I find that there staff is more than happy to answer any question. The staff in the garden section can help you pick the plant you want and how to look after the plant too. I like how they get solar powered Christmas lights.

Quick Stop at Bunnings Balcatta

I absolutely love bunnings and always look forward to checking out what they have , but my last visit the checkout person made me go all the way to the back of the store to take a photo of the special tag to prove it was on special.
That to me was a ridiculous request when it seems someone either forgot to remove it or they didn’t change it on their system.
Very convenient to make a person with a artificial knee walk all that way and back, when a staff member should have done that as part of the service, especially when it was their special not mine?

I visited the Bunnings store in Balcatta on August 5th, 2023, to buy some gardening tools and supplies. I had a pleasant shopping experience until I reached the checkout desk. There, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever seen. The cashier Milli was rude, impatient, and incompetent. She ignored me when I greeted her, and she did not scan my items properly. She did not want to scan my flybys, and started making different noises. I was shocked and appalled by this cashier’s behavior. She treated me with disrespect and contempt, and she made me feel unwelcome. She showed no regard for her customers or her employer. She ruined my shopping experience and wasted my time and money. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values good customer service. This store needs to train its staff better and monitor their performance more closely.

Large hardware and gardening store. They have a tool shop and a large drive in trade area.
This store has a large outdoor furniture and bbq area and plant nursery outside.
My first visit as this is the only store that sells lamp shades. Easy to get to and park. Because of the app I found what I was looking for in the store quickly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I took my pup for his first visit. But he was very overwhelmed.

I went today to buy an egg chair, as Bunnings Armadale seems the only store with the available stock. At the store I noticed the item box has a scribbled note “one missing bolt”. Friendly staff offered to take off $50 from the total price and took a set of bolts from their shelf for free! Furthermore their friendly and helpful staff Carla and Fin helped in taking apart the item from the box and helped me make them fit in my corolla hatchback. Yay! I don’t have to pay the delivery. I’m so happy, these ladies are topnotch in customer service. I love Bunnings! They’re the best .

This has happened twice in the last year that I asked for assistance at the entrance for bulbs (light) and no-one came at all. The first time I waited a very long time and asked someone to send someone again. This time I could not wait any longer (15mins). Also the staff at the self serve was not professional : talked to another staff at another counter (from that distance) of how the other one’s day was “shit”. Not professional at all.

I’ve been here many times in the morning. Most days after I drop off my child to school. However I did some shopping at self service one day. Then proceeded to wait at the getting smokes and information part of front desk area. Where I believe a female employee was just talking with another customer. Yes nothing wrong with that. But I’m sure she had finish with her purchasing and they continued to talk or gossip. Now that’s the problem right there!!! ? My point is, this Coles employee didn’t even have the decency to ask if I needed help. I’m standing there and she clearly sees me and as I walk off angrily. They decide to end there gossip session. Never coming here again!!!

Went in today for my weekly shop. Went for the milk and find that 8 bottles went off 4 days ago. Approached a team member and told them because it happens. Continue my shop, selecting my weekly yogurt I notice that 60% of the stock they had were out of date ranging anywhere from 4 days past expiration to 3 weeks. Disgusting

Very unprofessional and biased management. If you are not a “yes-man/woman”, you will not get any hours as a team member. They only favour workers who will get on their hands and knees and lie to employees about not having enough hours for them. Also complain if you have a toilet-break during a shift. Do not recommend.

Ah, Kmart in Belmont, a shopping destination that has always been synonymous with convenience and variety. It’s indeed puzzling and disappointing when a store, known for its customer service, lacks something as essential as shopping trolleys.
As a savvy shopper, you expect certain conveniences when you visit a store like Kmart. Trolleys are not just a convenience but also a practical necessity, especially for those with a long shopping list or heavy items to purchase. They offer ease of movement, making it a breeze to navigate the store and gather all the items you need.
The absence of trolleys in the shop may leave you feeling frustrated and, as you said, insulted. It’s understandable, my friend, to expect a basic level of service and amenities when you visit a reputable store like Kmart.
While it’s difficult to determine the exact reason for the absence of trolleys in this specific instance, it’s possible that there might be operational or logistical challenges that led to this situation. Perhaps there was an issue with trolley maintenance, or a temporary shortage of trolleys due to unforeseen circumstances.
Regardless of the reason, as a customer, your feelings of disappointment and frustration are valid. It’s essential for businesses to listen to their customers and address their concerns promptly. I encourage you to share your feedback with the staff or management at Kmart in Belmont. Let them know how the absence of trolleys impacts your shopping experience and how it makes you feel as a customer.
Constructive feedback from customers like yourself can serve as a catalyst for positive change. It may lead to a reevaluation of their trolley availability and ensure that the shopping experience aligns with the expectations of their valued customers.
As a customer, your experience matters, and businesses should strive to provide the best possible service and amenities to meet your needs. While the absence of trolleys may be frustrating, I hope that your feedback will help improve the shopping experience for you and other customers in the future.
Remember, my friend, that your voice as a customer holds power, and by sharing your thoughts, you contribute to the betterment of the shopping experience for everyone. May your future shopping endeavors be filled with convenience and enjoyment, wherever you choose to venture.

