      Loved the selection. But the line to check out was a half hour or more. The line wrapped around 2 times and only 2 checkers open with 7 available on a Sunday. Very frustrating. But the lady checker with the cast on her hand was a real trooper! She gets 5 stars. The manager needed to help with the check outs.

      I always find cute stuff here. I grabbed an Abercrombie & Fitch sweatshirt and jeans for $40. Great deals for kids. Nike / Adidas / Hurley. They have also updated a bit this year. Lots of new makeup and skin care!

      Sadly another store that has a bunch of employees but 1 or 2 cashiers with a line of customers lined around aisles. Bruh, all employees should be trained for registers and help when busy regardless of other tasks. Self checkout is so desirable cuz ain’t nobody wanna waste more of their life waiting. We wait at the light, we wait for taxes, we wait and wait and wait. LETS GOOOOOOOO!!!!

      I paid my credit card off 5 days ago and the company still hasn’t credited my account, so when I called customer service, I was in menu hell and it was almost impossible to ask to ask to talk to a person. When it finally rang through, the line disconnected. Horrible TJX Rewards Card Customer Service! They don’t really want you to get through.

      My wife tricked me into going to this store. She said there’s “manly things here” but I was fooled. This is 100% a girls store.

      Next time I want to buy some fluffy scarfs, odd shaped mirrors & princess Dog beds I’ll know where to go…

      I love this place! There is always something new that interests me every time I visit. The things that I dislike however are that I cannot buy the same items that are in store online. And the second is that there are is usually a limited supply of the items I like. for example, I needed three matching pillows for my couch and they only had two of the style that I liked. The staff is usually pretty darn friendly. but they are always raising money for something and that is just annoying. there is a clearance going on this week! Incredible prices but sometimes still too high.

      It’s always a little chaotic in here, with swaths of empty walls, over-packed racks with nothing in its correct space, and ever-shifting floor plans. I understand this is an outlet store, and thus not intended to be an “upscale” experience, but if that is truly the case, then the prices should more closely track with this notion; instead, it’s mostly the occasional score amidst a sea of surprisingly pricey items. You really have to be in the right mood to successfully shop here, as the degree of separation between the quality the name Nordstrom implies, and what you actually experience, is so big, it divorces the two almost entirely.

      I went here yesterday after working out. I wanted to see what kind of clothes and shoes and bags and make-up they had. It was AMAZING. A great selection for teens to something my Grandma would wear. The thing I’m most happy about, the clothes all fit me perfectly and we’re so cute but their SHOES! I am a size ten in shoes, never once found a pair of heels in my size not even for hoco I had to wear some converse. BUT THEIR SHOE SELECTION! If you have bigger feet go here if u want cute shoes and heels it’s amazing I love everything and feel so confident

      Was just ok. Asked where the bathrooms were at and got talked to with a lot of attitude. When I cashed out later on they were also pushing a ton for donations. Cashier wasn’t very friendly. Prices here are decent though.

      I usually shop their clearance beauty products and I can usually get my hair products at a good price. What I don’t understand is why their clothing selection prices seem to be so much higher than tj Max’s around the country. It just seems the stores I go to in SC and FL have a larger selection of clothing under 24.99 and the rutland store that appears to be starting price. However the staff is nice, the store is clean.

      I used gift card I received as birthday present last year. The only thing I was interested in was discounted shampoo and soap. They don’t really have anything else I am interested in. Not really their fault….I am a guy interested in sports. Their clothes selection s aren’t really marketed for someone like me. Nonetheless I was at least able to find something. This review probably won’t be of much use, but it is what it is.

      I’ve always liked T.J. Maxx and they have an interesting mix of high-end household goods and designer clothes, toys, gourmet snacks, household knickknacks and dishes and the like. A good way to find deals on nice stuff. The only thing I’ve never liked about this chain is that for men’s clothes, you’re hard pressed to find anything even in large, and beyond that, forget it. This particular store doesn’t seem to be any different than any others I’ve been to.

      Giving this store 3.5 stars. The women’s clothing has become mainstream with too many polyester “over 60” style florals and bold prints most Vermont ladies would wear. They end up on the clearance rack. Keep bringing in Tahari, Rachel Zoe, and other good designer brands that breathe and look good. The juniors section is skimpy midriff showing sizes 2, 4 and 6. My daughter won’t shop here. Men’s section should be larger, there’s hardly anywhere to shop locally for men and Kohl’s prices are going to drive them out of business. Kitchen section has gone downhill. Bring back nice decorative towels, runners, and not the kitschy seasonal stuff. Would love to see Tommy Bahama pillows again too.

      The store itself was fine. It has what you expect from a typical Ross. However, the part of San Diego that it is in is a bit rough in terms of homelessness. In turn, walking there was a bit of an adventure. And, for the first time ever, there was a security guard at the front door opening a gate for folks to enter.

