      It’s always a little chaotic in here, with swaths of empty walls, over-packed racks with nothing in its correct space, and ever-shifting floor plans. I understand this is an outlet store, and thus not intended to be an “upscale” experience, but if that is truly the case, then the prices should more closely track with this notion; instead, it’s mostly the occasional score amidst a sea of surprisingly pricey items. You really have to be in the right mood to successfully shop here, as the degree of separation between the quality the name Nordstrom implies, and what you actually experience, is so big, it divorces the two almost entirely.

      I went here yesterday after working out. I wanted to see what kind of clothes and shoes and bags and make-up they had. It was AMAZING. A great selection for teens to something my Grandma would wear. The thing I’m most happy about, the clothes all fit me perfectly and we’re so cute but their SHOES! I am a size ten in shoes, never once found a pair of heels in my size not even for hoco I had to wear some converse. BUT THEIR SHOE SELECTION! If you have bigger feet go here if u want cute shoes and heels it’s amazing I love everything and feel so confident

And if your scenario is personally sensitive, they are incredibly compassionate and supportive human beings. I shopped for another hour and then went to pick up my blanket at the desk. Not ready. ? I asked the two ppl at the counter which one of them was going to go get my blanket for me.       If I could give zero stars I would this establishment was dirty and rude, an employee cursed at me after I asked them to go look in the back for an item. I saw a crock roach crawl across the floor in the food isle and the only good part about this experience was leaving!!!!!

      Large store has more groceries compared to other targets in Alaska. They’re currently under construction in the Starbucks and Pizza Hut department and their customer service area. The stores clean their cleaning the registers after every use as much as possible. Enjoyed my quick shopping trip for essentials.

      For a Homewood and Tjmaxx combined store there should be more cashiers. To have customers waiting 60 min on a line to checkout is ridiculous. I literally walked in, saw the line wrapped around the clothing section/aisles and walked out. The prices aren’t worth the time. Especially for knick knacks and clothes. I don’t even know why they provide full shopping carts, they congest the aisles and not even the public can walk through. Looks like chaos from the moment you walk in. If you want a peaceful shopping experience you won’t find it here. Prepare yourself mentally if you really desire something from this store.

      Home Goods & T.J.Max two stores in one. Love to come here, for different seasonal items, home and kitchen stuff. This is the store where i can spend a good 3 hours. Always clean and neat, employees are very friendly and always welcoming. The atmosphere in this store makes me come back again and again. Can’t say anything bad. Very pleased. Will continue to shop here.

      Great store with a huge selection of things for every room, including outside for your home. I love that you can find something for everyone here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only con is that the checkout lines are always long. The lines are usually longer on Friday- Sunday and during holiday time.

      One of the cleanest and nicest TJ Maxx Home goods store I’ve been to. They are quite large in comparison to the other locations, too. The home goods side can be a little cluttered, and the TJ Maxx side has quite a few spacious sections.

      The best thing about this location is the friendliness of all of the workers. I’ve never once had a bad experience here.

      I love TJ Maxx! I had the most amazing experience with Don B. Don was a customer service representative and he was so outgoing, friendly, hospitable, and just so wonderful. If you have the chance to get in his booth you’ll have an amazing time. He’s just the perfect example of great customer service!

      The boys section consists of 2 double sides racks. That’s it. The selection for boys continues to dwindle down. The line always takes forever. 30mins standing in line is ridiculous. Especially when there are 2 register lights on and no one even at them. One worker spent the entire time walking back and forth behind the counter while the line was wrapped all the way around and then some. This was at 245pm on a Tuesday.

      I went to this TJ Maxx to find Black artwork to decorate with and they did not disappoint! They had a lot of pieces. The store was very neat and well organized and the staff that I interacted with were super friendly. I will definitely be returning and recommend this location to others.

      6:15pm the shop is very busy, person in every aisle kinda busy. The staff is super friendly and the shop is well stocked and the prices are great as usual.

      We were in there looking for a set of knives on a block, there were knives but not in a block. A simple preference thing if you ask me, if it weren’t for you queues I’d probably have left with something I didn’t intend to get!

      Selection was adequate. However, the line to check out was 30 people deep with only 3 cashiers…. 3 registers were empty. After waiting for 30 min another cashier finally came. BTW it was only 4 pm. Not my favorite experience.

      I visited this store yesterday around 2:30 PM and was immediately drawn to the jewelry counter to purchase a piece of jewelry. The woman at the counter had her back turned to me and was having a discussion with an associate. I waited a full 7 minutes and was never even acknowledged then she left the counter and went on break. So I left the counter to do other shopping. I completed my shopping in other departments and went to check out and the register attendant was again having a conversation with an associate. Did not greet me or talk to me at all. Just rang me up while talking to his peer about school and email. Is it to much to expect customer service anymore? The definition of service includes taking care of the revenue source which is the customer! This is why most of us shop online these days. There is no benefit in the at location experience any longer.

      I originally bought a pair of all black fur lined crocs at a popular shoe store a few doors down for $60 but when I came to TJ Max and found these (see pic-charms were not included) I fell in love and they were only $25!!! Needless to say I returned the crocs to other shoe store!!!! I love the color and haven’t seen many people with the Tye dye black…

      As with all TJ Maxxes, this is the House of Bargains. Great product selection at incredible prices. Store Personnel are very friendly and helpful!! If you can’t find something, just ask and they’ll lead you to it. Store is nicely laid out and everything including the checkout is very logical. Store was somewhat shopped, but this was expected on a late Sunday afternoon. We visit the store every time we visit our daughter’s family in Pittsburgh.

      I’m a big TJ Max girl and what I love the most is that I never have to stand in line longer than 5 mins even with 10 people in front of me. Not here. On multiple occasions I’ve had to wait with no line and almost 5-7 employees behind the counter. They’re usually just chatting away and joking around instead of actually working.

      Great selection and good prices. The staff does an amazing job of keeping everything clean and well organized, despite rude and inconsiderate customers making a mess and leaving items all over the store. ? I wonder if the CEO of TJ Maxx will EVER upgrade the grossly outdated software that they use, which causes SOOOOOOO much loss of time for customers, and for the cashier, when you bring an online purchase to the store for a return. Bring your PATIENCE if you take an online purchase to the store for a return.? It’s NEVER a fast process, even for someone like me, who’s meticulously organized with my receipt in hand, the item highlighted on the receipt, and with the item still in the bag in which they were shipped from the fulfillment center. It’s always a nightmare process!!!?? Jesse, store manager, is awesome!

      Not much inventory.. last few times I’ve gone it seems to have gone down hill… Will likely make the trip to Kenwood or even Florence if I want to go to TJ Maxx.

      Terrible store. Filthy, bad selection, bad staff. Drink cups left all over the store. Not to mention not faced and not following plan-o-gram. Terrible experience.

      This is a great place to shop. All TJ Maxx stores have the same setup so if you have been visiting one in your neighborhood, it will be easy to navigate any store in another neighborhood.

      Ok-ish selection of men’s wear for decent prices. I think this place is way better for women’s clothing. Men’s fragrances are way overpriced for what they have. Can find the same bottles for 1/3 the price online, and this is supposed to be a discount store. Decent selection of home goods. Nice selection of cookware and scented candles. They seemed to have a lot of holiday decorations as well. Customer service was great, my cashier was very efficient and polite.

      Haven’t been in there for awhile. It’s really cleaned up now, looks organized. No bargain prices, they must think they are an upscale store. Not! The clothes were ugly.