The smart casual clothes are completely covered in dirt and it’s clear that the store doesn’t maintain their products.
the first thing you see when you walk in is clothes trashed all over the place (mainly only the kids section though), coat hangers everywhere, piles of clothes on the floor, the employees were nice though. Over all I think they really need to clean up in the kids section.

We used the hand held scanner as the air fryer was quite heavy
We didn’t know that it doesn’t work, so we called a lady at customer service as the system didn’t allow us to scan without assistance
She got very upset, didn’t even look at our face
Why the hell is she in the customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat a customer???

Busy department store, it is easily accessible and close to the main entrance and taxi bay.
Most lines are available, it is worth checking stock for the store via the website if looking for a specific item.
Online click and collect orders can be picked up in store. They have a lot of self service checkouts which can have a large line during peak times, but moves quickly.

Kmart click & collect is such a waste of time. I ordered 14 items that all said they’re in stock and the Kmart staff have refunded 11 of those 14 items with the refund reason listed as “Cancelled by customer request” which is clearly not true. What’s the point of offering a click and collect service if they’re not even going to bother looking for the items being ordered. This happens every time I place an order for delivery or click & collect.

Bought an airfryer only to face an arrogant customer service
We used the hand held scanner as the air fryer was quite heavy
We didn’t know that it doesn’t work, so we called a lady at customer service as the system didn’t allow us to scan without assistance
She got very upset, didn’t even look at our face
Why the hell is she in the customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat a customer???
She really needs a proper training
I hope this reaches to her
She can’t ruin our day just because she is not in the mood

Busy department store, it is easily accessible and close to the main entrance and taxi bay.
Most lines are available, it is worth checking stock for the store via the website if looking for a specific item.
Online click and collect orders can be picked up in store. They have a lot of self service checkouts which can have a large line during peak times, but moves quickly.

Thanks to Molly at the service desk for your kind and helpful service on Thursday 3 August. Molly located some additional stock I required and assisted me with checking out. Greatly appreciated

Planning to Visit a Variety Store in Aussie? Here’s What You Should Consider!
Kmart Cockburn Gateway in Perth
When visiting a Variety Store in Australia, there are several things to consider to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Here are some key points to keep in mind:
Location: Choose a variety store that is conveniently located for you. Consider factors such as proximity to your home, workplace, or any other places you frequently visit.
Product Range: Check the store’s website or research online to understand the type of products they offer. Variety stores usually stock a wide range of items, including household goods, stationery, party supplies, toys, and more. Make sure the store has the items you need.
Pricing: Compare prices with other stores to ensure you are getting the best deal. Variety stores often offer competitive prices, but it’s always a good idea to do some price-checking beforehand.
Quality of Products: While variety stores offer affordable products, it’s important to assess the quality before making a purchase. Read reviews or ask for recommendations to ensure the items you buy are of good quality and will last.
Customer Service: Consider the level of customer service provided by the store. Do they have helpful and friendly staff? Is the store well-maintained and organized?
Payment Options: Check the payment options available. Most variety stores accept cash and major credit/debit cards, but it’s always a good idea to double-check before visiting.

Nice staff let down by the car parking. One way entrance with a few angle parking then the main parking is a long walk to centre and always full. Or you could brave the unmarked dirt parking next door, it’s full of potholes and bring padding to wrap around your car so it doesn’t get scratched.
Inside they have nice amenities and could do with some interesting movies to watch while waiting. There’s a coffee service and and lovely chemist with various sweets and medicines.

I was very impressed with the service from Pioneer Health. After a recent appointment I had a query regarding the billing. I received a prompt response from the Finance manager who resolved the issue immediately. The service and outcome exceeded my expectations.

Pretty sad when you can only see a doctor when you’re not sick and everything else has to go to the respiratory clinic that even with an appointment you wait an hour to get through.
Parking is rubbish and the staff are also quite rude and dismissive.
Millions of dollars spent upgrading and it’s still the worst clinic to visit.

Had a blood test here last year and ended up with the biggest bruise possible, yes, I was expecting a little bruise or nothing at all to form following the blood test but not one as big and dark as a spider, I don’t understand how someone can do such a bad job at taking a simple blood test.
I also had an appointment booked which my mum had organised for me and you decided to cancel it at 2pm, that is unacceptable as most people like myself are still working at that time which I was, we don’t have all the free time in the world you know. You should at least change your confirmation time to a more suitable time to give people a chance to respond for goodness sake. Did I also mention that I already lead a very busy and stressful lifestyle? Good thing I didn’t need my stupid appointment anyways. I hope I never have to deal with you guys again. ?

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by your name, to the doctor’s and nurses, you are not just a number. I, personally, have a number of doctors I see in this practice. They all have access to my records, test results etc and treat me accordingly. This practice works together for the best outcome for the patient. They also have a wealth of specialists visiting as well so it is very convenient to see everyone in the one place. I travel 30 minutes to get to this practice.

I give this practice 1 star because. I cannot give them a 0 I was told by the girl to come down and they would fit me in. After giving them my information on paperwork Medicare number phone numbers etc I was then told by the young receptionist. without absolutely no eye contact as if she was just talking to a computer screen, as I was sitting in the waiting room I found this to be quite rude I was then told after waiting there for approximately 20 minutes filling out paperwork that the doctor doesn’t take on new patients why wasn’t this told to me in the beginning? I would steer clear of this place at all cost as it is a colossal waste of time and extremely disrespectful. & it really could do with a good dose of air freshener.??
