in the last weekAmple of parking space, this coles was huge, neat but stocks were running low.3 months agoI’ve been here many times in the morning. Most days after I drop off my child to school. However I did some shopping at self service one day. Then proceeded to wait at the getting smokes and information part of front desk area. Where I believe a female employee was just talking with another customer. Yes nothing wrong with that. But I’m sure she had finish with her purchasing and they continued to talk or gossip. Now that’s the problem right there!!! ? My point is, this Coles employee didn’t even have the decency to ask if I needed help. I’m standing there and she clearly sees me and as I walk off angrily. They decide to end there gossip session. 4 weeks agoWent in today for my weekly shop. Went for the milk and find that 8 bottles went off 4 days ago. Approached a team member and told them because it happens. Continue my shop, selecting my weekly yogurt I notice that 60% of the stock they had were out of date ranging anywhere from 4 days past expiration to 3 weeks. Disgusting2 months agoVery bad experience or I can say that worse. I have appointment for interview and reached at time. After waiting 15 minutes, they said we are busy, come another day. No apology, No sorry nothing.
I took a day off from my job for this interview. Anyways, thank god didn’t get job in this Coles.5 months agoVery unprofessional and biased management. If you are not a “yes-man/woman”, you will not get any hours as a team member. They only favour workers who will get on their hands and knees and lie to employees about not having enough hours for them. Also complain if you have a toilet-break during a shift. They didnt not exchange thr Coles product which was spoilt before expiry date. The staff is rude and arrogant. No more coles for me. Woolworths all the way. Very cool little store in the centre of the city months a lot of other variety stores and connected to the city car park which is pretty handy.
The store has a full variety of products just Lisa as it is half the size of a standard store in rain Square.
Very convenient for those who work in the city and need to do the shopping before they get home
This is more of a convenience store then a supermarket. They generally don’t have many specials, and some items seem to be higher in cost than regular Coles. The prepared food selection is very good, it’s a great place to buy take away lunch.

It is geared towards convenience items for people working in the city. The range is wide enough that you can find most items you might require for lunch or dinner.
Coles Rain Square was smooth and hassle-free. There were multiple checkout counters open, minimizing waiting times, even during busy periods. The staff at the registers were efficient, and I didn’t encounter any issues during the payment process. I appreciate the convenience of a quick and efficient checkout, especially when I’m on a tight schedule.
Friendly helpful staff. Very clean store and well presented. The ‘scoop’ bin for snacks are excellent for the office, with a range from healthy to naughty. Forgotten to cook for office morni g tea? Their bakery options will save you everytime.
