      Been calling for the hello kitty blankets for a month, almost every time the same lady gets on the phone with an attitude and says no we haven’t gotten any at all.. I called her out on her lie because last week she said no so i decided to go on and there hanging on the rack was two! Don’t trust calling this store they’re either told to lie or just straight up liars! Then she proceeded to say well we can’t hold them anyways smh!

      Offers luggage for 50-70% off MSRP. If you go for luggage make sure you buy it ASAP as they sell out quickly. Selection will vary between stores so keep that in mind. The staff are super nice and they are dog friendly. Large dogs will need to be in a cart.

      You’d think stuff would be cheaper here but it’s about the same as Meijer. They have a really small selection for men.

      Wowzers!!! What happened to TJM??? This used to be known as a “discount “ department store right??? Recently visited during July 2023 and there was not a deal to be scored anywhere. Sad really because there were very few shoppers also. Maybe a sign of our tough times. The store was clean and well stocked just overpriced is all.

      Please check on the store coordinator. Very nice.. but she was nodding out while ringing me up, slurring her speech and moving very slowly. Honestly I was concerned. It looked as if she might have been high, which is scary if she was driving home after a shift.

      Sometimes you win & sometimes you lose shopping here but today was a huge success! Found an entire outfit to wear to a college graduation ceremony & I’m so stoked! Even my husband loves the whole outfit along with the price tag that came with it. Thanks to the employees that helped me out today!

      Well; what can I say! This is one of my favorite stores to shop in, especially when whenever I feel the need to buy something really, really special a special occasion like someone’s birthday or wedding day, here’s where you will find a nice bargain at a good price, that’s not so expensive but worth it, because their prices are lower than the regular price, making it less expensive than what it would normally cost you anywhere else. That’s why it’s my favorite place to shop. T.J. Max has all kinds of different types of products, and even for children the goods come with special price and even gifts are added to what you can buy as brand name products. Go see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed, I grantee it.

      This is one store where I can get some household and personal necessities at good prices. The store is designed in a box layout, which does make finding things a whole lot easier. The service here is super helpful in addition too. Checkout can be a bit of a wait at times, especially when there are only one or two cashiers to handle all the customers on line waiting.

      This is a great TJ Maxx location. The store is very clean and everything is nearly organized and hung up. Lots of great options. The line looked long but actually moved pretty quickly. The manager and cashier were super nice. I will definitely be returning and definitely recommend. Just wish they’d carry cat toys and products, it’s unfortunate that they focus only on dogs when so many people have cats too.

      This is one of the best TJ MAXX I’ve visited. Not only is there a plethora of clothing, the store is well-organized, staff are friendly and swift in ringing customers up and they have a great selection of inexpensive, specialized items for home goods. They even have a small section for pets in their own area and tons of great christmas gift items.

      They didn’t have what I needed. I have been there several times, but some important things I need to have they don’t have. They say if their company doesn’t send things. They won’t have them, and they said they get what I need in the morning, and the item is gone as fast as they get them. I don’t believe they are getting my needed item. Even in thay way. They are Rebock T-shirts. Each time I have gone there to purchase them. They still are out of store stock. Not proper way to serve your customers. Very poor service. Someone needs to make them know how to keep customers coming back. I tell them about the Two rules of proper customer service. 1 is the customer is always right, and 2 is if the customer is ever wrong. Go back to rule one!

      Nice and beautiful store , the mall area is also really nice . Lot of variety to pick from , customer representatives were really helpful and know where things were. Each sections was layered out neat , you could easily find the sizes in the right place and the sections labeled where in correct places .

      I’m a big TJ Max girl and what I love the most is that I never have to stand in line longer than 5 mins even with 10 people in front of me. Not here. On multiple occasions I’ve had to wait with no line and almost 5-7 employees behind the counter. They’re usually just chatting away and joking around instead of actually working.

      This TJ Max had some good watches and beauty products.

