      Did you know that the tallest mountain in the world isn’t Everest (It is the highest though) , Its a mountain called Mauna Kea in Hawaii , because most of it is beneath the surface of the water.

      And thats what I did in that toilet bowl. A mountain of excrement that poked above the surface of the water. The flush button worked too. A satisfying dump.

      Don’t let the naysayers hold you back from experiencing this toilet. It was open when I went and despite the lack of signage, i suspect it is open as long as the park is. Moderately clean with necessary utilities!

      Came in the other day into the store the other day and needed some assistance with a few things and thank God, Daniel who I believe is one of the tools expert, was able to help me. Not the first time I’ve come into the store needing help and I just so happen to bump into this legend again. This man has a wide breadth of knowledge and has always been able to point me in the right direction. He has consistantly directed me in the right steps with required tools, timber and more, and none have failed to satisfy my needs. Always look forward to coming into the store! Man always has a smile on his face and positive can-do attitude. Highly recommend if you bump into him and have any questions, especially about tools, he’s the man.       Overwhelming and convoluted:

      I’m building a spice rack and know very little about making things. I went to bunnings for ideas/inspiration and the necessary items to construct my project.

      I spoke with 9 different people – Claire and Kim upstairs were the best. They were excited to help me, wanted to understand my project and give tailored advice. They directed me downstairs to the right aisles. – I spoke with 5 people in aisles 4 and 5 who could not answer questions about the products in front of them. While I appreciate they didn’t guess the answers I would have liked assistance.

      It was very frustrating explaining myself over and over. I also decided to purchase more stuff than I needed because I didn’t know what I needed exactly, and I will have to return items which is annoying. I also resorted to googling info in store because I couldn’t get the answers to my questions

      Not a massive range. But can have some great clearance specials. Parking here is great. It’s easy and convenient.. which says a lot.. it’s hard to park anywhere around this area. But at least that isn’t a problem here. So kudos for that

      Update… second last time I visited here staff approached my dad and said come on Greg you know your not allowed to be here. He isn’t Greg and it’s the second time we have been here…. Surely the guy can’t look exactly the same. Especially wearing our businesses work gear. His name is on his tshirt!!! You embarrassed the f out of him!

      Thought it was isolated… I must look a bit dodgy… last visit I had two undercover / loss prevention following me and a staff member. It was quite off putting. I understand you have A job to do. Even if I do fit a profile, BE DISCREET about it. You guys made me want to steal to prove a point! Instead I left feeling violated and spent my money at Taits timber. $800 purchase. Good job guys ?

      TRADIES: DO NOT GO HERE WITH A VAN. The sign as you come down the ramp says 2.2m. Then you turn into the carpark and (after the boom opens – and a car is honking from behind) you are stuck! It drops to 1.8M! You cannot exit, as they have a barricade across the exit ramp. You have to navigate all the way round the carpark! Very poor signage. Crowded and tight store. 2 floors. Got everything. Very handy for inner city. But if you want to breathe, go to Port Melbourne instead.

      The Kmart store is no longer a retail outlet; instead it is for online pick-up.

      Kmart Burwood is a very huge store, very bright and well stocked. Besides clothing, bedding, it also sells electrical appliances, electronic accessories, home office needs, and even a garden centre. The staff are helpful and friendly; my wife and I enjoy our shopping experience. The proof is in our bill of purchase.

      lets start with if i could rate this store 0 out of 5 after my 1 hour 20 minute visit tonight trying to get a few things refunded which the staff where happy to help me with as i had all my receipts until there manager Bernadette come along and there system was playing up not doing refunds so i said thats fine just refund me in vouchers which i was told could not be done even after showing i had all my receipts and wasting my time at the service desk for 1 hour and 20 minutes going to be a great morning when i wake up and contact consumer affairs and others with this story worst manager of any store i have ever dealt with good luck shopping at this store i will never step foot in the store again even if it is the last one standing store rating 0 out 5 stars manager -5 out of 5 stars

      Rudest service by staff member Irene. This is the 2nd time i have come in 2weeks. Hoping it was a different person. I had a few items of clothing & office items. Wanted assistance using the ‘self-checkout’. Her manner was pretty poor for a service person. I left my items on the table and left. She didn’t even try to assist or stop me leaving.

      Tomorrow Target will get my business. They cater to both self-serve & staff assisted customer counters.

      Irene is definitely not suited to this job. Her manner, and tone are very poor.

      If i could rate ZERO stars just for service i would.

      Visited today, and the whole place absolutely wreaked of curry. No where in the store was there an area that didn’t wreak of it. I don’t know if someone scattered curry powder from one end of the place to the other, or someone tipped curry powder in the air vents or something, but it was sickening and we left because of the wreched smell.

      Not to mention how disgusting the kids toy aisles was. There was rubbish all over the floor, half eaten food, and absolutly no respect for putting anything back on the shelves, they’re just thrown anywhere.

      Never going back to this Kmart. It stinks, it’s messy, and it’s,staff being able to clean up is just as bad as the morons who can’t put things back where they found it when looking at something.

