and the lady attending (Maria) is surprised that I needed the clothes today and tells me how the attendant from the previous day should have put the clothes in the washer so she could finish. Then she offers to do wash and dry but no fold with a generous (read sarcastic) discount of 16.7%. The owner seemed to be out of the country and it seems like my bad luck to be dealing with non decision makers. I needed the clothes since we are visiting for vacation and now SOL and find some other place that might have better service standards.

Great location and clean hostel with super friendly, accommodating staff! The lobby/kitchen area is quite big and it’s easy to make friends here. Bathrooms were very clean and the a/c worked well in the room. I appreciated the big lockers in the room and how often housekeeping came in as well. The rooftop bar area was lovely for socializing and morning yoga. Definitely recommend staying here!

I had a dorm for men with a own bath for ~145A$ per night. Each bed has its own light and plug. The cabinet can be locked and has its own plug inside as well. The room had a central AC, which could not change the temperature. The rooms and bath are clean. You can get a towel for an extra fee. The hostel has a rooftop terrace with a view over the harbor. You’ll see the Opera house as long as there’s no cruise ship in it. There’s a co-working space with a kitchen and cafe. The staff was nice and attentive. Overall a great Hostel, would go there again.

During my three-night stay in a private room at this hostel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience it provided. As a first-time hostel, I had no idea what to expect, but this place exceeded all my expectations. The room itself was not only nice and clean, but also wonderfully quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep. My room had a great view of the Opera House and you can see the fireworks display from the comfort of your room. I can confidently say that the view from the hostel’s rooftop is nothing short of amazing. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a nice place in the area.

Nice, spacious hostel in a safe area. The guests are somewhat friendly but I’d say they’re more adventurous and out exploring more than trying to meet new people.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The process are a bit high for the breakfast, bar, cafe, and rooms on weekends, but alot of Sydney is over inflated on pricing vs value so what’s new there.

      Overall Id recommend this stay.

The location itself is really close to Tourist Landmarks. Walked to Darling Harbour And the Sydney Opera House on another day (Very centralised location) and across the Sydney harbour bridge on my last day (all within an hour).

Service was great upon check-in and during the extension of my stay. As the level I was staying in was above a cafeteria, the morning scraping of chairs and footsteps were a tad too loud. (Improve soundproofing?). Other than that, everything else was amazing as a hostel should and perfect for budget travellers. Love having a private bathroom , although since you might be sharing with strangers, you have to choose a time not to disturb your mates. Very mobile friendly but able to request for physical key if needed. Kitchen and storage area is clean and washing my own utensils is neat. Located near a convenience store right outside. Definitely go to the rooftop for the view and if with friends, play at the pool table. Site itself is located with an archeology dig so it’s really interesting. Amazing concept, seating areas are wide , spacious and clean.

This place is certainly an interesting and moving place to visit. I went a few years ago and was quite underwhelmed by it. Now , following a number of improvements it has much to offer. The audio guide certainly helps to make it a more absorbing visit. You need to stand at specific areas to hear it and sometimes I lost the signal but soon picked it up again. This museum is certainly an asset to Sydney and it is free to enter

Was better than expected. Free entry for all. We did the kids guided tour with activity book included for the children. Both adult and child enjoyed the tour very much. Place was well set up and information was detailed.

Amazing free Sydney museum located in heart of city, Adults and kids self guided audio tour provided that auto plays as you walk into different rooms. Learnt about early convicts and settlers life in Sydney. Also learnt more about the conflicts to aboriginal life.

Go visit if you have 1hr spare to learn about our city.

Need approximately 1.5h to go through the exhibits, more if you wish to spend more time looking at each in detail. This last entry is 1.5h prior to closing!

Good collection of history of First Nation peoples, many whom were prisoners, and orphans. Some space dedicated to Sydney opera house too.

Service: Self guided tour with audio guide. Audio guide has location tracking that will change narration based on which exhibit you’re looking at.

Crowd: Not a lot of crowd in weekday just before close!

Payment: Free entry, which is great.
