      Bad experience. I wanted to by an electric converter I had bought similar 2 days ago at $7.99. I found one left however no price tag was fixed to it. I brought it to the counter and she price tagged it at $12.99 based on another product on shelf (not similar) as she could not identify correct price on her system… did not end buying it

      Not the largest location but packed full with a ton of stuff. Clothing, travel, kitchen, bathroom, decor, small furniture, it’s all there. One negative is the aggressive pushing of the TJ maxx credit card. There has really been an uptick lately and they will ask at least 3 times during your transaction which makes the experience very off putting. Also I have noticed a decline in clothing quality recently, a lot of my winter sweaters are falling apart after only a few wears.

      Worst experience with delivery and with superior attitude at west Roxbury store location. I did order around $3500 for my patio project and I did receive all delivery in five different time in almost three week time. I have to pay extra to my contractor for waiting to long and also I go same location with all damage products pic. Supervisor Kevin give hard time and he said we can give credit if you bring all water demage cement to the store. I told him it’s too heavy and why should I lie for 10 bag. It cost only $40. When I spend $3500 but ge said I don’t believe until I saw it’s very unprofessional. And he took my time and saw all pictures for one hours. Very poor delivery and very poor management. I think laws have batter customer service than Home Depot. Never do any project with Home Depot again. Bad bad experience ??

      Why on earth put the gift cards right in the middle Of the 4 self service checkout stations? You can’t get a cart past someone checking out in the first 2 stations! Update – the gift cards moved to stand in-between the last 2 checkout stations, so if someone is busy there you can’t leave! Final update – the gift card rack is back somewhere useful and no longer in the middle of the checkout stations! Way to go!

      If I could give them a 0 Star I would. Literally today, I was picking up an online order that I had already paid for, so it was taking a long time over 45 minutes and I still have not received my purchase. So I asked the employee back there if he could grab it for me he did and I was walking out with my purchase and I notice somebody following me up and down the isles. So I confronted them and he definitely was doing that because of the way I look. He then proceeded to have already called the police on me because when I was leaving, I saw the police looked over at me get in the car and then continue to follow me but luckily I had gotten into Dedham before they could stop me. It was funny because he pretended and acted like he wasn’t the loss prevention. But this happens every single time I walk into Home Depot in West Roxbury. I’d rather drive to Norwood

After being yelled at over customers in line today in garden the women then proceeded to tell me not to go back to her area. I have never been so disrespected by a business employee in my life.       This is probably the biggest antique store I have ever been in my live. A five stories building with more than a thousand of statues, paintings, and valuable antiques. This place is literally a museum that you can spend at least 2 hours here browsing. I strongly recommend people to stop by here if visiting Boston.

      Some lovely antiques, but the people there were downright horrendous. Not only was everything overpriced, but the people at the register were so bitter. They were so rude to the customer in front of me because he misunderstood a sign and mocked him in a childish tone when he said he couldn’t purchase his item. They continued to gossip about him once he had left the store, and I felt really uncomfortable as they checked me out. They need a serious attitude change!

      Very cool shop with knowledgeable and extremely accommodating staff. If there is not something on the sales floor ask a member and they’ll gladly try to find an item for you.

      Nice selection of Studio Ghibli, Pokémon, Kirby, Mario and popular animes. There is also a cool vibe to the store with the old episodes of Pokémon on the tvs, ghibli films and nostalgic music playing.

      Staff is so helpful and really went above and beyond! Owner took notice to the series I was looking at and was kind enough to take out the entire bin of merchandise from that series that they had yet to put out. Whenever I visit Boston, this is one of the first places I visit and that will never change. They always have a great selection of merchandise from a bunch of different series and while sometimes the pricing is a bit expensive, i would say the customer service makes it worth it!

      We had Eureka run the entire entertainment for our son’s Bar Mitzvah celebration and all I can say is that the kids and adults did not want to leave. The escape room was a huge hit and everyone took home the puzzles and played them for days afterwards. They kept sending us picture of them trying to solve the puzzles.       I’ve spent almost 30 days at this center and not for nothing it’s a great place. I like how many shops are in the area only thing I would change is the caged like chairing in front of Eddie v since the chairs are broken and it’s easy to pinch skin. It’s really not great for the parents who drop off their children for the center but over all it’s a wonderful walk, full of activities

      I love this plaza! Not only because it is very well located in the middle of Dorchester but because it has literally anything you need.

      Please, take note ?

      There are stores for groceries ???????, electronics ???, renovations ⚒️??, shoes ? ? …. Beautiful and nice restaurants, even a Nail salon ? (Which I love!) and finally… a Starbucks (a very nice one!)

      I come very often and still there are stores I haven’t visit.

      It is a busy mall, so be prepared for a little hassle to park.

      I walked past Pearl at South Bay at night on 9/23/21 and it’s beautiful as shown in the stunning pictures attached. I went to Pearl on the following Saturday. It was an interesting experience. The food was good overall. We ordered lots of things from the menu totalling about $200.00. Without going into much detail about the food, which was very good, the service at lunch was slow. The waiters were a little too much interested in talking amongst themselves, as opposed to giving great customer service to the patrons.The drinks came over a little too slow, but the food came out fast. A new restaurant should be very careful in these times to make sure that the customer’s are very well taken care of, with impeccable service. Cleaning tables in between courses and making sure that the lunch and dinner services are up to their expectations. When you’re introducing a seafood restaurant in Boston it’s very important to make sure that the restaurant is meeting expectations. There’s plenty of competition.

