      We went in for a phone charger and came out with a basket full of treasures. TJ Maxx has everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed. This location is always clean and organized.

      Prices are good. But the employees are rude. Twice I’ve been shopping and employee has asked me to move so they could restock. Yesterday I was looking at some clothes on a rack and I even commented on how hard and tight it was to view the clothes. A employee then said excuse me and push the clothes in front of me so she could put her clothes on the rack Then I had to go back and grab the clothes on the rack and try to find where I was. I thought the store was there for the customers not for the convenience of the employees???? This is not the first time. Once I was trying on shoes and was sitting on a stool and a employee asked to be excused so she could restock shoes. I had to get up and move so she could get by to put shoes back. I only had one shoe on so ignoring!!!!!!!!! Teach your employees to be respectful to the customers!!!!! They are there for the customers not the customers there for the employees.

      Me personally I love TJ Maxx. I go for their branded, reusable shopping bags. They sell for .99, and are big enough to fit….. a lot. I call them my, ,”Bags O Getting”, and never leave the house without at least two. They have not had my black truffle oil, recently, so my struggle continues. But that’s why you, every time you come back the you can find something new.

      Lovely ideas for fall decorations. I found a beautiful wreath for my front door. Prices are affordable. The lines are too long in the checkout area but I’m sure that’s because they don’t have enough employees. Very friendly greeters and cashiers.

      My favorite store. It is beautiful, clean, comfortable. There are many choices of good clothes, things for the home. A small selection of shoes. Very nice bags and jackets. I always go here no less than 1 hour. Because the store is big and I want to see everything. Often near the store there are good and inexpensive cafes where you can eat. The store has a good atmosphere and nice employees.

      Usually can always find something here even plus size. Line can get long on the weekend, but do not let that scare you off. I have been all the way back by the carpets and have only spent 15 minutes at the most in line. They are well staffed!

      Wonderful store stocked with reasonable finds, the checkout line was very long, but all cashiers were working very hard. All lanes had cashiers, and we didn’t wait more than 10 minutes in line. Even the manager was pitching in, out on the.lot retrieving carts. Great team work on a very busy Saturday, made the trip more enjoyable!

      Been calling for the hello kitty blankets for a month, almost every time the same lady gets on the phone with an attitude and says no we haven’t gotten any at all.. I called her out on her lie because last week she said no so i decided to go on and there hanging on the rack was two! Don’t trust calling this store they’re either told to lie or just straight up liars! Then she proceeded to say well we can’t hold them anyways smh!

      Offers luggage for 50-70% off MSRP. If you go for luggage make sure you buy it ASAP as they sell out quickly. Selection will vary between stores so keep that in mind. The staff are super nice and they are dog friendly. Large dogs will need to be in a cart.

      The fact that they’re making employees walk around asking do you want a , CC is insane. It’s harassment, it affects your shopping ability because you want to be in peace When shopping you don’t want to feel pressured. This NEEDS TO STOP!!! Also keep your stock filled it’s giving dollar tree vibes.

      This location is bigger and has wider selection. Most of the time the store is organized and clean Staff always friendly , professional Return and exchange processing is easy and fast Parking lot is very convenient and always available Branded items and products Women and men clothing Branded names and regular Prices are unbeatable Not busy Mark down is not done correctly though

      TJ Maxx is a weird store of leftovers .

      It must have been the after holiday blues, because there was very little in the way of stock in mid January.

      They did have a box of colorful crystals that you could arrange to give you super powers (or ward off evil spirits). For eight dollars it seemed like a bargain.

      My mom looked through all the shoes but they did not have any of her size. The good news is, if you are a woman with size 10 feet, they have a ton of shoes in your size !

      In the center of the store they have some home furnishings that were cheap. On the side of that was a bunch of stuff for children.

      Pet supply section was pretty slim.

      I don’t shop here a lot, but when I need something for the house such as throw pillows or small pieces of decor, this is where I always head first. Quality is good, and the prices are as well. Hmmm, I think I need a new purse!

      Last week I went to return a Rachel Zoe cardigan jacket I bought in 2 different sizes separate times. The lady at the register kept starring at the receipt and back at the sweater. I asked if there’s a problem and she said no but she’d be back. She came back 3 mins later with a different Rachel Zoe sweater that’s $10 cheaper than the one I purchased and said it’s weird how much more mine cost (mind you, it’s only $10 more). I’m like are you serious? The one I have is fancier & longer than the hoodied jacket you grabbed. So she’s like yeah it’s just weird to me. Like do you think I switched the tags or made it up when it clearly states SWEATER on the receipt? I bought it 2 days ago & have the receipt on my phone as well. She still seemed hesitant when she did the return. If you have an issue with returns at your store, maybe you should address tj maxx to make better system at identifying their items easier for customers & employees. Not sure why they guilt trip you when you wanna return something or act like this illegal. They don’t mind when you’re spending $100’s there though. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue returning here and my mother has had negative experiences returning as well. It’s not okay to make your customers feel this uncomfortable during returns.

      Great place for bargains…my wife and daughters tell me! Last visit was to the T.J. Maxx in Las Vegas in the Town Square. Great place to relax and watch planes landing at the Harry Reid International Airport as wife and daughters are shopping!

