      Great experience at this TJ Maxx just now. The attendant at the dressing rooms was spreading sunshine and complimenting everyone on something she liked about their appearance. The cashiers said her name is Dolores and everybody loves her! Also, selection was great (today’s a Tuesday, not sure if a shipment came in or they are just generally well-stocked). Went to return something and wound up getting an outfit for an upcoming wedding.

      Store have a good feel about it. I spoke with 2 different store associates (one maybe mgr), and both had a friendly tone. I was looking for car cellphone items and found exactly what I needed, and the price was less expensive than other stores, such as BestBuy or AutoZone.

Ms. Cole is incredibly knowledgeable about the La-Z-Boy products and she has an amazing skill of finding THE perfect recliner for you. She showed us several chairs and each option was a perfect fit. Once my husband made his choice, Ms. Cole was prompt and efficient in completing the purchase and giving us details on the delivery of the recliner. She is warm, and friendly and she makes shopping at La-Z-Boy a delight!       I have been a customer at American Freight for a while. I had an issue that was really my fault. I bought a sofa and never picked it up. The entire sales team including the manager, listened to my issue and went above and beyond my expectations. Management recently changed and it definitely shows that this location puts their customers first. That’s exactly why if I need anything, American Freight will be my first choice.       *** Update*** Braxton the store manager made everything right. Love my new fridge! Because of him and Kerri, I will definitely shop there again soon! Unbeatable prices!

      The people that work in the store are great,… it’s the delivery drivers that will ruin your experience … I am now on my THIRD delivery of a refrigerator because the delivery drivers are incompetent as hell!!! Don’t be afraid to buy from them. Just be sure the delivery drivers don’t try to RUSH through your delivery. Make them do as you say.

      But! They’re the ones costing the company money..! So ??‍♀️

      I had a great experience at American Freight! I had been to a few other places where I either received no attention or pressured into making an immediate decision. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful ! When we had a question he would re-approach, answer it, then give us our space. The delivery was also very smooth.       Tiny shopping mall on poplar – looks like still stuck in the 90s. They have Macy’s and Dillards- but they are also very small with less collection. It was the Friday afternoon, and still wasn’t much packed. Sone of the stores were closed inside. They have a food court too. Overall it looked a little cramming and depressing. I don’t see any point visiting.

      It’s still a beautiful mall inside, and it’s being very well maintained. It’s got to be so hard for malls to survive in this era, but it looked better than I expected. I haven’t been here since the 1990s, but the mall looked VERY nice inside, just as it did all those years ago.

      I went to Macy’s to return an item for a friend who’s in the hospital. This was the first time I’ve been there in YEARS! I was amazed at how empty it was! But if course, it was, around 7:45 pm. The employees I came in contact with were very pleasant and I was in and out within 10 min!

      Love this location, employees are very friendly and helpful!! I’m thinking possibly they have a New Manager, because it was not the case a couple of years ago. Whoever they have assigned as manager is doing an excellent job to motivate employees and they all have positive attitudes now! Great job, very refreshing to have a nice shopping experience

      It’s small & it never has any shoes for men. But it’s also the only TJ maxx in the area. On occasion we have come and the dressing room are closed due to lack of staff. Mixed feelings about this location

      Selection is great, if their customer service was equally great I’d say this is a 5 star store. On our very first visit to this store I overheard a cashier being rude to another customer a couple registers down. Same thing every visit after, but tonight was it for me. Her tone, I had to grab things back from her as quick as I could or else she’d just let the items drop to the counter/floor (one item did end up dropped), and she talked so snarkily that you could hardly understand what she’s trying to say. She kept saying something something receipt, but we couldn’t understand her with her attitude. She then has the nerve to get loud with us “READ” and tapping the keypad screen. Ironically, she couldn’t even read her own screen to tell me the correct purchase amount. I will gladly shop at Ross or Marshall’s instead, their cashiers are always so friendly.

The reason for my 3 stars is that it’s one thing to be on your phone at work, not engaging with customers cool but to be on your phone loud & cussing, b-word this & that. As a former retail manager, that just isn’t okay and as a human being you knew it wasn’t okay b/c you kept looking for reactions of others around you including myself. It’s distasteful. Customers come to this establishment & preferably this location to enjoy themselves. Not to have to hear what’s going on in your personal life. It was distasteful & Im pretty sure you know exactly who you are, Thursday 9/20, restocking the baby section that evening. It was offensive & you need to do better. Please don’t say anything about “this may be the wrong location” that’s a lie. I doubled checked just to make a review for this particular location. Get it together sweetie.

      Horrible customer service by Ms Amara, Instead of helping the customers she was using her condescending tone to repeat the same instructions over and over. Manager was trying to help with a genuine interest to resolve an issue that was created at the checkout by one of their staff member. Please be aware of your shopping and please pay attention at checkouts to make sure they do their job right, Because they are NOT. They charge wrong charges.

      The experience tonight was awful. I was basically accused of being a thief I see 75% markdowns 90% markdowns all the time at Home Depot and the customer service people are usually very nice. This was not the case tonight the fact that the words last prevention was mentionedand what I thought would’ve been a 25 minute stop at Home Depot turned out to be an hour and 15 minutes . The manage says let’s go see where you got these fasteners from . I said so “you don’t believe me ?” His response was “ you could have taken the picture at another store “ ………… (the meta data on these pictures does not reflect a different location )

      I went to this Home Depot to purchase a power tool. The tool I needed wasn’t on display and nor were all of the tools in that and a few more sections. Just pictures. I found the one I needed and asked for help to get it because it was locked up. And that’s ok because I know the store is trying to keep theft down. The problem is, l asked twice and no one showed up! So now I’ll just go to another Home Depot or just order it from Amazon.

