      I went into the store on 30/5/23 and i was served by two lovely girls, one was cassie and i didn’t catch the other ones name but she was around the same age. they helped me pick out some products to try and applied it on me. it looked amazing! they were both so lovely and sweet. it was the best customer service i’d ever received. i felt so welcomed and accommodated. I will definitely be coming back. they did an exceptional job, and they are incredible artists!

I’ve gone to other stores and not had the same service but Cassie went above and beyond spending time with me, recommending products based on my needs and explaining everything in great detail. I was so grateful and she really made my day! So happy with my purchases and highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff for make up needs. 11/10 experience!!

Victoria helped me buy the perfect mascara , eye liner , 2 lipsticks. Also showed me the make up brush to put on your foundation. Never knew this. Love it.       I got my 21st makeup done by Sol and OMG I felt beyond stunning! She went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for me (checking what style and colour my dress was, the theme of my party so she could accommodate ect.). Everyone was commenting on how amazing my makeup was! I would recommend Sol to everyone who would listen!!

      Absolutely disgusting service. I booked to have myself and 2 others to have their makeup done for a wedding. I had booked this in 3 months in advance. I was advised that they do not book so early in advance but will put in my details with time, day and the amount of people. She then proceeded to say that someone will contact me 1 month in advance to proceed with the booking as that is when the do their roster. I left all my details but I never received the call, so I took it upon myself to call them. I was then advised that only 1 person was booked and it was done for the wrong time. The girl proceeded to tell me that the person who I spoke to did not get my number and there for MAC could not confirm the appointment and they can not proceed with the booking. I am now three weeks out from the event I need to attend and no appointment. The girl tried alternative options but nothing worked as all three of us needed it done at the same time. I am so disgusted at this service I would not recommend booking as they may not even do what is needed. Very poor service what is the point of a booking service that you can’t even perform!

      Great service to go with excellent quality and priced furniture. Very pleased with our furniture and how well it was all packed to ensure no damage. In 4 years we have purchased 2 Vermont sets (4 sofas) and they’ve been great very solid and comfortable sofas. Also purchased dining sets and they’re very sturdy and stylish. Great price great quality great service ?

      We purchased the Elmhurst table and bench seats , shortly after the design strips on the benches all fell off. We didn’t want replacement benches due to the admin of rebuilding. The process was pretty drawn out but Peter K was incredible. He followed up regularly with phone calls and texts to ensure we were not forgotten. The customer service he provided was next to none and made our whole encounter pleasant. He ultimately provided us with a generous store credit which was our preferred outcome. Really appreciated his care and attention. Every store needs a Peter! Thanks again 🙂

      Was initially disappointed with Target Corporate reply of sorry we wont fix the chair as it is just 3 days over the 1 year warranty. But then this amazing guy Peter rang me from their service department out of the blue to say don’t worry we will fix it for you. Thank you for the human touch in getting my problem resolved

      I needed a spare part for a Super king bed we brought from Target four or five years ago and went to the clearance outlet shop in East Tamaki, showed warehouse manager (Peter ) the part needed for replacement. He was extremely helpful and obliging and not only was able to replace the part but also the surrounding bits . I am very grateful for the very friendly help and service.

      The RUDEST Customer Service EVER

      Hi there,

      This afternoon I visited Target Furniture Sylvia Park Store to purchase some furniture for my new house.

      Before the I make the payment, I just checked with the salesperson(an Indian guy-properly the manager?) I asked if the price drops before my delivery time, Can I just come back to match the new lower price? He Indian guy said if I considering a refund to match the possible lower price in the future , just don’t buy it, he also told me that I will not be able to get a refund even the product has not been delivered. ( This salesperson was not helpful but very rude).

      I purchased stuff from Freedom, Nick Scali and Harvey Norman this afternoon, they are all happy do any new lower price matching before the delivery time.

      The product I was going to purchase at Target Furniture was not customized, also not clearance product. I don’t understand under New Zealand Law why the salesperson told me that I can’t refund the product even it has not been delivered.

      Anyway, Thank you Target Furniture,I experienced the rudest shopping experience I have ever seen…!!!

      Customer service at counter was good but Store manager did not know how to deal with customer.

      I returned an item and provided with voucher instead of real money(cash,eft) although initially i paid from my debit card. Upon discussion with store manager, they informed me that i can only get a Target voucher which can only be used in Target, what about if want to spend that money to get a coffee and muffin. Very lame and inappropriate policy of Target.

      Only came in to get something that was on special as I do not like that the store is all self serve. We were waiting for a cash or card check out to become available and had to let quite a few people go ahead of us because we wanted to pay cash. Card payers were using the cash and card checkouts so we had to wait until they were done. How about either open a check out for people wanting to pay cash or make at least one of your self serve checkouts cash only. Not everyone wants to pay by card. We will not be back.

      Partner just rang toys and it was laughable service. He clearly told the lady that the product was NEW and not on the website as of yet but has been seen in stores. He asked nicely for her to look, she looked on the shop floor only – NOT out the back. He then asked nicely to search by description and pop the numbers in which would bring up the article.

      Nope her lazy excuse was that it would come up with a thousand items, wouldn’t come up with a thousand items if you actually searched the correct thing and knew how to do your job. There’s a description option on the gun and if you search the first CORRECT title of the article it’ll come up straight away and you just click it, WOW. After I told her that the set was NEW she referred me to the website – fantastic listening skills. Clearly didn’t want to do her job, shouldn’t have even bothered picking up the phone.

      Rang at 9:00am 26th August on Saturday located in Toys, if management see this pin them being slackers or not knowing how to do their job correctly.