      A lady who ‘greets’ people on the way in always gives me a nasty look when I come here; She seems extremely catty…I wonder if she assumes I’m a thief…or if she’s just a nasty person in general.

      Tonight, there was a woman named Geraldine who completely ignored me while I was on the line to check out; She could have rang me up after seeing me wait for about 8 minutes, but instead, she decided to ignore me so she could organize hangers lol…She seems like a catty obnoxious person; The experience was pretty disgusting…

      Most of the customers who shop here are low-class & will walk right into you; 1% of them will actually say ‘excuse me’ if they need to get by you…I couldn’t believe how rude these people were tonight…Losers.

      The products here are not the best, but they do have a decent selection of tea & dried fruit sometimes. I would give this place 3 stars if they would hire better employees.

      I liked the children’s toy selection & prices, while shopping for my niece & nephew’s Christmas presents. I was able to find something for everyone. Store was clean, pretty organize & not too busy. Tj Max at Town Square is a larger store with plenty of merchandise. I’ll be back again.

      We just had to come back here because they failed to remove a security tag, we have the credit card transaction but for them it wasn’t enough proof since we tossed the receipt. Terrible service. They did remove it though, but we had to be upset that whoever did our transaction missed it. Love Tj Maxx but yikes paying for the mistakes of an employee isn’t it.

      Not the largest location but packed full with a ton of stuff. Clothing, travel, kitchen, bathroom, decor, small furniture, it’s all there. One negative is the aggressive pushing of the TJ maxx credit card. There has really been an uptick lately and they will ask at least 3 times during your transaction which makes the experience very off putting. Also I have noticed a decline in clothing quality recently, a lot of my winter sweaters are falling apart after only a few wears.

      I love Tj Maxx but today when me and my mother were leaving one of our bags beeped. I reached in and a blanket we had purchased the sensor just fell off into my hand. I walked it over to the counter and handed to the women and she said she need to see my receipt and check my bag. Which was fine.       I think this is my favorite TJ Maxx in the Nashville area. It is a bit smaller than some other locations. But everything is so well-laid out and well-lit. Really recommend.

      Loaded up on Pur gum, which is a non aspartame sugar free gum that has xylitol in it. I get this because xylitol helps destroy cavitys. Annecdotal evidence confirmed by me!

      I am extremely disappointed in the employees and management at the Rock Springs, Wy T.J.Maxx!

      I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a Credit Card by a guy at the register I said no thank you. He then asked again if I was sure I didn’t want to sign up, I again said no but it didn’t stop him from asking me again! so this time I told him no means no I don’t want to sign up for a credit card! He then decided to call up a manager on himself where he then proceeded to ask me again in front of his manager this time, I ignored him and then spoke with the manager.

      Asking someone once or even twice I can understand but asking someone the same question 4 times is absolutely ridiculous!! The only thing the manager said when I explained to her what happened was have a nice day! I don’t remember the last time I wrote a bad review but management didn’t seem to care about what happened and when I tried to call corporate to report it they are on a 3 hour lunch break so I would have to call back at 2pm (it was 11am when I called) so that is why I chose to file my complaint here.

      Please stop harassing your customers to sign up for a credit card and if they say no then no means no so just stop asking!!

      P.S. Management I have a video recording of the entire interaction and I am happy to provide it to you for retraining purposes.

      Manager tried to tell me a gift I received, from a friend “didn’t come from here” . She was very rude about it. I left and went to my friends house for the reciept to prove it to her. I needed to exchange the item. I ended up taking the money and buying local. Screw her attitude.

      TJ Maxx itself offers great deals, clothes wise! However the employees and management at the Rock Springs, WY store are unbelievably rude! Please do better when you hire people. Especially MANAGERS!!! They’re supposed to help the customer not batter them. What a shame. I’ve spent 100’s there with the credit card and they show no respect in any way. Do better TJ Maxx.

      It’s always great for nice brands at good prices although lately it feels like the cheaper clothes are more outdated than ever, sometimes it doesn’t feel like you are getting a great deal but..it’s still a great option for shopping and fashion!

      I recently stopped here to get some storage containers for my refrigerator but decided to check out the seasonal section and am so glad I did. They had so much Disney merchandise. My daughter and I were ecstatic! She got a toy while I got a Coco Rae Dunn coffee mug. The store was neat and clean. Easy to navigate. Average prices. We will be back!

      This place is awful, the service is just as bad. The supervisor working on 9/11 with brown hair and glasses around 3:15 was treating customers like criminals. Went shopping to get some baby stuff for a mother who gave birth recently and picked out an outfit that had the gift bag attached and even mentioned the same saying “Daddy’s MVP” the girl checking us out who was clueless and asked the floor supervisor who was even more clueless. They wanted to do a price check even though the store is a mess and they probably wouldn’t even find that item. This was a terrible shopping experience and I would not recommend coming to this place. I called minutes after leaving and the same supervisor answered the phone and I asked to make a complaint and she said I can speak to her store manager but I was on hold for 3 minutes so obviously there was no intent on connecting me to make the complaint. You should really worry about real criminals that go into your store and not those that have been shopping there for 5 plus years. This is the reason retail and stores like yours go out of business.
