Popped into Epic Cycles to enquire about bicycles and gear for a 2,500km ride I’m planning to do next year. Paul was so helpful! No pressure-sales at all. Cameron from Epic Cycles was very helpful, he was even on duty last night at 7.30pm, which was very unexpected! He answered my message through the website portal, called me, answered my questions, they had my size, great price and sold me completely that I should buy from him. Which I did the next day after a try out of a friends Specialized Turbo Levo HT. Goodonya Cameron and Epic Cycles! And now that I’ve been out on rail trails with it, the bike is a gem! Heaps of power, range of about 80klm on eco mode and after 104klm in two days, nicely tired but not anywhere near as exhausted as I would have been on my ordinary MTB and I got up two culverts that I hadn’t been able to do before! Zoomo e-bike has definitely elevated the experience of riding a bicycle!

First off, it looks gorgeous! The first time I saw it I fell in love right away, and you might be too! You can see from first glance that the built is high quality. The colour white and black are classic, you could use it for years to come and it could never come out of style. Modern classic it is.

Then, how about when using it? It’s so easy and it just works. You turn on the battery, then the screen which shows you your speed and other useful data, then off you go! From my experience, I can easily switch the pedal assist level I want. 5 is what I always wanted and it helped me to travel quickly. Less pedalling, more travelling.

What’s more is its built-in security. You never have to worry much if you lost is or someone stole it. This e-bike can be tracked anywhere. You also need to have the key with you to open and use it. Further security and increased peace of mind.

Moreover, I’m thankful for Ferl of Zoomo Brisbane for assisting me. She has explained the features of Zoomo e-bike very well and how can I use it. Then, she is always willing to answer my questions and help me about this e-bike. Exceptional service.

Okay, where to start? These bikes are amazing, this bike has gotten me from a-b with the utmost of ease. No joke, it has become my way to commute daily, you feel so zippy and comfortable while riding one of these bikes, I use it to go to the shops, to go to work, anywhere and anything, this bike has gotten me there.
Then there is the quality itself of the bike, the strong sturdy frame, the powerful motor, the comfortable grips, even the metal stand. And the fact that there is GPS, you can track the bike if you ever find yourself in a pickle. It even comes with a tag to unlock the bike, if you don’t unlock it, it’s definitely not going anywhere?
Straight up quality, there are alot of other bikes I wouldn’t trust, but this bike gets me through anything without a worry.
Oh, and how can I forget the customer service, Ferl is amazing to chat with, also very helpful and willing to go an extra mile to make you feel like a valued customer. This company is definitely going places, and I’m glad Brisbane is one of the first it chose around here. Thank you heaps guys, you guys are doing awesome and can’t wait to see what other products you come out with. ???

I got a flat tyre repaired straight away today after it got flat 2 times in a row.
I have to say a big thank you to both the manager who kindly stopped in the shop to repair it even if she was supposed to leave and to the mechanic who is highly professional and kind as well.
Sorry guys if I was a bit angry for the flat tyre, you definitely helped me in the kindest way possible.
I would recommend this place 100% for the people working here.

Completely absurd, about 3 weeks ago I picked up a bicycle in Fortitude Valley and the large-looking woman at the entrance treated me terribly and did not explain to me that I had to pay $200 more if I returned the bicycle sooner. The first day I used it I had a flat tire and they gave me an appointment to repair it the following month, so I obviously had to repair it on my own, I had a lot of problems with the bike and obviously I returned it for that and now I He says I have to pay the money, they are scammers since they don’t help you or facilitate anything at all. I’m sorry but I don’t know how the woman at the entrance can be working in front of the public, I will never rent another bicycle there again.
