    Today my son Jutin and I were shopping for erasers this morning and ordered it for pick up. I arrived and there was no one there to help me and said that the order wasn’t made. My husband Mr East is a single father.

    We ordered two office desks, chairs (19 August) be delivered to our house, all the items arrived except for one desk. Last Friday, we rang up the customer service, clearly indicated we need to be informed when the item is going to be delivered. They said there will be a phone call before they deliver the item. There was no phone call this morning, so we ring them up again, only find out they just left the item outside the house since early morning !!!
    This is totally unacceptable, such a poor service.
    We have furniture and electrical appliances delivered from Harvey Norman, they always contact us before delivery.

    Manager refused quite rudely to replace a $300 pack of ink cartridges sold to me when I bought a HP printer from them. The sales person sold me the wrong ink pack, 955XL instead of 965XL and I had no idea until the initial cartridges ran out. I run a small business and will now attempt to purchase all my office supplies elsewhere.

    The worst customer service on numerous occasions, very unhelpful and all you can hear the staff saying to customers “they are too busy to help right now” while they stand around and chat!