      I ended up having to go to this particular Home Depot because they were the only ones that had two of the very cheapest 20 inch lawn mowers available and all of Memphis and of course that they’re locked up constant theft issues I understand had to go to customer service because there was not one Home Depot associate in the whole area of that lawn and garden side and or the tools and so on and so forth finally after going to the customer service desk two times waiting in line to ask to send someone over there so that I could purchase one of the mowers total time 1 hour if I didn’t need a lawn mower that badly that day I wouldn’t even have bothered I certainly won’t be using that one it’s just a it’s a mess and nobody seems to have any concern whatsoever about the customers that’s just my personal experience but I saw other people were having issues as well so I won’t be going back to that one

      I personally have been in this place two or three times. Every time that I’ve been in there, they’ve always greeted me with a smile. They’re always very helpful to try to find whatever I need. And this is probably one of the most overlooked flea markets in this general area. But they are truly a diamond in the rough. I would highly recommend anybody to visit this place. There is something there waiting for you

One of the employees in lumber told me I would have to wait to get two sheets of drywall, which we were right there. But I’m capable of loading them myself.       The experience tonight was awful. I was basically accused of being a thief I see 75% markdowns 90% markdowns all the time at Home Depot and the customer service people are usually very nice. This was not the case tonight the fact that the words last prevention was mentionedand what I thought would’ve been a 25 minute stop at Home Depot turned out to be an hour and 15 minutes . The manage says let’s go see where you got these fasteners from . I said so “you don’t believe me ?” His response was “ you could have taken the picture at another store “ ………… (the meta data on these pictures does not reflect a different location )

      I went to this Home Depot to purchase a power tool. The tool I needed wasn’t on display and nor were all of the tools in that and a few more sections. Just pictures. I found the one I needed and asked for help to get it because it was locked up. And that’s ok because I know the store is trying to keep theft down. The problem is, l asked twice and no one showed up! So now I’ll just go to another Home Depot or just order it from Amazon.

      One of my favorite stores, and they are very helpful ,brought a new refrigerator and washer and dryer, for a really good price, very satisfied, back in July got the special discounts, brought microwave countertop Monday 02-26-23 midsized for a really good price,the salesman/manager that’s been there for 4 months he was at the bartlett store, But he was really really helpful, love that energy hope he stays, everyone works at this store is always very kind and helpful ?

      I ended up having to go to this particular Home Depot because they were the only ones that had two of the very cheapest 20 inch lawn mowers available and all of Memphis and of course that they’re locked up constant theft issues I understand had to go to customer service because there was not one Home Depot associate in the whole area of that lawn and garden side and or the tools and so on and so forth finally after going to the customer service desk two times waiting in line to ask to send someone over there so that I could purchase one of the mowers total time 1 hour if I didn’t need a lawn mower that badly that day I wouldn’t even have bothered I certainly won’t be using that one it’s just a it’s a mess and nobody seems to have any concern whatsoever about the customers that’s just my personal experience but I saw other people were having issues as well so I won’t be going back to that one

      We ordered new appliances on 5-31-23. They promised to deliver them on 6-14-23, we still don’t have our new appliances cause they delivered them to the wrong address,,,,,,,twice. The young lady that helped us was very unattenentive and didn’t putt the right address in. This is because the 1/2 gallon size of whole milk was all expired (Expiration date 09172023) and the 1 gallon size of whole milk expired within 7 days (09262023).       To me, Targets look like a fancy Walmart. Well, you won’t get everything on Target that is available in Walmart, but you got the point. Target looks a little fancy. However, for a typical grocery shopping I don’t visit target. I feel their grocery is very limited. These days I’m a fan of their clothings. The clothing section is hip, and size inclusive, and doesn’t burn your wallet. This location is just another big Target with everything neatly organized. I was looking for an cable and I found it quickly.

      I almost never leave negative reviews and all things about this location are wonderful, except online orders. ***Do not expect online orders to be accurate*** While picking up my order, another customer was returning an incorrect item in her online order. I later realized the notebook I ordered was wide-ruled, not college-ruled. This may be a corporate Target issue, but there is no attention to detail. Requiring a return for the wrong product completely negates any convenience of online orders.

      I went to this particular location on July 23 to look for baby items and other miscellaneous things. The baby section was horrible there wasn’t anything stock or in the right spot. I also bought some good and gather almonds to find out they expired 02/26/2021. I always thought Target was the better options but now its just like other store

      Pretty nice store. Easy to maneuver I also found it easy to locate someone to help me. The only issue I had was at checkout. The lines were getting long and other registers were being opened but this man was letting people that were just walking up going to the newly-opened registers and that ain’t okay when people have been in line 15 or 20 minutes.       Another Target in the Memphis metro area. The store is well stocked and organized, and pretty usual, just like any other Targets. Recently I have been a fan of their women clothing section. I love the inclusiveness and diversity they portray when it comes to women clothing. I bought myself quite a few stuff from their collection. Rest of the store was just fine. I picked some basic grocery and home stuff. The customer care ( for returning stuff) had not staff and so I had to wait at least 15 minutes ???. It was easy when she shows up. While checking out the payment window froze and I had to move to another one to finish that. It was time consuming and annoying, but I understand that it happens and nobody has a particular control over this electronics and softwares all the times.