      TJ max is my favorite store. It’s been a year since I bought this towel from Tj max… I tried using this towel and it absorbs water quickly, so I use it to dry wet hair every time I take a bath. I went to the store today to buy more of these towels. I didn’t buy this towel because I didn’t have it, so I bought other Mulguns. Instead, I bought something else. I bought a shower curtain, but when I compared it to the ones next to it, the vinyl I bought was thick and looked good. For make up removers, I like the places marked in the picture. Facial mist is a must to keep your face moist to prevent dryness and wrinkles. I bought 5 hair mousses, and I had one left, so I tried to buy a few more, but today there was none. TJ max is changed by Mulgun every week… I buy a few items that I really like when I see them in the store and use them.

      Not much of a selection anymore. It always looks ran through and ransacked ! I would recommend this location. I’d rather go to Kingstown, Alexandria, or even Tyson’s corner locations.

      Very pitiful and run down location at Potomac Mills. This location has a very poor selection of items. They will also cheat you out of your money. You have to be very careful and watch them closely because the price on the tags will not match the amount that they ring up.

      Tj Maxx always has the best deals. They have great prices of handbags, shoes for women, hair care Products, and Homegoods. I always find something whether I need the item or not. Lol. The fitting rooms are now open which is great bc they used to be closed. They only have one set of registers at the parking lot side of the store. They removed the registers in the back of the store at the mall entrance. I think that sucks bc the lines in tjmaxx stay longggg.

      The store is located in an outdoor strip mall, very close to other stores (walking distance). The store is organized and we were able to find face masks, kitchen supplies, clothes, snacks, and dog’s toys at this store location. It’s very clean and easy to find our way around. Highly recommended TJMaxx store!

      My experience here was very poor and uncalled for. Just cause I wasn’t dressed all up and looking fancy. I wanted to get some jewelry! It’s fake of course? The lady refused, she didn’t bring it to the front she, literally kept it with her. Not to mention I have real gold and diamonds on!!!!!! Well of course I’m BLACK??!!! Hmmm! Not a good look for you mam. I will never go back. Her fellow CO worker comes up and says ohh she’s busy with a customer. No Im not going to let you do that. She never acknowledged me but moved the jewelry. I’m not from here and I’m glad. This store is disgusting!

      Compared to other places this TJ Maxx actually has a lot of nice stuff stocked up, even late on the weekends you’ll be able to find so many nice stuff. The only disadvantage is the lack of assistance. There were some more expensive items locked in glass boxes, but the assistance button on the box is kinda useless. I’m not sure how those buttons work button but for around 7-10 minutes no one came to help. Besides me, two other groups of people were waiting for someone to come unlock the glass boxes to get the item they wanted. They waited for a long time as well, continously pressing the assistance button. I decided to be the one to walk elsewhere to find an employee to help, I asked an employee but that girl gave an annoyed face and had attitude for some reason…?? Other than that, great selection of items!

      I enjoy shopping in T.J. Maxx . It’s super clean and organized. You can find anything you want here. I always get good deals, specially off season. The staff is helpful and nice. If you want to dress up nicely and don’t spend a lot of money here is your place.

Watch out because things switch out very frequently so sometimes I come in the next day and something I liked is already gone. Also keep in mind fitting room closes 30 minutes before close time.

      Conveniently located TjMaxx, close to the Northgate mall. Discount prices for brands, but what I like the most is that it serves for me as a one stop for everything, I can find here clothing, suitcases, seasonal decorations, furniture, electronics, pet supplies, even snacks. Prices as expected are quite decent. Personnel is helpful and overall efficient.

      It was a nice shop, but I watched two young lads scurry away with a huge haul. I informed the guard and he stated there was nothing he could do. If they neglected to turn off the recorder, there’s no point in having it play. As a result, the cost of all of our products has increased.

      I was with a friend and her 6 year old. When asked if we could use the restroom we were told that they didn’t have restrooms. Odd because any other TJ Maxx I’ve been in has bathrooms. They then said we had to walk to a store on the other side of the mall. As we hurried, my friends daughter had an accident because she couldn’t hold it. Not only is this a horrible policy for this store but sad for a company that wants business. We have forwarded this to the city of Seattle as well.

      This store was absolutely atrocious! There was clothing, toys, etc. all over the floor. On top of that there was really gross stuff all over the floor. What kind of hospitality is this! The worst part was the bathroom. There was trash everywhere, no soap, and the toilet were so disgusting! What is up with the cleanliness?! Would not recommend this location. In my opinion the one in queen creek is much better. Very disappointed in my visit.