      This review is specifically for the location on Sports Arena Blvd in San Diego. This particular store is a special case because of the location and the issues they have are not necessarily typical of all locations. That being said, The products and selection of items are typical of other Ross stores with normal hours of operation. The challenge they face with the close proximity to Old Town MTS Station and the homeless epidemic plaguing southern California ef4xacerbates their struggle with the rampant shoplifting that occurs there from open to close on a daily basis. You may be thinking to yourself, “Big deal. If people steal something from this store, it’s not my problem. I just need a 7 dollar T-shirt and some socks.” Normally it isn’t going to have enough of an impact on the company to change policy’s but at this one be prepared to be welcomed by a security guard who will ask you to put any backpack or bag on the floor with nothing stopping anyone from casually walking up and taking it. The security guards are not paid to remember who’s bag is who’s and Ross would claim no responsibility to pay for the theft of your bag and anything inside of it. We have a plastic bag ban and are encouraged to bring our own bags to carry purchases home with or pay a 10 cent fee which I hope goes toward helping with the problems these bags create. If lockers were available I think people who aren’t shoplifters, and really did bring a bag for its intended purpose of carrying things, would feel less insulted than by having a security guard ordering them to leave their belongings on the floor, ironically with no security or assurance that it would be there when you return. Once you get over that hurdle and begin to look at what they have to sell be prepared to be welcomed by the employees with suspicion as they make it very clear that they expect you to steal something at any moment. Granted most times I am there I see people that I am sure are stealing or have actually seen trying to conceal items in one way or another. While I understand the need for such vigilance in protecting your employers from the loss of profit due to shrinkage, I still can’t ignore the part of me that hates being suspected/accused of doing something that I was not guilty of. I feel sympathy for the employees who are burdened by this situation as I also feel for the people living on the streets due to whatever reason they lost everything. But there needs to be a way for customers to be treated with hospitality rather than annoyance, suspicion, and even blatant disgust.

      Hey Target, maybe if your employees didn’t slam and throw my groceries into my trunk, and leave half of my order in the store, you wouldn’t have to give me a refund and I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips to get the same items. This happens 40% of the time when I do drive up orders from your store. If I didn’t have multiple sclerosis and was able to walk your store myself, I would never order pick up again. I spend a lot of money here, as unfortunately it is what is close to me and has the things I need on a regular basis. I wonder if your employees treat and pick their own groceries the way they do mine.

      The absolute worst Target to do store pick up/drive up at. The wait time is almost 20 minutes or more. I always get the wrong item (size, color, brand, quality, etc.) The drive up employees are even taught the unethical practice of asking you to generate a new drive up code after you have been waiting forever, just so they can pad their response time and make it appear that you just arrived.

      Visit to Pikesville store was very disappointing- I normally don’t shop this location but it was convenient today. Long wait for return and only 1 person who was away from his register for extended period of time; store was disorganized with boxes and carts of merchandise in several departments so I couldn’t reach shelves (or even see) products I was looking for. Not many staff visible; unusually poor shopping experience compared to Columbia and Elliott City stores that are welcoming, clean and shelves stocked.

      Love target ? always clean as usual my only problem is their prices are not competitive & the Reps do not possess good customer service skills. With the exception of the young Man working in self checkout he was remarkable. I still give a 5 star ⭐️ for the neatness and cleanliness of the pikesville store.

      Has everything but can get messy. This is larger than some other Targets in Baltimore, but it’s always a mess. It seems like they have a decent amount of people stocking things, though. The makeup and beauty section is very nice, recently redone and has a lot of options. There’s a big selection of clothing for every group, too.

      This is THE WORST stocked Target I’ve have ever been in. It doesn’t matter if it’s household, toiletries, groceries, first aid, office/school supplies, beauty, pet care… it’s like the he depression in there. Is there anyone that even controls ordering?! This location has been in shambles ever since I started working in this area 7 years ago. Does corporate not see they are a poorly managed location or that performance is trash? Who in corporate is asleep behind the computer and not doing proper analysis of each location! I honestly go out of sheer desperation… so much that I’ve started going to Walmart instead… which I equally detest as a whole.

      This is a horrible target. The staff are ridiculously slow for drive up, I sat waiting for 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. Then the employee got items for two other cars that pulled up after I had been waiting. You cannot even call the drive up department the phone hangs up Everytime you chose the option for drive up. The returns department is very rude and offers you help then answers the phone in the middle of helping you?

      The Plaza on Reisterstown Road is a staple in the Park Heights community. I have been going here since I was very young. They have since, renovated the mall into a lot of stores. But, it still has a lot of great stores. (Planet Fitness, Burlington, GIANT, and more) the OG mall could use more occupancy, since there are alot of vacant stores on the inside.

      It’s not what it used to be. I really only go to the Plaza for Giant, Pet Smart, and 5 Below. The mall is basically empty other than that.
