in the last weekI went to the store several times to buy one book, which was available while looking at the online product availability 3-4 times now and its never available. If its is not available why it says available in the online site? Its totally misleading. And when i asked the staff they said it is getting unloaded from the delivery dock. And after 1 week i went back again and it said it’s available and it is still not there.. i do not understand this. Wasted my times3 months agoSince I didn’t find complain department on your website, it has to go here. Went to click and collect this morning with booking, took 1hr to stand in the queue! What’s the advantage? Might as well get a trolley and get stuff myself and pay at counter with no queue. Very slow service, tons of staff on the floor, but only 1 person at service desk. Bought few more things, baby section is not priced, lots of things on the sale rack and don’t scan on sale at the register. Half of the baby items don’t even have tickets and tags are not priced. There are lots of ongoing sales so you just need to monitor the products you need all the time. A great range of kids stuff, your kid can also try some bikes around the shop, so you’ll know what to buy.2 months agoThe Asian guy in the electronic goods section (selling me a USB-C cable) 15 minutes ago was so easy to deal with! Even the nutter on the door made me smile. Nutty is necessary at times – it brightens people’s days! (Tis the festive season so why not!) 2/2 interactions met with success = repeat business. I’ll be back!
