a month agoI attended chemist warehouse wells st Frankston at 9.45 am 28/7/23 to make a small purchase. I was made to feel most uncomfortable by the security guard, to the point of him actually approaching me and making eye contact whilst I was looking at moisturiser. This is the second time I have experienced this with this particular guard. In the future I will avoid shopping there due to this experience. Disgusting. Furthermore, when I mentioned it to the female cashier , she rolled her eyes!!!! I requested that she mention it to management, however due to response I doubt that she will.3 months agoPrices were cheaper than normal chemist for the things i needed multi vitamins etc, ensure chocolate nutrition powder.4 months agoI just went to the chemist to get something. I had the security guard follow me around the entire store. I paid for the item and he still asked to check my bag despite watching me pay for it. I WILL NOT BE BACK! This is such disgusting behaviour and he never did it to anyone else either.3 months agoYou should sack your gross security guard even if a person stole it doesnt ..gives the righ to hassle them name call -push them and then punch a lady in head 3 times….I will not be returning .watching this with my child was Traumatic….2 years agoAnother awesome store opens early and have all the medicines in stock and the pharmacist , Sukhpreet Singh and Georgia is awesome ???

a month agoI’ve been coming here for a while, the pharmacist here are very helpful. I’ve also found the customer service staff smiling, Cheerful and helpful as well. On top of that the security guard in evening is helpful, cheerful and greets you on entry. Staff here seem really happy which make’s a great customer experience.Maybe chemist warehouse karingal can get some advice from this store.
3 weeks agoUsed to be a good chemist, but ever since ownership changed – more new incompetent pharmacists were hired. I was sent an online prescription and they refused it saying I need a physical copy… I bring the physical copy and they refuse it.. flawed work ethic – I’d rather go elsewhere.a year agoHave been visiting this chemist/pharmacy for a number of hears now, the ample amount of parking and ease of access to the business is the reason I keep return. Extended trading hours makes availability a breeze, staff are always friendly and willing to assist.5 months agoAwesome pharmacist was very helpful at filling my script. He offered me an alternative dosage to take multiple tablets instead of the one tablet of a higher dosage I ended up saving saving almost $100 !9 months agoMy husband has epilepsy. Script had expired female pharmacist more than happy to give him enough to last a couple of days. Returned to pharmacy later male pharmacist refused to help. Not sure if they are aware of duty of care and their code of ethics ? Will be getting the male pharmacist name and reporting him.
