      Every dish was prepared with so much love and packed with mouthwatering flavours, that you will appreciate each bite you take. I would suggest trying the chicken biryani and chicken tikka masala, the food tasted authentic and is halal. The service was excellent, with a friendly wait staff and quick delivery of food, and the portions were also quite generous. The unique taste of the dishes is sure to leave you eager to return and try more items from the menu.

      I ordered gobi Manchurian for delivery. It was too sweet. The sweetness of the dish overshadowed all flavours . Also, did not appreciate the red colour which looked so artificial. I am disappointed and it spoiled my appetite to eat other dishes that I ordered . The poor taste took over all the other dishes too.

      Amazing managers and owners they take special order for your festive needs be it Karwa chauth mathri or Diwali sweets or any other special occasion at no extra charge simply you can call and ask and they are always happy to help…it was a challenge to find the appropriate festive sweets for our traditional moon festival- Karwa chauth and it was lovely that they helped… Thanks again.

      DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE!!! I rinsed my vehicle (not a full wash) for 4-5 minutes, screen said total charge was $5 once I hit “stop” Complete rip off and no information on machine that you will be charged $30 (6 times the agreed amount) which is actually against consumer rights so you know who I will be reporting this mob too… “It is unlawful for businesses to mislead consumers about these rights”, this includes costs of service, my right is to be charged the agreed amount for the service, they have completely mislead the consumer here). No number to call online to contact business, once it clears I now need to call my bank to dispute the $30 charge and report these thieves to the appropriate organisations ?

      I’ve been going here for about 8 years. Has hand wash bays for cars, large bay for trucks, boats van’s etc and two automatic wash bays.

      Auto bays do a reasonable job, spot free rinse isn’t exactly spot free though.

      Hand wash bays are good, but be sure to rinse the bubble brush before you use it, some people seem quite happy to use the brush before rinsing off their car leaving dirt in the brush…not good for your paintwork.

      Try and get there early on weekends, otherwise it can be a bit of a wait.

      The wash n go carwash did not clean my van. I had to use my hand to clean the dirt off and then use the soap brush a second time. Then rinse. In total it costed me $36.80. I feel ripped off.

      Highly recommend! It typically can take months to get services in Alice, but this team were able to fit me in super quick thanks to their system in place, even with being in high demand. I had bought an ex-rental home so I asked for a deep and full clean of my 3 split systems from end to end before Summer hit. Two of the units were a bit smelly, they’re about 7 years old. The person turned up right on time and all were squeaky clean in half a day (exactly as advised on my initial call). The service person was friendly and professional – I felt completely comfortable in my home while it was all happening. I appreciated the care taken to do a thorough job and the further information provided about my systems. There was also absolutely no mess to clean-up either, I was shocked. I received my invoice the same day, it was a simple and straightforward payment process. The final price was very reasonable for the services and it was within the initial estimated pricing given when making the booking. The whole process from start to finish was simple and straightforward. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable, and my units are like new! I highly recommend and will absolutely be back for future needs. Thanks team 🙂

      Jarrod Burns came to fix our dishwasher. He was on time and well prepared to carry out the repairs. He even brought a rubber mat to protect our floor. Jarrod knew what he was doing an addressed the fault immediately. What we liked most was he was excellent to deal with.

      Car fridge stopped working while on a roadtrip. Called the maker (evakool) who referred me here as an official service provider. Turns out these guys have stopped doing car fridge and haven’t told their affiliates. Sounds like they’ve recently purchased the business and are trying to get by on the good work of the previous owners

      Having had previous good service, recent interaction is very disappointing.

      5 yo Miele Dishwasher faulted and happy to pay $190 call-out fee. Despite numerous faults showing on the board, the technician determined that only one of those faults was the issue and I was quoted another $300 to supply & fit replacement part. Upon completion of work, technician ran dishwasher for a few minutes and determined it was working fine. However upon first complete cycle after he left, the dishwasher faulted again. The business manager insists it’s a different fault (despite numerous faults noted in first instance) and is refusing to respond any further to my phone calls . End result – I have paid $600 for a dishwasher service and still have a problem. Not good enough K&J Burns.

      I asked them to diagnose an electrical issue with my second battery system.

      Basically the battery charger installed in the engine bay to charge the second battery had started beeping and when it beeped, I would have to disconnect it from the battery to stop it. It would also mean that the second battery wouldn’t charge from the first one and that I couldn’t use any of the accessories connected to the second battery. It would beep when I went out of town on a long drive and it would beep just driving around town. I wondered if it was an issue with the wiring or with the battery charger.

      I was told that there was nothing wrong with the battery charger and that the second battery was flat and that was the issue. I was told that I should replace the second battery (a deep cycle marine battery) and it would cost $300.

