Definitely recommend.5 years agoI’ve had only good experiences with this store, but I usually know exactly what I need and don’t have to try anything on. I think it’s the cleanest and best merchandised TJM store in the area. 1* Acknowledged when I need assistance. 2* Always treated politely and with dignity. 3* Staff has often had a genuinely thoughtful comment or conversation that lent itself to align with inclusion in their customer base as I am. 4* I have been treated as a customer who has access to anything I would want or need in the store, and always addressed as one would expect a very valued customer to be addressed. 5* Easily accessible clean restroom.3 months agoThey don’t really have the name brands that they used to carry years ago you get mainly a more of a low grade or quality of clothes not used to that6 months agoI’d say this place was pretty good. 5 months agoOn 6/4/2023, Sunday at 6:28 PM. The lack of available registers and the unprofessional behavior of the staff left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my shopping experience. Only two registers were open, causing a long line of customers to wait to be served. When I inquired about the reason for this inconvenience to a cashier, Mattew C., his response was not only dismissive but also disrespectful. “Because we are on the payroll.”What made matters worse was the presence of two other employees behind the cashier’s desk. Although Matthew claimed that they were coordinators and not supposed to be at the register, they were taking customers at the register, and the lights at the registers were on, but they just stopped when it was my turn, and then leisurely walked around engaging in a conversation behind the cashier’s desk, disregarding customers lined up.
This incident left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Waiting in line for an extended period due to a shortage of open registers is already inconvenient, but witnessing employees neglect their responsibilities and prioritize their conversations is simply unacceptable.
I believe it is essential for your store management to address this issue promptly. Proper training should be provided to the staff members regarding the importance of efficient service, respecting customers’ time, and prioritizing their needs. It is crucial to have a sufficient number of registers open, especially during peak hours, to ensure a smooth shopping experience for everyone.
a year agoThere’s a good selection of products at this location but also a significant price difference than the tjmaxx in Wesley chapel. There’s also a very foul smell throughout the store like there is urine on the carpets.a month agoemployees are rude and will scold you for looking at products. i was planning on buying an eyeshadow palette and opened the box to make sure it wasn’t broken and in good condition (we all know half the beauty products at discount stores are messed up or shattered) and the employee got angry at me. i’d rather go to another store where they treat their customers with respect, i put it back and will not be returning.3 years agoLove this location for their jewelry, always a great selection. Looks like they brought in a bunch of new options as well. Pleasantly surprised at how much stuff they brought in for Christmas. Cheerful staff and everything is clean and organized. All of the giftable items are organized in groups on red tables throughout the entire store.4 years agoCame in looking for gold gear and found it! Prices are reasonable. Everything is at its own section so it’s pretty easy to find and sizes are very organized. The cashier will ask you constantly to sign up for their credit card. Very good experience would go there again if I need too!
