Nice big store, however several aisles are so empty, it used not to be like that
Great selection, clean store, literally never has a checkout open. It’s all fine until I have to buy a cart full of stuff and wait half an hour to start checking out.
The moment I walked in to this Target. It was the target matrix copy and paste “the boston fall girl aesthetic” on a mission to buy the good ?
Store was 3/5 clean and the variety of brands wasn’t much due to low stock
Service was 3/5 they responded when you push the sensor to unlock something but other then that no ones around to help.
Went there to buy a TV. Told gentleman wanted a certain set , was told to go guest services . Went there and waited no TV showed up . Going to Best Buy to buy . Bizarrely disorganized system
Insult to injury the self check out area had returns and garbage everywhere
I always have a positive experience when shopping at the Target in the Fenway, the staff is truly interested to assist with question and will ask another employee to help if they do not know the answer. The prices are competitive, and their return policy is fair and effortless. It is a tough gig working with the public, but the Target employees are always very welcoming and friendly.
