      My wife’s favorite ” shop for deals” spot. If you look carefully you can spot Real bargains. I seam to have less patience than her. She can spent all day filling the cart with stuff. The store has an indoor Flea market feel.

      They have quite a lot of great gift options for Christmas. I was just going in for a couple shirts, which I found two nice shirts. I was definitely tempted by some little items, perfect for Christmas stockings. They also have fun ugly Christmas sweaters and holiday socks. The service at the checkout was friendly and fast. There is a big parking lot, but it fills up with all the other businesses around like Target and Hobby Lobby.

      This particular store always seems to feel disorganized, whether it’s items in the wrong places, no easy way to get someone to help you with a locked item, or just things stuffed together with no rhyme or reason.

      Both cashiers Tuesday, March 14th at 5:16 pm couldn’t have been more enthusiastic (sarcasm). The only words they know are hand gestures. Makes me wonder how the interview process went, considering you have to talk for that. Shopping was fine, but customer service is non-existent. Don’t have any expectations for the checkout process because you’ll be disappointed either way.

      My experience today was below average & Rude . I was not acknowledged by the two cashiers that were busy talking about their outing last night rather than assist the customers on the line.

      I was eventually was flagged down by the rude cashier. I said good morning twice , The cashier said nothing , I was just giving my receipt on the counter with no word’s being exchanged. As I walked away before exiting the store the two rude cashiers started to laugh and said something under their breath however , I ignored it . I have to much to loose and class to play in the mud with negative humans It’s beneath me.

      Please do better with hiring. Aug 10th at around 10:05am .

      Need some mirrors for living room so I thought I would try T.J.Maxx. the store was very clean and organized did not have to step over stuff like some stores I tried. Even though I did not find the right size mirrors the store is great I did leave with a few items. You can’t come in store and leave without something. Almost forgot the clearance items were all over the store which was great.

      I felt totally discriminated. I am a plus size woman and they did not have any plus size appropriate clothes for a woman my age. I feel to believe that every store that carries women clothing to carry beautiful plus size clothing. From a size 26 women up until 32 women and a lot of stores do not carry that. I feel as though that is totally discriminating against plus size women. Ashley Stewart’s Lane Bryant it’s another store that’s supposed to be the plus size women and they only stop at a size 26 which I feel to believe is totally discriminated as well. Some women in the world cannot afford to have surgery done to the bodies to look like a Barbie doll or exercise to have their body looking like a Barbie doll. Plain and simple I’m speaking on behalf of all plus size women when they go shopping and see clothes that’s totally out of style for their body to wear

      I was followed in the restroom by a mentally challenged man. I had to lock myself in the bathroom stall for 10 min. until I was able to call the store and notify them that the man had followed me in there and could they send someone to help me. When the Sherif and store manager came back there nothing was done because in the 2 minutes it took them to come to the restroom the man left and went to the water fountain next to the ladies restrooom. When I wanted to report the incident the store manager said since she didn’t see the man physically in the ladies restroom, there was nothing she could do. PLEASE BE CAREFUL GOING TO THE BATHROOM ALONE!!!

      this place is very well played out for it to be a discount store. The people are very friendly and helpful. The person at the jewelry counter hope my wife for about 10 minutes to find a pair of earrings and a bracelet. there was Adequate parking on 10-15 minutes from the French quarter. If there is little to moderate traffic. With heavy. traffic 29 to 30 to get from the French quarter. We came 2:30 in the afternoon it took 14 minutes.

      I’ve had only good experiences with this store, but I usually know exactly what I need and don’t have to try anything on. I think it’s the cleanest and best merchandised TJM store in the area. 1* Acknowledged when I need assistance. 2* Always treated politely and with dignity. 3* Staff has often had a genuinely thoughtful comment or conversation that lent itself to align with inclusion in their customer base as I am. 4* I have been treated as a customer who has access to anything I would want or need in the store, and always addressed as one would expect a very valued customer to be addressed. 5* Easily accessible clean restroom.

