      What part of Handicapped TJ Max doesn’t understand? The only two spaces asigned at this location ( N.W Expressway, OKC) are located far away from the entrance.. Really far for someone handicapped… They might argue that the ramps are that far, but the million dollars giant can afford to remake them at a reasonable distance, for handicapped patrons…

      I like this store. In this store I can find things that are hard to find in other stores, at a great price. For example, last time I bought a good quality pot and pan for $35 or Skinny Syrups for $3.99

      I usually go here looking for deals and I can usually find them. The staff is not very helpful, and they are usually rude. I don’t really say this when it comes to customer service, but I don’t blame them. They are most likely under paid and overworked. The location I go to is always super busy so they are dealing with a crowd from the time they clock in until they punch the clock to go home.

      This location used to have better clothing. There are some nice home things but hard to find nice clothes now and barely any skirt! I’ll have to explore other locations maybe

      I absolutely love this store, it’s one of my favorites! But, for the love, please train your employees to take off the security tags. I can’t count how many times I’ve walked out of the store with a security tag attached and the alarm didn’t go off. Then I have to make another trip up there to have it removed, annoying.

      Great store for some decent quality home stuff or clothes. Their kitchen section also has some good quality stuff too. I think their furniture is a little spendy. One thing I would highly recommend is their bath mats! Comfier than memory foam and cheaper too

      Wow, this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Clutter everywhere, super disorganized, under-staffed… Here at 3pm on a Tuesday and the line is all the way out into the aisles of the store. Yikes. I won’t be back to this one if I don’t have to.

      I have been to TJ Maxx more times than I can count just in this last month and a half! I have decorated for fall and re-organized my entire kitchen. I just started picking up things for winter/Christmas decor.

      The store is nicely organized. The cashiers are polite. My only problem was with the manager on shift. I overheard her name is Laura. The cashier mistakenly asked for a price check before realizing that what i was purchasing was a two piece set. The set included a cropped sweater and spandex shorts. The cashier told Laura that she didn’t need a price check anymore. But no, Laura came to inspect the item. on both items the tag said, includes: a cropped sweater & shorts with pockets on the side. That fit the description of the items on the counter. I had seen another grey set with the exact same materials paired together. Laura argued with me on that and said that the top was not the same material as the shorts. Well, obviously, Laura. I’m under the impression she has no idea what a sweater feels like. She proceeds to tell me she has to double check. At this point i’m like fine whatever ms. ma’am. Once the clock hits 5 minutes I see the cashier growing impatient because she knows this is a two piece and that this is ridiculous. She talks to Laura over the walkie talkie’s they have and says “Laura it is a 2 piece, it says it on the tag”. I have no idea what Laura says to that but the cashier proceeded to let me pay. A waste of almost 6 minutes because the manager on shift can’t read. Thanks, Laura. Doing an excellent job.

      I’m from Coventry but have been caring for my sisters house in Waterbury while she’s out of the country. I decided to go to this TJ maxx today. Immediately the security guard follows me to the area. I think nothing of it, but then after I leave the restroom the security guard approached me and asked if I found everything okay. I said no and I’m going to grab face moisturizer. I go and look at all the different products and he asks is that what I’m looking for, while constantly staring at me. At this point I feel rushed and REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE as he’s not asking anyone else anything. I grab a random one and check out. I definitely won’t be shopping at this location ever again. Maybe it’s because I was wearing a hat(it’s raining outside) but it’s uncalled for. I’ll be shopping at Burlington or Vernon TJ maxx from now on where this uncomfortable situation would never happen.

      Add a $50 gift card and I wanted to spend it in this tjmaxx after shopping around for items To buy I have to find some items I didn’t care whether it went over to $50 gift card I was gonna pay extra get to the gas here it came up to $54.23 I gave her a $5 bill the young lady stood there and looked at me Waiting so I asked her what what the total again she said $54.23 and I said I gave you a 5 to go with the gift card she still looked at me with this look on her face for the 3rd time ma’am what was the total it still didn’t register with her when she said it $54.23 as she’s standing there holding the $5 bill I guess working in a department store cashier math is not one of the requirements young lady find another job I wanted to give star but I feel nice today

      SHOUT OUT TO HOME GOODS and managers at the St George location. Last Thursday I called the store Manager Michelle at the Home Goods store in St George. She was extremely busy due to a power outage and a weather situation. I was wanting to return 2 chairs that I had purchased 3 weeks ago. I no longer had the receipts or the merchandise tags. She very politely explained the store n policy. After a few minutes of my pleading she agreed to allow the return since I wanted to return the chairs in exchange for another set of chairs that I had fallen in love with. I wasn’t able to come that night so she arranged for the manager the next day to take care of me. As it turns out I was lucky enough to be helped by Michelle, Mickey, Jackie from the management and the clerk Brandon who need all the heavy lifting. I have worked retail for thirty years and consider myself an expert on customer service and this was the best! I will be a Home Good customer for good. Thank you !

