3 years agoThis store is conveniently located in a shopping center that has even more shopping centers very close by. The item they carry are pretty decently priced with good quality. This branch seemed a bit small, though, to be honest, because I have been to one in Kakaako/Ward store before. Went last week and to my horror some women’s 4 kids all under the ages of 7 running around the store touching all the toys playing with them all running around store with soiled diapers crying people bringing dogs in the store here too ! came back a week later today toys in the same order and on the floor, it just smells in here and so dirty Worst tj max on island!11 months agoMy go to TJ Maxx on Oahu. The workers are always friendly and even helpful. Every time I go I have a good experience. On my most recent trip, the cashier even helped me choose a top out of the 2 I was debating on. ?

a month agoThe store was layered out nicely and easy to shop around. Everything was clean, shiny floors. I like shiny floors. The wait in line was painfully long. Lots of items to spontaneously purchase though.2 months agoHas everything you need at this location except makeup. The shelves had limited stock of anything. A few lipsticks, palettes of eyeshadow, liner and mascara. (Must not have gotten order).Sale clerks were all friendly.
4 months agoTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought a handbag and it was kind of damaged, I asked this lady for a discount because of that and she told me she couldn’t EVEN THOUGH it was a little damaged. It was a cute handbag so I just bought it FULL PRICE. I work in retail and if it’s kind of damaged, u got to give a discount AT LEAST 10 percent off. She was giving me attitude for no reason and i just wanted to buy a bag. I gave her the money and she told me “u can see the price here” with an attitude even though I gave her the amount. I know working in retail sucks but At least try to look happy. I barely go here too and I am disappointed about the lack of respect towards paying customers.3 months agoFriendly cashiers. Quick check-out. Nice, organized merchandise displays. Very unique, pretty, good quality items. New merchandise received frequently. Store inventory always changing. Clean store environment.2 months agoBought some clothes for our 2 grandsons 9 yrs. And 4 yrs. And 2 dolls for our granddaughter!!… Very happy with whst I bought!! ❤️
