2 weeks agoJust phoned regarding my mother’s condition and the staff member who answered the phone was very polite and helpful also the pharmacist was knowledgeable and informative of the condition. My family have been attending the 24 hour pharmacy for a considerable amount of time and have never been let down6 months agoI went to get medication and I encounter a very rude pharmacist (Asian looking guy) today don’t know his name. But when I ask if it can be in Webster pack today he replied with don’t you think it’s late notice ? No we can’t. rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. There’s a way of communicating nicely. He was so rude! The worse pharmacist I have ever encounter. Bad customer service. I won’t be coming back here for someone so unprofessional like him. Should be nicer to customers.6 months agoBeen a customer for many, many years. Although Jan, the previous head chemist/owner was simply outstanding the staff who have come in since then have carried on Jan’s great work. Sure sometimes you have to wait sometimes for scripts but they are pretty damn busy every time I go in and theres a limit to how many staff you can.employ.. I can’t understand the negative reviews left here. I certainly haven’t had a single problem and the staff go out of their way to help.3 months agoGood pharmacy due to being open 24/7. Always has my scripts in stock, which other pharmacy’s don’t. Customer service is average.4 months agoAbsolutely disgusted I pay $6.30 for an antibiotic at other chemist .but here they charged me $17 for the same medication so be prepared to pay almost triple. Only went here because it’s 24hr and my chemist was closed and my son needed medicine.

a week agoOne of the worst experiences i had from LATE MEDICAL CHEMIST RYDE today. I don’t know why they are doing this on purpose ??? when I went today for my documents which need to be verified and i had all documents ready but the guy said i don’t have time for this and i am not doing this today…… Can anyone tell this guy what is called urgency ??? No one would like to waste the time neither his time nor mine. There was no customer and i am happy to wait 10-15 min for that but how could he said like i am not doing this ??? I wish if it is possible to take legal action to those people who are doing this on purpose it would be really better & good education for others people as well or bring it to the media. If legislation gave them authority to verify the documents then they should be grateful and do the work when it needed . I am totally disappointeda month agoI used to really like this chemist as I’ve lived nearby for many years. In the last few years the pharmacist had become very rude and grumpy. He also makes serious mistakes with prescriptions which has become unacceptable. Of late he often doesn’t have the medication needed as well. I don’t know what happened with this business but something is really not right now. His other staff are usually lovely. It’s such a shame as it was so useful for me but I refuse to go back again. There are many other pharmacies nearby that have much better customer service. I can’t recommend this chemist.5 months agoI have been a customer here for close to 15 years and in the first few they h as d beautiful service and more reasonable prices. I understand they are a small business so am happy to pay a littlw more. The moment I had to have compassionate medication posted there, it was like I was dealing with different people. Not only was i charged but I was told to have it sent elsewhere because it was too much trouble. I am really quite disappointed in the new hands this pharmacy has fallen into.5 months agoThe pharmacists use to be nicer and had better customer service. Now he’s become old and crabby, just not caring anymore about anyone. Really sad to see a pharmacy that our whole family and friends went to and now after being treated like second class citizens and telling them about our experience, we’ve all agreed to find another pharmacy to go to.11 months agoVery unprofessional! Sometimes you don’t want everyone in the room to know what medicine you are buying. The girl came to me waving the prescription and giggling: “Would you like a generic brand?”. I said, no, thank you. The pharmacist shouted: “I don’t have XYZ medicine, only generic brand”. I don’t know what village these “pharmacists” came from, but I will never go there again. I was so embarrassed.