      Every time I go shopping with my wife, I share a changing room with her to compare outfits and get opinions. This has never been a problem until I shopped at this TJ Maxx. An employee called me out of the dressing rooms and kept repeating “You’re going to cause a panic in here. You’re breaking the rules.” First off, there are no “rules” posted anywhere in the store. Second, I confirmed online there are no such rules about accompanying a spouse into a changing room. Third, my wife was in tears over the embarrassment this caused. I will not be returning.

      TJ Maxx, Riverdale, located off Main Street, across from Ruby River, is an upper class outlet store that has beautiful collections of “specialty shops” in one stop. These “specialty shops” have been curated, nearly perfectly, with the customer in mind. These shops carry mostly quality luxe, name brand products at discounted prices. You can expect a clean, well lit and well organized store and fully stocked shelves with everything from designer hand bags, luggage, jewelry, name brand shoes, trendy and classic clothes for everyone from new born up. Houseware, kitchen ware and tools, bed & bath, unique decor, artwork, metal art, mirrors, toys, books, stationery, pre packaged food, coffee, imported olive oils, frames, small furniture, signs, throws, pillows, mattress covers, candles, bath and beauty, treats from all over the world, coffee bar set ups, holiday fare, gift bags, gift cards and a whole lot more. I have shopped at TJ MAXX Stores for decades and can always count on finding new, high-end quality and unique gifts, clothing, shoes, decor, etc., here. I could spend an entire day browsing. Staffers always greet me and are generally very helpful. TJ Maxx has large dressing rooms, plenty of parking and a seemingly friendly staff. Today I picked up face serums, hydrating night cream, a makeup bag, a gorgeous Nicole Miller Face Pallet, MK sandals, sugar free coffee syrup, gifts for a wedding and a baby shower, the gift bags and I was happily done for the day! Thank you TJ Maxx for years of exciting, affordable shopping and service! PS. Most clothes start at $7.99 and up, clothing, shoes and purses are more affordable, but some are still pricey.

      Product was on the floor in wrong areas. Sitting in buckets and cart’s nothing was put away. No one on the floor to offer assistance. If they were, they didn’t acknowledge anyone.

      I used to work at TJ Maxx. And this one would have my former bosses having heart attacks.

      Cashier was very friendly but that’s the only nice thing I can say about this entire experience

      Yo, check it out, I was at TJ Maxx the other day and it was straight up off the chain. I found some hella fresh kicks for like, a fraction of the price they would be at Foot Locker. I also copped some fresh threads, like a dope hoodie and some fly jeans. The selection was off the hook, and the prices even better. I would definitely recommend TJ Maxx to anyone looking for a great deal on some fresh gear. I was like, “Yo, check out these kicks!” and my homeboy was like, “Word, those are hella fresh!” We were like, “We gotta cop those!” So we did. Then we went to the clothes section and I was like, “Yo, check out this hoodie!” and my homeboy was like, “Word, that’s dope!” We were like, “We gotta cop that!” So we did. We were straight up stunting on everybody. We were like, “We got the freshest gear fam.”

      I liked the children’s toy selection & prices, while shopping for my niece & nephew’s Christmas presents. I was able to find something for everyone. Store was clean, pretty organize & not too busy. Tj Max at Town Square is a larger store with plenty of merchandise. I’ll be back again.

      A lady who ‘greets’ people on the way in always gives me a nasty look when I come here; She seems extremely catty…I wonder if she assumes I’m a thief…or if she’s just a nasty person in general.

      Tonight, there was a woman named Geraldine who completely ignored me while I was on the line to check out; She could have rang me up after seeing me wait for about 8 minutes, but instead, she decided to ignore me so she could organize hangers lol…She seems like a catty obnoxious person; The experience was pretty disgusting…

      Most of the customers who shop here are low-class & will walk right into you; 1% of them will actually say ‘excuse me’ if they need to get by you…I couldn’t believe how rude these people were tonight…Losers.

      The products here are not the best, but they do have a decent selection of tea & dried fruit sometimes. I would give this place 3 stars if they would hire better employees.

      We just had to come back here because they failed to remove a security tag, we have the credit card transaction but for them it wasn’t enough proof since we tossed the receipt.       Unorganized store that’s perpetually understaffed. The selection of merchandise is rather disappointing, and should you actually find something worth purchasing, the wait time makes it not even worth it. There are many other options in this region, and they are all a much better. The Nordstrom Rack is close and puts them to shame. Heck, even the Burlington next door is much tidier.

