I can’t say it was the cleanest bathroom but it’s pretty good technology with minimal touch. They are relatively large and can definitely cater for everyone in terms of ability and disability or if you have prams etc. They operate with a light telling you if it is occupied. If not, you can click the button to open the doors and then click the internal one to close and lock. The bathroom gives you a maximum of 15 minutes. It is all automatic so it will flush when you stand up or start using the tap (which is sensor based). The toilet itself is quite wet cause the tap isn’t that well designed and kinda shoots at you, rather than into the sink area. However, when you need to go, you need to go. I’m pretty grateful there was one, and I’m sure other people are thinking the same thing.

As a Halloween fan I love to see what new goods Bunnings releases each year. This year I was so excited to see the door mats that were released in the eastern states but had not yet been released in SA. When I went in store for another item, I asked a team member about it and she took my name and number and told me that she’d let me know when they arrived – I didn’t think about it again until a phone call earlier this week from Lou to let me know they were in stock! Lou kindly popped two aside for me until I could make it there to pick them up. Lou went above and beyond to make the process smooth from her first contact to me leaving the store. She is an absolute gem and made my day with her customer service.

I know it’s just a Bunnings but honestly have never had a bad experience here. Rented a tile cutter which was faulty. When returning it they’d already called 2 different local stores to see if they had it free and put on hold on top of providing free coffees and cookies.
Super friendly staff!

Bit better than the rest because it’s a shartload bigger than the rest. Actually has the items you want there at the time. Pleasant shock. Should be more of them. Example, new store at Murray Bridge feels smaller than the store it replaced. Could have made it bigger.

Wow loads of item here. Great staff and they know where all the items are if you ask them. Good service too. Closes at 9pm which is great since many people can get to go after office hours. Very big area and you can just go on and on checking whatever items or supplies you need. Many storage items and outdoor items too. The price is reasonable. So many parking spaces.

Bunnings is Bunnings everywhere. However, the car park is tricky to negotiate, and I was surprised that an Ozito product advertised on the Web was not available in store. Great staff and Cafe with a nice selection of reasonably priced food.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. There was a really nice man who helped me from the garden section I can’t remember his name but he was very knowledgeable, kind and gave me all the information I needed for what I asked. The lady in the self serve helped me pack my bags and was a very attentive staff member. Overall I’m very happy with the experience and how efficient the staff are here. Beautiful selection of plants for my garden ??????

We bought a lot of plants for our gardens and 5×50 kilo bags of Osnicote potting mix.
We had to ask garden staff on many occasions for advice and they all obliged with very good advice on the plants that were best suited to the weather conditions where they are to be put in the ground. Bunnings are one of the only few who give you a 12month guarantee that the plants will survive and thrive and if they die in the 12month period Bunnings will either replace or refund your money. They’re good to deal with.

Bunnings is Bunnings-a place you go to buy stuff you need if you can find it. And when you do finally find it, it’s in a pack of 6 or more or a multi size pack that you have yo buy 4 of to get the 4 of one size you need.
But they are mostly convenient to get to with plenty of parking.
Staff are generally friendly and as helpful as they can be (experience isn’t good with some of the younger ones).
For the items I generally buy, it’s a one-stop shop.

I do love Bunnings. This is a big store. The staff are always super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and location of items. My only issue is that lately their garden power tool selection seems to have gone drastically downhill. Seems the entire section is now mostly ryobi, some ozito, a few makita and then a couple of other “token” ones. I can only assume they are trying to handball people off to another of the Wesfarmers owned companies like “tool kit depo”. Pretty annoying as Bunnings used to be the one stop shop for everything. Apart from the garden tool section, the rest of the store has a variety of products

it’s good when it’s open, the main entrance is a bit of a greenhouse when it’s too hot. There is a good selection of fresh items and it’s located in a very convenient place near Glenelg beach, however I was very disappointed when i needed to buy something and they had already closed for the day. on Saturday and Sunday they close at 5pm which is probably okay during winter but during summer it’s too early.

