I emailed all the real estates in town, they were the first to respond, there were no pressures, no red tape and they had it sold within the week, negotiating and bargaining the highest price. I did not have to leave my house to sign anything. It was a digital sale. They asked for $1000 up front to advertise the sale of the block of land and they refunded $972 of it, which means they are honest and which I did not expect from any real estate.