      Never Judge A Book By its Cover I read a lot of bad reviews on Yelp and let me tell you something I was shocked how marshalls treated me today 03/20/2023. I went to marshalls on 03/19/2023 was in a hurry and they was closing so I went to the register and paid for my stuff as I get home and about to go to sleep I look around for my cell phone and could not find so I decided to track my phone and saw that my phone was in marshals there was not much I can do just wait till 9.30am on the following day as I wake up the next day I decided to go early to see if I could see any employee go in to see if they could help me and that’s what happened I saw a employee told her can she please help me I left my phone in the store and to see if she could speak to somebody she said she will and got the store manager not sure if I’m writing her name correct but I think is Marci or Marcia she was the best knowing I got there 30min before store opens she still decided to take the time and help me at 9am in the morning with no problem she was super nice she really didn’t have to help me so early but she did and mind you it was so cold this morning and windy and she help me I usually don’t write reviews good or bad but I had to this was the best store manager that goes beyond her work to help other because to be honest she could of told me that I have to wait till they open and she didn’t other stores out there need to take notes on this store manager remember y’all have jobs due to costumers because with no costumers you have no job, treat your costumer like this store manager did and best believe business will never fail.       this marshalls is cute, it’s pretty spacious. they always have a ton of deals. i found a sauce pan for $13 and silicone straws for $2.00. their shoe section is always leveling up. they have vans , steve madden, juicy couture. the associates are usually really nice and helpful.

      Although this is a really nice place to go and I always go there a lot. Today, there was a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses with no price and they did not sell them to me. It had an alarm tag but no price. I got to the cashier and she called another person for a price check. When that person came, she went to look for another pair of glasses with a price, she came back with them but they kept saying that the sunglasses were Ray Ban and are much more than that price. They called up another lady and she said that they were selling some that are 59.99 and another price they did not say. They after told me that someone lost the glasses and they couldn’t sell it right after they said they were selling some for 59.99.

      I had the honor to be assisted by two of the most pleasant, funny, smart, good looking, and helpful ladies that work at Marshalls in East Boston. Their names are Linda & Leticia; if there is an internal award program, i would highly suggest these 2 ladies to get it!!!

      “Assistant store manager” declined to process my return with no logical reason given.

      I asked her if we could just try to process it because I was here yesterday and it worked perfectly… she declined and said there was a “new system update installed today that won’t allow the return”

      I drove to another lululemon store and they had no issue and confirmed that the “assistant store manager” at the other store had given me incorrect information and basically denied my return for “no reason”.

      I would love to know why I was rudely denied and quickly dismissed by the “assistant manager” (Girl with black hair and freckles…) as there was no system update confirmed by the manager at another store….

      This is the best Lululemon store I’ve visited with the largest selection of men’s clothing, out of 4 locations total, including Prudential, Seaport, and Wrentham. This location also has the best staff by far from my experience.

      Lytle helped me in May 2023. Elise (spelling?), Lisa, and someone else whose name I didn’t catch helped me in December 2022. Each one of them was friendly and extremely enthusiastic. They really worked to help find me something I would like by listening to what I liked and didn’t like about the items I tried on.

      Have been shopping at this location for years. Typically I have very pleasant experiences here. Must have caught them on an “off” day recently. I wish people could remember that being willing to listen to a customer and empathize with them goes a long way. The manager drastically changed her tone when I called over the phone to complain vs when she was “helping” me in the store. Was basically told “tough luck” in the store and then the same manager poured to me over the phone about how sorry she was about my poor customer service experience. The attitude and lack of care really put a bad taste it my mouth and made me feel less than. It was an embarrassing experience for me. I highly recommend the Wellesley store who worked with me to get a return label for my items that I was unable to return in store and spoke to customer service over the phone with me and then asked me if there was anything else they could do.

      Today I was accused by the manager of this Lululemon location of producing a fraudulent receipt to return clothes that I bought on the Lululemon website. He refused to allow the return, cited a “company policy” that you can’t return over x number of items but refused to tell me what that number was, and suggested that I produced fake email receipts as well as a fake paper receipt. Afterwards, when I went to the location on Newbury to do the return I had no issues. Unrelated, but I will also add that I watched him help another customer evade tax law by putting the tax on a gift card. I know this all sounds ridiculous because it was and it is entirely the truth.

      After talking to the first store associate I ran into, I was about ready to walk back out. When she asked me if I needed help, I said yes I’d appreciate that because I didn’t know my size since I tended to wear off brand leggings. She just snickered at me.

      Maddie on the other hand was wonderful in helping me find the perfect pair of leggings. She is the reason I’m leaving a five star review. She was super patient and kind even though I didn’t know my size. I never felt embarrassed when talking to her, and it seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me. I appreciate all of her help and kindness, and I ended up leaving with my new favorite pair of leggings that fit perfectly!

      Not the largest location but packed full with a ton of stuff. Clothing, travel, kitchen, bathroom, decor, small furniture, it’s all there. One negative is the aggressive pushing of the TJ maxx credit card. There has really been an uptick lately and they will ask at least 3 times during your transaction which makes the experience very off putting. Also I have noticed a decline in clothing quality recently, a lot of my winter sweaters are falling apart after only a few wears.