If you’re comfortable with self-service convenience Glenelg Coles supermarket is well equipped with a lot of self service terminals to really speed up your shopping experience. Cash/card & card only terminals are in abundance. If you make an error in purchase. Don’t worry there are helpful staff at the ready to smooth out any mistakes. It’s easy. Just scan_ place your groceries in the bagging area _then complete your transaction by choosing a method of payment. It’s all touch screen _ and it’s easy. Prepaid vouchers for mobile phone can be purchased at self service terminals _ veggies & fruit are easily weighted & identification of your produce is simple. Made a mistake or scanned a product twice there’s always friendly staff standing by to offer you there help. It’s a really easy way too shop using the touch screens terminals. I really do recommend it. For a quick purchase or for a full trolley shop & the que is always shorter at the self-service check out area.

Here is a list of the biggest Woolworths in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, which have been rated and get positive reviews by users on Google My Business.
Woolworths Rundle Mall
Address: 80-88 Rundle Mall, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia
Woolworths and traditional markets both offer different shopping experiences that cater to different needs and preferences. Here are some pros and cons to consider when choosing between the two:
Woolworth:
Pros:
Convenience: Woolworths stores are typically located in easily accessible areas, making it convenient for shoppers to visit.
Wide variety: Woolworths offers a wide range of products, including groceries, clothing, household items, and electronics, providing shoppers with one-stop shopping convenience.
Quality assurance: Woolworths often offers branded products, ensuring a certain level of quality for shoppers.
Online shopping: Woolworths also provides the option for shoppers to purchase items online and have them delivered to their doorstep, saving time and effort.
Cons:
Higher prices: Compared to traditional markets, Woolworths products are generally priced higher due to factors such as branding and convenience.
Limited bargaining: Shoppers may not have the opportunity to negotiate prices or bargain with sellers as they would in traditional markets.
Less personal interaction: The shopping experience at Woolworths may lack the personal interaction and connection that can be found in traditional markets.
Traditional market:
Pros:
Lower prices: Traditional markets often offer products at lower prices compared to Woolworth, as they usually source directly from producers or wholesalers.
Bargaining opportunities: Shoppers can negotiate prices or bargain with sellers, potentially obtaining better deals.
Fresh and local products: Traditional markets are known for offering a variety of fresh and locally sourced products, allowing shoppers to support local businesses and enjoy a unique shopping experience.
Personal interaction: Shoppers can directly communicate with sellers, forming connections and gaining insights about the products they are purchasing.
Cons:
Limited variety: Traditional markets may have a limited range of products compared to larger stores like Woolworth.
Inconvenience: Traditional markets are often located in specific areas, requiring shoppers to travel to reach them.
Time-consuming: Shopping at traditional markets can be more time-consuming due to the need to visit multiple stalls or vendors to find everything on your shopping list.
Ultimately, the choice between Woolworths Adelaide and traditional markets depends on personal preferences, budget, and shopping needs. While Woolworths offers convenience, a wide variety, and quality assurance, traditional markets provide lower prices, bargaining opportunities, fresh and local products, and personal interaction.
It seems to be laid out in a very strange manner, unlike any other wooloworths i have been to. It wasn’t a good experience going into Woolworths this morning as a stuff member was rude to me, and my friend in self-serve being judged and accused us of stealing when we paid for our stuff it’s just disgusting how we get treated if this happened again, I will be taking this to the manager. You have a terrible manager who does not know anything about good customer service. Her way of dealing with customers was absolutely appalling.
A few months ago, I paid for 18 items in the express line. There were no customers waiting and 3 of your staff at the express check-out line were standing there, chatting. When I was at the check-out, the manager said that this is the express line, you have too many items. My response was that this express line did not specify the item limit. She insisted that this is the express line while checking out my shopping items and refused to tell me the item limit. I had about 18 items. She kept saying that this is the express line and I should not have used the express line. Her tone and attitude really irritated me. I wanted to drop everything and walk out. Since then, whenever I see her at the Marion store, I don’t do my shopping there even though I have boosted your offer.
I have seen others with full trolleys who were served at the express line and were not instructed to go to another line.

