The forceful manipulation of my hair made the styling session a distressing experience.Moreover, the water temperature control during the hair wash was a significant problem. I found the water to be either scalding hot, posing a risk of burns, or extremely cold, making it incredibly uncomfortable to complete the hair wash properly.
The place is lovely I just hope the business owner will pay attention to those matters.

From the moment she greeted me with a warm, beautiful smile to the time I walked out with very nice hair, she was fabulous.
