3 weeks agoHuge selection of pet products for fishes all the way to horses. Cat and dog food range is vast and well laid out. This includes chilled meats. Staff are helpful and polite and love patting your doggo when you bring them in store. DIY paid pet wash station along with a grooming service are available, but I haven’t used the grooming service to comment. Heaps of toys and treats are available too.2 months agoDo not recommend adopting animals from here, I brought a guniea pig from there who was $50!!! And had phenomena, was fully neglected and skinny, had over grown moulders and he had to get surgery. Which cost 800$ my poor boy was too far gone and only got him for 3 weeks. And he passed away from the phenomena. I was heart broken because he was the most beautiful guniea pig. Look after the animals or don’t sell them! We got our money back from them thankfully after fighting for it. But DO NOT ADOPTION. They neglect there animals Not to mention the staff new he was sick. As she was like “are you sure you want this one” you could see his ribs He was alone he had no hay. Or food or no company. So I took him to give him a friend and yet he was soo far gone. Hope this place gets shut down as they obviously don’t know how to take care of animals will never be back!!!in the last weekNot good staff seems to be in a grumpy mood every time I go in there.
