I was holidaying in Bundaberg and my car broke down with a flat battery in the afternoon of Xmas eve, just in the undercover carpark, right next mycar. Fortunately, the manager there was very helpful and professional to get his team to replace a new battery in no time at all while they still have other things to do.
So, very lucky to have the team to get the car back working again so my family can continue on with our planned journey!

From the start I had a fantastic experience with this company booking in my car. They were very honest on when they could get it in instead of stuffing me around. I dropped it off in the morning. They drove me home. They picked me up in the afternoon and my car was all done. Absolutely fantastic people in this company and I would recommend them highly Also I saved $50 on logbook service using this company compare to others.
Excellent customer service, Paul was so, so lovely! He fit me in literally last minute before closing, reattached the undercarriage on my car, on top of all the work he already had going on. Thank you so much for getting me on the road again so quickly!
