    Trustworthy, knowledgable and wise. I have bought and sold a number of houses in my life and never fully felt I could trust the agent. This time was oh so different. From our first meeting Dee Plowman was personable, kind and not pushy. She was confident about the market and went out of her way to be helpful with what ever we needed to help get our mums house ready for sale. Her advice was spot on and once house was on the market she had many open for inspections and had sold mum’s house within the first 2 weeks for a great price. Her staging showed good taste and knowledge of current trends, showing off mums house to its best. I cannot recommend Dee enough and if I was buying or selling another property in the Tamworth area would use Dee again without a doubt. Trustworthy, kind, knowledgable and hard working, always on the sellers side. I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Thanks Dee for making a difficult time so so much easier.

    We had the misfortune of purchasing a new home in November 2023 where the sellers were represented by Leanne Brazier of At Realty.

    Throughout the process we found Leanne to be dishonest, obstructive, antagonistic, and incompetent beyond belief.

    It has come as no surprise to us that she has sold a grand total of 4 properties in the past 12 months; such woeful underperformance is entirely in keeping with her approach to the job.

    For example, Leanne took it upon herself to include incorrect information (which she gained under false pretences) to the purchase agreement without our knowledge.

    Avoid Leanne and At Realty at all costs. It’s the continued existence of bad agents like Leanne that give the industry such a terrible reputation.