The lady on the door was the most lovely person whom i could have stayed for hours and chatted with.
We probably chatted with her for a good 20 minutes at the time which all stemed from her acknowledging that we were leaving empty handed so I explained why and it went on from there.
I didn’t catch her name sadly, but in all honesty she deserves reckon for her customer service she’s an asset.
It’s nice to see warm and genuinely kind people actually caring and noticed customers, quite often customer service these days is hard to find as employees are too busy socialising between themselves to even acknowledge that you’re in their presence and treat you like a nuisance when you ask them a legitimate question.

I never expected to give this rating but I believe it’s best I do, so that other future – honest paying customers and also elderly people irrespective of whoever they are are treated right.
I urge Kmart management and training team to help these young team at kmart to better at their customer management and I am happy to do a training should it be required.
Brief Scenario:
First off I need to say almost every Kmart staff have been amazing and supportive across SA until today at ingle farm (which I have been to many times) yet my Dad in law visiting Australia, today was dropped off for a good 3hours as he loves to shop at Kmart where he had hand picked items along with a duffle bag he wanted to purchase as well – which for convenience had some of these little items put in for ease to pay which the bag was open in a trolley (mind you we all have been there who loves to organize things to easily take it to the counter so we can have it more organised at billing).
He had been with 2 trolleys shopping for his grand kids and himself waiting at the checkout counters for nearly 15mins expecting some help (since the assisted checkouts were all empty) to go about the automated pay counters (but no one had approached him (as he noticed all of them were busy or on their walkies) to ask for help and he waited till I came to get him do the payment).
To my surprise a Security walks in and approaches only us and asks whether we are planning to pay for the items?
I was caught off guard and said ” yes we were not stealing them and if we were too we won’t be standing at a payout counter” which he smiled and pleasantly left (again hats off to the security officer for doing his job)
But at the floor when enquired from a staff member whether the security was called in – she said ” oh no security officers do walk in all the time” . (SARCASM I WAS NOT BORN YESTERDAY)
So I called in the manager and a lady staff member comes to the counter but she gets briefed before she reaches us and then she stated the same and that no one from kmart had called the security.
At my exit off the location I met the officer who was actually a good person and I asked whether he was summoned for which he did say yes he was called in by Kmart staff indicating my Dad-in-law could be stealing.
KMART MANAGEMENT THIS IS FOR YOU:
YOUR STAFF MEMBERS ARE OUTNUMBERED TO ONE OLD GENTLEMAN WHO HAD AN OPEN BAG WITH ITEMS TO BE PAID FOR WHICH A STAFF COULD HAVE WALKED UP TO HIM AND ASKED WHETHER THEY COULD BE OF ASSISTANCE WHILST ALL OF THEM WERE BUSY CHATTING AWAY AMONGST THEMSELVES RATHER CALLING A SECURITY OFFICER AND I TRULY HOPE ITS NOT TARGETED COS OF COLOUR.
I have given this feedback to Jenny at Kmart at 6pm over the general phone number and I hope that these kinds of negative experiences would not be faced by other members .
Feel free to reach out i can do a free training to your staff ?. Cheers

Looked online on Kmart’s website and found the Chin-Up exercise bar I wanted, checked stock levels and they had plenty listed at Kmart Rundle Mall store, spent 40mins walking down there only to be told by the staff member at the entrance that the Rundle Mall stall actually doesn’t have an Exercise Equipment section… So why does your website say there’s ample stock of exercise gear at this store then? Where’s it being hidden if there’s no “physical section” in the store itself? What a waste of time that was…
Edit 24/07/2023 – Not a single checkout open at all whatsoever at 10:30am on a Monday, why bother spending tens of thousands installing a rack of 5+ checkouts when your manager is too stingy to hire staff to serve customers at them? They’re great dust collectors though..

Has a great range of stock, but it lost a star due to lack of staff serving at counters. Not everyone wants to use the self serve counters.

Cheers

Kmart Rundle Mall
Address: Shopping Complex, 127 Rundle Mall, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia

My first time went to this kmart with my daughter this morning. I was trying to ask a staff from toy section for get to know where the fitting room is. I believed we saw each other and my voice was loudly enough with the manners. But she didn’t replied to us but straigh went to the other place that treated us like the air. What a shameful shopping experience in kmart of Adelaide CBD.

