a month agoThe one star review is to get the attention of whoever is in charge. Please get rid of the self checkout lines they take significantly longer than if I were to be checked out by an actual cashier.One woman was doing four checkout lines at once- very kind and helpful employee- but she was working much harder than I felt she needed to be. Not fair to your employees or customers
in the last weekI was really happy with my online purchase which I picked up in store, the process was practically seamless! I found just what I was looking for, and the cashier was so kind and helpful!3 months agoThey turned the cash registers normally ran by target employees into self check outs. Every single lane was a self check out. The lanes didn’t have bags on the ends and the lanes were messy. Nobody monitoring the upkeep of lanes. There was a staff member directing people to open lanes. This was not conducive to a steady/sufficient check out flow.a year agoTarget stores are consistent with their layout; so it is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. They have toys, baby items, groceries, cleaning products, clothes, shoes, art supplies, bedding, towels, decor and more.They also have a coffee shop/café Prices are very reasonable.a month agoI try not to give a place bad review but some places are so bad you have no choice. This Target store also one of the very very bad with service and overall, I’ll suggest one thing to everyone please don’t order anything from this store drive-up, they take so much long, I don’t think I ever in this store’s pickup from drive-up earlier than 10 minutes. Inside the store also not clean and mess everywhere.

a month agoThis my first time being in this target I love everything about it The workers are helpful It’s beautiful They have ULTA INSIDE This is my store for now3 months agoDrive Up order service is poor. After waiting the full two hours for my order to be fulfilled I noticed several items marked as out of stock, many in the same category. I thought this was questionable so I decided to go inside the store to see if the items actually were in stock (having worked at Target I know that when an item in a pickup order is marked as out of stock it just means that the employee wasn’t able to find the item, so they marked it as Item Not Found/INF). Sure enough, I was able to find one of the items that was marked as out of stock in my order on the floor, in plain view, in its correct location, so there was no excuse to mark this item as INF. Additionally, after picking up my order and driving all the way home I realized that a pair of shoes was missing from my order but they had been marked as included in the order and I had been charged for them. Will not be returning to this location and will be visiting the Allen Park location instead. Drive Up service should not be offered if a store is not adequately staffed/trained to handle orders properly.6 months agoDo not ever buy anything from this Target in Dearborn on Ford road. God knows what they have else expired, never did I ever see a bag of cat food this overdue. This is pure laziness, I’m disappointed. I guess Korger on top.4 months agoThis store is doing something I haven’t seen in a long time which is they’re trying something new and really pushing customers first. the remodels are very nice and they’re working on their inventory. The store is really coming together from what it used to. I can’t wait to see what that do next.2 months agoIt’s very clear and easy to get around to where you want to go! Fresh food in the grocery section. Amazing cashier for great energy and good vibes!