      This was my first time shopping in a TJ Max. Overall, the selection and brands for men’s clothing was surprisingly good. I was very impressed with the prices. The store offered many thing other than cloths, such as furniture, decorations, and even pet toys. I was able to find some shirts I needed and also some new pants. The staff here was very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. This place is worth a visit.

      TJ Max is a good place to shop for discounts on name brand clothing and bags. They have large selection, mostly for women. But there is a decent selection of men’s current fashion trends. They also offer a small selection of makeup and bath items, and a wide variety of home goods. This store location is clean and well-kept. Check out time is slow, but not too bad, if you go when there aren’t as many people.

      I love tj Maxx. My daughter was being naughty at this particular location and caused a clothing rack to tip over and she fell with it taking the shopping cart with her and she was smushed between the two. Management and staff came to her aide in seconds and were very helpful and kind to us, when I thought they’d throw us out, instead they took our information and said to call if anything came up. Also the checkout line is always moving quickly regardless of how many shoppers are in the line. Everyone has always been cheerful and kind and helpful. Never a bad experience here and the store is stocked ALWAYS with anything you could ever need.

      I was recently in KC for a girls weekend. We shopped at your store on Friday afternoon. When entering the checkout lane there were tons of people in line. It started out with 4 checkers but by the time we made it to the front they were down to one, with the line still as long as when we started. The young man checking kept his cool and was extremely professional even though there were 5 to 6 adult employees acting as though they could not see the huge line. A big shout out to Jherik M. He is a rock star.

      There’s good customer service, & then there’s excellent customer service. Today I experienced great customer service at this particular location. Virginia is the reason I had such a pleasant experience today! She was helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. From the time I walked into the store, while I shopped, and even at checkout. She was patient, kind, professional, warm, & very friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me and naturally she exudes such a vibrant light. Not only did she tend to me as a customer, but I watched how she interacted with staff members. You can tell she truly cares about the relationships around her and it’s clear that a strong rapport exists between them. I look forward to returning to this particular location as the kindness was exhibited by other staff members as well. I got an opportunity to share with Cassandra, the manager how amazing I was being treated, and it wasn’t a surprise to her as she too knows how special Virginia is. I left feeling very satisfied and touched by such a kind soul.

      Would say something about the customer service but there was none- searched the entire Homegoods section for an employee and couldn’t not find a single person for assistance. When I finally found someone on the TJ-MAXX side I was told to go BACK to the Homegoods side and find someone there if I needed help.

      Nice selection of lamps, pet products, kitchen gadgets etc. Stores of this nature always have ebbs and flows so check often for specific needs. They could use more help at the registers. A line of 12 people and 2 on register with one doing returns makes for some cranky customers at times!

      When I walked in, the whole store had an overwhelming stench of body odor! I decided to stick it out hoping the odor would dissipate. Either it did, or I got used to it. I love their selection as I find different and new things each time I go and the prices are reasonable. I went right after they opened and was surprised they only had 2 cashiers as there was a decent sized line when I checked out. Thankfully the wait went relatively quickly.

      I have been a regular customer of this TJMaxx store in Farmington in New Mexico. It is about a 35-minute drive from Durango, Colorado where I live, but I always love the long scenic drive from Durango to Farmington. One beautiful day, an awful experience happened in this particular TJ MAxx store. There was this incubus terrible cashier with a loud voice who was working at cashier or register N0.2 assisted me that day. She’s one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had nonetheless. I have politely asked her if she could break my $5 bill and she refused, knowing that I already bought a lot of items that day and paid. They could have easily checked using their bill machine reader if my $5 bill was legitimate. I told her that they always allowed me to get some change everytime I come to visit and shop….And she just gave me an attitude with her visibly annoyed loud voice. I looked at her incredulously and I couldn’t believe the sheer audacity of her attitude, she just showed me that day. It was straight from out of some awful racist movie…Obviously, she was very inconsiderate and I can sense that she didn’t have a critical thinking ability. She was so presumptuous. Her rudeness to me was not only offensive but was noticed by other customers and employees ( Who seemed complicit and stoic) whom I imagine she’s supposed to be modeling behavior for. I thought to myself I love this store and I shopped here regularly for years and I am not going to let some idiot cashier to destroy that. So I’ll just nodded politely with disappointment. The management might want to re-evaluate who they put in cashier/customer service because with that relatively tall, heavy set sarcastic woman with a capital B personality to match? I think they’re false advertising any sense of excellence. They should bring back the previous manager Maria. She was very nice and absolutely has an excellent customer service skills.
