  My car was booked in here last Friday, and they alleged to have checked fuses, electrics, to find a central locking problem. $218 later nothing fixed so had to rebook, my husband looked at fuses and low and behold there was a fuse that needed replacing, fuse replaced and central locking was fixed. This was fed back to the company and a refund was requested, they offered a credit to pay for any future work that is required, we advised we do not trust them to do what they say they will in relation to any further work. Hence nothing else was offered, I sent them an email and guess what no response from then. I have contacted the office of fair trading and they will continue to communicate. Not happy at all with this unprofessional company.

  I went in with a diagnoses asking if they could source the part or fix he original, but titan insisted they diagnose the issue an would only tank an hour. So i received a call saying it not the ABS module and the problem was the wheel speed sencors, I said okay get a me a price.

  I get a call 3 days later “actully after more investigation meanwhile they didint have the car i did” ABS modules are common we think its that and that will be will 1500 to send away and get fixed and also charged me over $400 for thediagnoses 3.5 hours to chuck on a scan tool.

  So I ended up sending it away my self and got it fixed for half the prices an it was that.

  Had problems with electrical wiring in caravan and phoned for assistance. Advised they were booked up for 6 weeks but to come down the next day at 10am. Confirmed by text. On arrival came straight over and found the problem and fixed it. Amazingly obliging and helpful. Highly recommend without reservation.

  I highly recommend Titan to anyone, my Wife’s car the alternator went, although they were booked out for 2 weeks, they kindly help me out of the situation and fitted me in, was completed within a couple of days, much appreciate you guy’s for a well done job.
