Staff to stop judging people at the registers thinking they are going to steal. Just because I’m in my pyjamas at 7:30pm at night! The brown bob haired lady who never leaves the front counter.a month agoIt’s Coles. Expensive, less and less items in stock and range is becoming more limited. Great customer service.4 months agoNo operators on cash registers, you have to use the self service machines, this was at night time so not sure what times operators worked if they did all.

2 weeks agoColes is great if you want something quickly to a extent. Many items were still missing, eg. Honey mustard, ladies sanitation pants xl, fresh bacon pieces crutions….
Its a lucky dip sometimes…3 months agoWhat a cold & sterile supermarket this one is. Very poorly staffed, and after having paid top dollar for my groceries I didn’t appreciate having to serve myself. I’m not sure how customers with more severe disabilities would cope here. Having to check yourself out with a large shop is extremely difficult for disabled and elderly people.5 months agoI always go here to buy fresh vegies and fruits. This place is a bit busy, so please come timely.7 months ago…don’t park your car on the lowest underground car park…it’s not the easiest to carry your groceries from Coles… any levels up might be OK… I only did this once thinking it was the closest Coles.. from now on I will go to Coles on the Northside…close to Aldi too….a year agoSo I was there doing the weekly shop. There were 3 registers open with no one going through while we shopped. Then as soon as we finished, along with about 5 or 6 other shoppers, they closed all 3 registers and after a shift change, only one re-opened up again.
Self serve was busy and says baskets and small trolleys only.
Not sure what management was thinking.
