So I reflected on my reaction – I realized I needed to give more grace, considering I couldn’t see the full store of impatient people when I called and was told they were too busy to advise stock levels on a prescription.Called again, was advised, visited, and had a genuine apology and assistance provided.
To be able to admit their mistakes and do better? What more could expect from human beings doing their best? Thank you Cristian and all staff. Faith restored. ???

The service is friendly, professional and personalised. The pharmacist knows me and remembers my regular meds. The sales team are helpful and friendly. I feel known and well-cared for, which is fantastic when dealing with part of your health team. I even get free weekly deliveries. 4 years agoBy far the best pharmacy I have come across on the Sunshine Coast, wonderful, knowledgeable friendly pharmacists and staff, seldom any wait, plenty of parking. Friendly with the personal touch warehouse style pharmacies don’t seen to be able to deliver. Great hours also. RECOMMEND.6 months agoGreat service and friendly staff. Well lit with a good range of products. Shared carpark with Aldi where there is some shade and undercover parking. Good range of items and also provides home delivery for certain customers.3 years agoWon’t be coming back. We used to buy all our medicines here for years. They used to have friendly and helpful staff. Apparently this is not the case any more. We were served by an extremely short tempered, rude, eye rolling lady ( the receipt says Sally) who was annoyed by the simplest question. We will never ever set foot there again.