      The TJ Maxx was well stocked with really cute and fashionable clothing. Everything was kept very tidy and organized when I went (not sure if they had just cleaned up or if it was because I came before the weekend rush).       What a messed up store. Staff is hard to find and when you do they are helping at least 4 other customers. This store used to be fabulous but has gone downhill the last 9 months. Not sure if new management or that management just doesn’t care. I recommend going to another location.

      Nice location had some cute items I liked while traveling. It is next to the clinic, so it was packed, and there was enough parking, but I had to park in the back due to the crowd. I’ll be honest I’m not a die hard fan of their clothes but they have the cutest purses and so much cheaper than you could ever imagine… I grabbed a hand bag and I was confused about the pricing and the cashier told me the price I dropped my mouth open I told her I thought it was this much and she showed me the tag and it was so much cheaper… cause I was willing to pay how much I thought it was anyway needless to say I was extremely happy with what I paid for the cashier um I didn’t get her name honestly kind of wish I did she was so sweet laid back and down to earth!       Let me start by saying aside from being overcrowded the store is awesome! I can always count on Emily in Bedding/pillows to offer exceptional customer service, same for Kanaii for keeping the store stocked with so little room. Bathroom is always clean and all the cashiers are friendly and kind.

      Lastly, the reason for 2 stars: Laura the “coordinator” that thinks she’s the manager has such a poor, non-service oriented attitude that she should find other work, far, far away from people! I’m in the store weekly and I’ve encountered her on several occasions. She’s lazy/rude if you need a price check, condescending if you have questions and I can only imagine how she treats co-workers if she’s this bad with customers…do yourselves a favor and set her free because it shows on her face that she absolutely hates her job!

      Huge store, be ready to stand in line to check out. Always a wide range of selections and we’ll stocked. Bathroom in tjmaxx are small and not up to date. I accidently walked in on a lady in the second stall because the outside door locked was “Green” and not red and I pushed the door open and pushed into her. Guess they need to fix that latch. They had all 14 registers open today on Saturday at noon, friendly staff

      Bad experience. I wanted to by an electric converter I had bought similar 2 days ago at $7.99. I found one left however no price tag was fixed to it. I brought it to the counter and she price tagged it at $12.99 based on another product on shelf (not similar) as she could not identify correct price on her system… did not end buying it

      I like the store but the staff is very rude and could care less about the customers, especially the ones at the jewelry section. You get a one word answers to your questions if you are lucky. Hope the store owners either hire new staff or train the current ones well

      Poor selection. This store is smaller than most and doesn’t have a lot of variety. It seems like it’s trying to be more “hip” to fit in with the vibe of the area. Feels more like a worse H&M than a TJMaxx.

      Not the largest location but packed full with a ton of stuff. Clothing, travel, kitchen, bathroom, decor, small furniture, it’s all there. One negative is the aggressive pushing of the TJ maxx credit card. There has really been an uptick lately and they will ask at least 3 times during your transaction which makes the experience very off putting. Also I have noticed a decline in clothing quality recently, a lot of my winter sweaters are falling apart after only a few wears.

      Absolutely love T.J. Maxx!!

      Every time we come here we find some sort of treasure!!

      Whether it be a $200 pair of jeans for $30! Or a pair of $125 earrings for $16!

      Yeah, we can not seem to leave this place without a new outfit, some super cute jewelry, something to cuddle up with, or even some new wonderful kitchen gadget!

      When you can get your teenager to willingly enter a store with you… ya know, it’s good, lol!

      This store continues to get worse. It is so disappointing!!! I used to absolutely LOVE coming here and shopping it’s one of my most favorite stores! However I don’t think I will ever go back to this location unless things change. The line is absolutely horrible! And there is always workers standing around and not getting on registers?! What is wrong with the management here? At my store when the lines get long we as managers get on the registers. We don’t stand around looking at a pair of shoes?! After I waited almost an hour in line today I witnessed who I assume to maybe be a manager come up to a register to help, she helped one person then went to the back. Leaving the line to continue to grow past the door. Thanks for all your wonderful customer service!