      It’s K mart. Cheap and relatively good quality. This store is not that small compared to other K-mart. It has two entrances. When you go at night, you can only use entrance which is close to outside parking area.

      Has got to be one of the most UNORGANISED and MESSY Kmart I’ve ever been to. Everything is just thrown around. There is not one neat and organised section.

      The staff are never willing to help you when you ask and the staff at the checkout area bark orders at you.

      The beauty section is always empty and nothing is in its correct spot.

      Don’t waste your time and just go to the Kmart in Tarneit.

      I found the layout of this kmart to be a little bit different than most if them , as the layouts tend to be similar if not identical, paying is still in the centre and also their wasn’t any angre staff checking your bags like most have.       Kmart is great for ma y electrical items. Their home brand products are fairly reasonable and good quality.

      I have not been to this Kmart store for years, because there was a smaller one near my house. Furthermore, my home is well established, and nothing is ready for landfill.

      Dr.Monirul Islam of resolve medicals, visits my bed ridden mom home, despite his busy schedule. Doctors hardly have time to relax themself but this doctor works extra time for bed ridden patience’s. Money is not the only criteria of life for this doctor, he cares about patience. This is an angle God send for Australians Patiences. He injects in such a way, you won’t feel it, painless and perfect- so efficient doctor who think outside the square for the betterment of his patience. My mom used to take three BP tablets now taking only one, that too half tablet instead of 1 and her BP is normal – he did this as a measure against her shutting down Kidney. God bless Doctor Islam and the wonderful clinic he works for., I am extending my thanks to all the doctors who treated my mom such as Dr,Alam, Dr,Sekka and Dr.Rawal and salute to those wonderful receptionists who welcomed me always.       I have been to this clinic and have seen Dr Rawal (my preference) for few years now. I am very happy and satisfied with the service of both the front desk staff and the doctors. I have seen Dr Sikka and Dr Siri but mostly Dr Rawal who I find most professional and make you feel comfortable talking and asking questions about your medical concerns.

      I started seeing DR Harman Chahal in June. I was super mega anxious to go to the dentist due to previous post traumatic experiences. On my first consultation I was in tears but had no other choice to face my fear due to the pain I was experiencing in one my my tooth. Dr Chahal has been absolutely amazing, she really managed to help me control my anxiety and help me get over my traumatic dentist experience from the past. She is so calm, caring and professional. She looked after me all the way until September and together we managed to get through all the dental work I needed done. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful dentist with who I feel at ease, I can trust and took away my fear of dental work! Well done to you Harman and thank you so much for all your patience and hard work with me! I am normally not the type of person who leave review but that one is now 2 months overdue! ? thanks again.       After years of avoiding all dentists I have had to face the moment of absolute necessity. If I had known what these guys were like I would never have gotten them to do my teeth. I spent near enough $2,500. And now have had too spend virtually the same again to get another set of dentures that fit correctly. The ones primary Dental made and supplied had really bad under bite and are way too loose. As soon as I attempt to use them they hurt and won’t stay in my mouth and that is before trying to eat with them. So bad still even after reclining , adjusting ect. Total rubbish, waste of time and money. Only 1 star because I can’t give less!!!

Glad I booked a double appointment, needed for 2 scripts needing authorisation and online disabled parking permit, which took 4 go’s before success.       This clinic is excellent. Highly organised. Friendly and efficient reception staff and nurses. Our Dr Vivienne Ramsbottom is a first class medical professional. Her experience and knowledge has been a literal lifesaver for us. Dr Ramsbottom’s compassion helped us through the most tragic and difficult anguish of our lives and both my husband and myself honestly believe we would not be here today if not for her. We trust her completely. The clinic operated throughout 2021 and 2022 with maximum COVID protection and we felt comfortable at all times. We have at other times had consultations with other Drs in the Practice and they are all first class. We cannot imagine going elsewhere.

      There is a big sign that says “…after 6pm there is no bulk billing”. Now any logical person would read that and assume that before 6pm it’s bulk billed, but no it’s not and there are always out of pocket gaps. A bit deceptive considering it’s a publicly funded institution.

      Terrible receptionist on today named Michelle. Telling me I can’t have my appointment the Dr booked because I owe them money! She was very rude and abrupt, when I asked for her name turned to other lady on reception and continued to talk about me. Will be moving clinics and won’t be paying the outstanding bill as I’m a bulk billed patient. Suggest you get nicer receptionists if you want more patients. But of a joke, come in with High BP leave with higher BP from stress from a little receptionist on a power trip!

      Used to be a good clinic a couple of years ago. Has deteriorated badly lately. Hard to get an appointment inside 3 weeks. Even the first appointment of the day starts 25 minutes late. And then the physical examination of the complaint doesn’t happen. Hard to see how a GP can develop a thorough understanding of a condition without a visual or physical examination. Time to find somewhere else. The healthcare system in Warrnambool is badly broken currently. It works great until you are unwell.
