  I booked a trip to Melbourne today and the experience was extremely poor. The seats on the tour bus were very hard and my back hurt after sitting for more than seven hours. Moreover, the tour guide did not introduce anything and even charged a tip of five Australian dollars per person. I definitely don’t agree. I would give it a thumbs up and seriously don’t recommend it. Alos the car kept hitting me during the process.

  Excellent service as I expected. Me and my girlfriend had awesome time in Goldcoast. And credit go to F.I.T. travel for suggesting and organizing great tour packages. Staff were friendly and patient. We get all information what we needed. I will definitely book my tour again through F.I.T. Travel.