      I decided not to proceed with changing the battery because when I’d had a look at it, it was showing a charge of 14 volts when running and 12.8 when the ignition was off.

      For the trouble of taking a look I was charged $80. I don’t have any issue with this – time and knowledge are valuable and I respect that.

      I’ve since replaced the battery charger with a top of the line one and it no longer malfunctions. The batteries charge while the car is running. The deep cycle battery continues to show a healthy charge. I can run my accessories again.

      I appreciate the time Alice Mechanical Solutions took out of their busy schedule to look at my issue.

      I would highly recommend this business, Ben and his very friendly team got me sorted, I went in with what I thought was a small issue and it turned out that I had no back brakes. So they got new ones and made sure I was safe to keep travelling. Expert knowledge and very reasonable priced. Thank you. 10 stars.

      I recommend this business. We had some issues with our caravan that needed addressing. They were a bit out of the ordinary but they fixed them for us on a timely basis so we could make our destination tonight. Charges were very fair. Many thanks to the team for helping us out and keeping us on the road.

      Traveller, booked in for service on way through. Fair price for service. They spotted water pump leaking. Recommended buying a kit and doing the timing belt with the water pump which was a good recommendation.

      Adjusted the jobs they had as they knew we were stuck and having to pay money for accommodation every night. Considering everything they had going on, they got us done in a very timely matter.

      Charged $1508 for the water pump and timing belt and hydronic tensioner, coolant and WC after saying they usually come in at $1200. I was happy to pay at the difference as I had confidence in the work they had done. And knew it was an effort for them to fit me in and Toyota van so working on the motor under the front seat might have been a bit annoying.

      Couple of days after I had all this done my aircon stopped working. When I eventually got it to an auto electrician, he said the person who worked on it last had not put the harness back in place properly and it ended up rubbing on the pulley on the front of the engine resulting in the wires wearing through and breaking. Ended up having to pay another $462 to have that repaired.

      Phoned Ben to just give polite feedback who accepted the call really well however was no offer of compensation.

      Overall left feeling a little disappointed but at the same time really appreciate them fitting me in when they were very busy!

      Had a problem with vehicle, called around 4:30pm and they looked at and fixed the issue the next day, which was great as we were travelling to Kings Canyon, then Yulara and then home the day after. Ben was very helpful and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend this business.

      Went in for a quote on 4 minor repairs. Waited one and a half hours for them to come back with 2 pages of repairs worth over $4000. What’s this I asked . It’s the repairs that needs doing. I couldn’t believe it. Then had the cheek to charge me $100 for the quote. Won’t be going back. Thick as bricks or just sneaky? You could start by refunding my $100 for waiting 1and half hours for nothing

      Booked my car in for a few electrical faults and also asked for a full service and going over as we were heading off on a 8000km trip. Showed up on the day, they only had us booked in for the electrical stuff, they were accomodating and shuffled things around to fit the service in for the following day, which we were great full for, however resulted in us being without a vehicle for 2 days instead of 1. I didn’t check the tail lights ect when picking the car up as I was told things were fixed. Upon heading off on our trip a week later, none of our tail lights worked and left rear blinker not working either, we were told they replaced a heap of wiring due to it being old and the problem was fixed. They installed an engine guard and the cord is hanging down in the passenger foot well and cord strung through under the bonnet, loose. The work cost over $3,500.00 which we were happy to pay but expected everything to be done properly. 4000km into our trip, a friend who is a mechanic had a look at a few things and is skeptical about a things being done properly or not at all. The interchange was filthy and a few different filters needing to be changed. I have used these mechanics for over 3 years and before now, always had a positive experience. Disappointed in the service and won’t be returning to the company.

      I had such a great experience with Alice Dental Associates. I had a tooth that was causing me some pain and thought it would have to have a RCT so I was very nervous. They got me an appointment really quickly and the dentist was so gentle and knowledgeable and has fixed it without it requiring extensive treatment over multiple visits.       I first went to Compass Dental to have a consultation about dental implants. After my consultation I decided to go ahead with implants as Dr Pham and all his staff made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door now over 4 yrs gone I am still going to see the team and they have addressed any problems or concerns. And all Work done in regards to my implants has been fantastic . No issue of I need to come in with any issues fantastic after care . I would have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic dentist and his team

      I needed an emergency appointment for a very painful wisdom tooth. I spoke with Charlie on the phone and she was incredibly patient and kind as I was quite anxious, and instantly made a time for me that day. Dr Pham was incredible – so kind and caring and very gentle. He had my wisdom tooth extracted quickly and explained every step. Highly recommend and they will now be my regular practice!