      On 6/4/2023, Sunday at 6:28 PM. The lack of available registers and the unprofessional behavior of the staff left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my shopping experience. Only two registers were open, causing a long line of customers to wait to be served. When I inquired about the reason for this inconvenience to a cashier, Mattew C., his response was not only dismissive but also disrespectful. “Because we are on the payroll.”

      What made matters worse was the presence of two other employees behind the cashier’s desk. Although Matthew claimed that they were coordinators and not supposed to be at the register, they were taking customers at the register, and the lights at the registers were on, but they just stopped when it was my turn, and then leisurely walked around engaging in a conversation behind the cashier’s desk, disregarding customers lined up.

      This incident left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Waiting in line for an extended period due to a shortage of open registers is already inconvenient, but witnessing employees neglect their responsibilities and prioritize their conversations is simply unacceptable.

      I believe it is essential for your store management to address this issue promptly. Proper training should be provided to the staff members regarding the importance of efficient service, respecting customers’ time, and prioritizing their needs. It is crucial to have a sufficient number of registers open, especially during peak hours, to ensure a smooth shopping experience for everyone.

      employees are rude and will scold you for looking at products. i was planning on buying an eyeshadow palette and opened the box to make sure it wasn’t broken and in good condition (we all know half the beauty products at discount stores are messed up or shattered) and the employee got angry at me. i’d rather go to another store where they treat their customers with respect, i put it back and will not be returning.

      Love this location for their jewelry, always a great selection. Looks like they brought in a bunch of new options as well. Pleasantly surprised at how much stuff they brought in for Christmas. Cheerful staff and everything is clean and organized. All of the giftable items are organized in groups on red tables throughout the entire store.

      Came in looking for gold gear and found it! Prices are reasonable. Everything is at its own section so it’s pretty easy to find and sizes are very organized. The cashier will ask you constantly to sign up for their credit card. Very good experience would go there again if I need too!

      One of my first jobs was working at this location when it first opened in Southlands. Not much has changed since I use to blow my entire paycheck there then and still Do now 🙂 still one of my favorite places to shop. You have to get lucky on the day your visit because if they happened to restock you can get a lot of goodies. I always find the coolest snacks along with the latest trending clothing. The jewelry department also has unique and good quality items.

      Presentable and pleasant store appearance but the prices were a bit too elevated for a man of my meager stature. I remember when the prices at Ross and TJ max were pretty much in the same ballpark but it seems like TJ max have raised their prices quite a bit in the past couple years.       I visited the store today and I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Eric and Alyssa! Alyssa spent a long time with an elderly lady (whose first language was not English) helping her in the Jewelry area. I could hear Alyssa conversing with and helping the lady from several aisles away. She was so kind and compassionate to this lady; it seems like it’s a lost art, but Alyssa definitely treated that customer excellent! She treated her how I would want my mother treated in that situation as well as how I’d expect my employees to treat my clients.

      Eric was so nice and helped me dig looking for a few items. He was very happy to help. I just wanted to recognize both of them for their kind hearts. Thank you both!!!

      Super cute stuff. Great prices. Lots of clearance. I also am super happy that they had enough people on registers. I have been to similar and neighboring stores and they have a 30 minute or more wait time to check out. TJ Maxx had enough staff to avoid that.

      I was in there tonight and I had a great experience in the shoe department. English went way above and beyond with his customer service. I am so appreciative of how he tried to really help my mom because she is older and her English is limited. Kindness these day should be recognized every day over negativity and he just reminded me to make sure I go out of my way and positive review great experiences.       I purchased a car vacuum just to find the wrong item inside. I called and spoke to an assistant manager who told me I could come into the store, even though I lost my receipt, with an valid CA issued ID. I went into the store today to be humiliated and made to look like a liar! After not getting helped by the associates and assistant, I asked to speak to the store manager, Tim D. Tim was very rude and said my story wasn’t adding up? And I had to show him bank statements in order to get any type of exchange or store credit. He also said he deals with many people like me? I said what? N he then told me his spouse is Mexican and has the last name Gonzalez? I don’t understand him and his tactics but I will never go to a TJ maxx again. Horrible customer service!
