3 months agoAppalled with the cashier. I know it is part of the job to offer the credit card… I said no thank you.. the cashier proceeded to ask why? I was stunned and disgusted she asked this and she continued to push after I had said no multiple times. It is no one’s business, and don’t tell me I need to just apply and treat myself. Not sure if I was pushed because she thought I was young and dumb? Very disappointed and won’t be back anytime soon.a year agoThe store was fully stocked which was so refreshing after visiting so many stores that have very little stock over the last year. I was looking for a pan to replace the one we gave our son and there were so many options to choose from. Was thrilled to shop here and will definitely be back!4 years agoNice place to find bargains if you have the time to stroll between the alleys. The clearances are not big but with a little bit of luck and time you can find what you are looking for less than the full price. Clothes for men,women and children. Also home articles and food.4 months agoIt’s my first time in Montana and we had to make a stop by TJMAXX and we were accompanied by Manager Candy. She was wonderful and provided great customer service. She kept the entire store well organized and clean. 3 months agoI love the store but their return policy is ridiculous without a receipt. They give store credit but can’t look it up not even if you used a card. This enables shoplifters to just return stuff for gift cards. But people who actually paid they can’t look up. The store is really lovely but they need to update policy’s especially when it’s their fault their dressing room is closed.2 weeks agoAlways a fun place to shop…we looked for three items today but nothing in the size we needed . Seems we always find a candle though.4 years agoCool place to find good price on clothing if you have enough time to stroll through the alleys. I wish that the clearances have more price cuts but if you are lucky you might still find bargains if you’re perseverant enough to look for red tags. The jewelry department has good deals for women’s jewelry.a year agoWith all the excitement entered the store as we heard so much about it from friends. Sizes were a big issue. Large and XL sizes had very limited options. Slippers and shoes were also mostly available for small sizes. It was a decent one time experience.3 weeks agoAlways great stuff to buy. Another one of my favorite stores here! Has a great selection of products. Love the clearance and household items. Great place to shop for decorative things at a low price! My family and I visit about 2-4 times a month. Also adore their notebooks and storage/jewelry boxes.
I love this store. Especially around Halloween, they have very cute things! I just wish the parking was a little better. But that doesn’t really detract from this store.
Good variety with reasonable prices. My checker was fabulous and friendly. I told her I was also old, she stopped and asked ” who told you that? You are not old, you are a beautiful woman!” She also told me to come back anytime and enjoy the store asking if I found what I needed. I could tell she enjoyed her job. Wow, to encounter someone who actually enjoyed working and cared. I will definitely look her up next time I’m in the store. She’s a definite keeper. Thank you!
After shopping in the TJ Maxx in Missoula,MT, I was shocked at how nice that store is compared to the Billings store. So clean, super organized, merchandised professionally, great displays. The selection was better than Billings as well.
It is disappointing that the Billings store is not as good or better.
