Also the older lady who is sometimes at the laybuy/returns desk will say she can’t refund an online order unless you have the email with the easy scan barcode because she’s too lazy to type in the order number. It’s ridiculous to be honest – you’re in the business of generating positive sales experiences and CS, not the other way around where the customer has to cater to staff preferences.
