3 months agoJust visited K&N barber in Echuca and really happy with the service! Very friendly staff and clean shop. We watched one of the barbers cut a toddler’s hair and cater to all needs, from a coco melon cartoon on YouTube and a lollipop to baby wipes and tissues for the little fulla’s tears and dribble. They also have given three seniors a free haircut in the 20 minutes we were in their shop which was very sweet. Very happy with my little brother’s and my partner’s haircuts too. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️3 weeks agoWent here cos my usual was taking ages and couldn’t be bother to wait no more. Good choice too as this place is great. When you ask us if he can sit still, we said yes as it hasn’t been a problem before . At the start of the haircut you staff remove his lollipop and he had nothing to focus on. He start to moving around because the hair on his nose and eyes made him itch. That’s why he wasn’t happy. We just wanted to finish the hair cut. Now he has a half finished hair cut That Looks ridiculous He wasn’t angry at me, he kicked me by accident. And your staff really didn’t know how to deal with kids. Before when we have been to your shop, we have always seen the skinny and short barber that wear glasses. He is good and never had a problem with him. Next Time , I feel you should just say that you cannot cut kids hair, and tell us when we should come back. My son asked for a number one on the side but accidentally put 2 on the review. I am not a barber but I could have done a better job. The barber that cut my sons hair took way too much off the front after being asked to just take a little bit off the front. He only used clippers to do the hair cut and u can tell by looking at it. My son was in tears when he got home because he was so unhappy with his hair cut. It will be the last time we use k and n as a barber. I’m sure other barbers there can do a good job but unfortunately the barber that cut my sons hair, didn’t.

She was extremely rude, no experience what so ever. The rest of the staff service was good.