Dear Kmart,
I am writing to inform you about an incident that occurred with one of your chairs. I purchased a chair from your store and unfortunately, it was not able to support my weight of 395kg. When I sat on it, the chair shattered beneath me.
I am disappointed with the quality of the chair and would like to bring this matter to your attention. As a customer, I expect products that are durable and able to withstand normal use. It is clear that this chair was not strong enough to support my weight, which is a serious safety concern.
I urge you to take action to improve the quality of your products and ensure that they are able to withstand a reasonable amount of weight. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could offer me a refund or replacement for the defective chair.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Sincerely,
Big Man

Doctors at Westlands
Address: 26/24 Ekblom St, Whyalla Norrie SA 5608, Australia
Today I went to Doctors at Westlands I booked appointment for me as well as for my three and half months old baby. When I just entered there were three ladies working there two were busy discussing something and laughing, I wait there for a while but none of them acknowledged me and ignored by all three of them. Then I just asked them I have an appointment. My experience got worst when the doctor was so rude, she was like I wasted her time although I booked appointment for me and my daughter. She was an Indian doctor, I need a letter from them to certify that my baby is growing normal need to put some details on the letter, there was some spelling mistake on my baby name and I just tried to let her know but she said stop talking your appointment got too long, I tell her she put wrong then she said you need to inform before hand. she was rude. I don’t like her behavior don’t want to see her again. I don’t even want to give 1 star ??????

If only i had the option to choose no stars. Not sure if I can name and shame the doctor I have been visiting, since moving to Whyalla during covid times. I have found her to be rude, culturally insensitive, judgemental and allows personal bias to override clients choice and decision making. She recently breached her duty of care, by prescribing me the same medication that I was given by the hospital when I requested pain relief for having major surgery. I am breastfeeding and this could have had serious effects on me and my newborn. No way I will be returning. I wish to make a formal complaint.

I went to Doctors at Westlands and there were three administration staff members working on their computers when I arrived. I went to the front desk expecting to be acknowledged and I was ignored by all three administration staff.
They also did this to other patients that approached them at the front desk. This is extremely poor and disrespectful service! These administration staff members are the first and last members of Doctors at Westlands that patients see. Improve your professionalism administration staff!

Worst Doctors surgery in the entire town!
I moved to another surgery after being accused of being a drug seeker by these doctors after having something go wrong with my hysterectomy.
They left me to suffer and since moving to another surgery I have proved that my problem is REAL and I DO need medication until I can be fixed.
The so called ” Doctor’s ” at westlands are the most unqualified and unprofessional people I have ever met.
Do not go here if you want to be cared for!

Dr khan is fantastic! The issue is see here is the fact you cannot get through to reception if calling, have called multiple times to try and get my son booked in to get his vaccinations but can’t get through to anyone, it’s as bad as Centrelink phone lines, terrified about my son possibly missing his vaccinations because I can’t get through and can’t go in atm because of being unwell, only have a week before his vaccination cut off time

The worse ever experience with Doctor Mathew, talk over you, does not listen.Very hard time to transfer my wife’s health records from him to other GP.
When i asked to transfer my transfer health record, he said he can’t do it on working hours, are you kidding me.??Transferring records take up to 3 months.
Could be cheap options as bulk billing, but his advice not even worth it.He should be career not trouble maker.
After that experience does even deserve 1 star.

Get the feeling that they only care about doubling-down on the bulk billing – couldn’t even get a simple test result over the phone after the initial appointment.
Doctor looked pushed passed capacity to say the least judging by the amount of people in the waiting room.

Won’t be back. Rude, too busy on his phone. Refused repeat scripts. Shrugged his shoulders. Spoke loudly, over me and contradicted himself. He shouldn’t be practising. And to top it off he has marked my scripts as Brand Substitution not permitted. This means that I can’t get a non generic substitute and has ended up costing me a lot more money. Why should this be his choice? Non generic medicines have the same active ingredients. I am so disappointed that a Dr like this is able to practice. He is nasty.
