4 months agoFantastic friendly service, can’t recommend highly enough!All staff members are super knowledgeable and have a fantastic free service where your medication can be dispensed in blister packs so I don’t have to worry about missing a dose.
My family’s prescribed medication has always been in stock, so no wait times like I have experienced at other chemists in the area.
6 months agoI would like to thank Lauren for the generosity and kindness she always shows me, but especially, today when she delivered my Covid medication. Nothing is ever too hard for her, and is always done with a smile. Blooms chemist Wyong offer a very professional service and genuinely care about your health. All staff have a good knowledge in relation to my needs and the products they provide. One of the staff, Lauren has an excellent demeanour and always makes me feel welcome when I enter the chemist. She loved a chat and a laugh. 2 months agoI just called in with a plea for the chemist in charge today to help me out with my script which is always left at my Brooklyn pharmacy (closed on Sundays).I accidentally ran out of my meds. I desperately need my anti anxiety meds now but the chemist in charge refused to help a very anxious person (who has run out of her prescription meds) Very sad that more people can’t help a fellow human being in desperate need. I may have a car crash later due to my condition and I hope not. NEVER ever go to this chemist. Thank you very much.a year agoHave been going there for years.I was given another person’s medication. When I returned the medication ,I was accused of waiting for one item then taking and paying for four. I had given them 3 escripts and bought eye drops.
Pharmacist promptly told me that they were waiting for the police and also rang Gosford Hospital. He failed to ring myself the customer. I was labeled a thief for paying for medication he presumed were mine. He then look the higher ground of judge, jury and executioner.
No apology for the inconvenience that it caused me. Absolutely no people skills nor respect for older women. No admission of fault from the pharmacist, then the guy on the front till asked if the medication was free. I replied no I’ve paid for it at the back.
